I went to the Wendy's on Rt23N in Butler. It was after Midnight Friday Night/ Sat. Morning. I went to the Drive Thru Window and ordered a Baconator Sandwich. Honestly the best Wendy's ever. The drive thru moves quickly and the orders are always correct WITH sauce. I go out of my way to come to this Wendy's even if I'm closer to the one in Pine Brook or The one on 46 East in Wayne. Workers are super friendly here too. read more

This is a very good wendy's, i have never had bad food from here. Customer service is also good and there is always someone friendly at the order menu. Kids in middle school used to walk here every Friday before covid. If you need fast food then definitely go here. read more

The food here is as good as any other Wendy's. The restaurant is clean. We got the five dollar meal and used our card to get the free frostings . If you don't know what the card is pick a card you buy somewhere around the end of the year for the following year in which you can get a free little tiny frosty each time you buy something at the restaurant. you are limited to one per store, per card each visit however. The bathroom, while clean, is horribly designed. The bathroom door has a big gap in it and the toilet paper was so jammed in the dispenser it was almost impossible to get out. From the little tiny shreds of toilet paper all over the floor you could tell people have been having a problem with it for a while. read more

My friend and I were walking in to order our food. We immediately saw the cashier giving us dirty looks. Half way through our order, we changed the cup size and the cashier threatened to kick us out and was not patient at all. We started paying and giving our cash + coins and he took the money without giving back our change or our order number. He also gave us the wrong size of our drinks and handed our food roughly. For unknown reasons, I've never been to a Wendy's after all this time. I ate the Dave's Hot 'N Juicy Double combo. Everything was fine except that I found the burger sandwich sliding around and then apart at times, making for a more complicated eating experience than I had expected. Maybe it was just me. i live very close to the Wendy's on rt 46 Wayne/Totowa boarder, not a fan of fast food but after working my usual 12 to 14 hour days it's a stop and pick up kind of day. in the past year I have not one time had my order be correct. ask for no catsup, you get catsup. ask for chicken nuggets they are never in the bag. ask for no condiments, you get a plain burger. each time go I ask them to "please make sure the order is correct because I really don't want to empty all the bags in my car to check..... yes it's all there...... and guess what NO it's never right. last night was the worst.... not just one mistake but 4 in one order. I AM DONE NEVER AGAIN. I asked them if they understood how much I hate to come back after working 14 hours and all the time and I just get a head shake. then I pointed out that some items were missing and I returned the incorrect items for my money back because I was no longer hungry, and I had to wait for 15 for my refund because they were helping paying costumers............................... read more
