Tough times are everywhere, all the businesses are having tough times. Ordered online on my way home yesterday, was very surprised upon arrival to see this sign. They filled my order with what they had, and said to call the 1-800# to get my money back for the missing coleslaw that they was out of. To my surprise, they completely refunded me. KYLIE... you deserve no stars for your horrible service and nasty attitude. Old food, bad service, bad attitudes, wrong order. They will charge you for one thing and give you another. Don't treat your customers horribly and expect a good review. I called to tell them my order was stale, cold and wrong and Kylie said "I packed that order myself and it was fresh" then she hung up on me. Didn't even acknowledge that I ordered chicken breast and got wings or that my bowl of mashed potatoes was half empty. I guess her ego was too big to see that she had messed up. Wow is all I can say since they moved the manager to another location. Placed my online order it said 20-30 minutes so I got there 25 minutes later and when I walked in and told her that I had placed an online order she hollered to the back that I was there to start making my order. 10 minutes later she hands me a half full bag so I start going through my order and I have to call her back and tell her that I'm missing a pot pie and she just looks at me I had to tell her that I had paid for it and she needed to give me something equivalent to it. The good is there was a very nice young lady that helped us when they gave our order to the car that was before us. She was very nice about and we had to wait another 15 minutes. We said ok. Drove around and waited just 15 minutes. The Bad News is that my husband ordered on line and I went to pick up sat the 14th around 6:16. It was ready when I walked and the girl with I guess you can say purple hair came over to ask what she can get me. I pulled my phone out to show her that we ordered online. She took a glance at the order and another guy behind the counter told her it was ready and right behind her.. She was waiting on people through the drive-through OK that's fine but when she did come back to me and said to me, is there a problem I said to her drinks. Waited for a long time for a large order and when they finally brought it out, it wasn't even my order. I had to wait all over again for them to remake it because they gave it to someone in drive through. They acted like it was my fault too. Went in at 12:15 pm on 11/26/25. Ordered a family meal. We were told that original recipe would take 15 Minutes, but that extra crunchy was available. So we said that would be fine. Young lady taking the order looked confused and unsure during the order. We sat down and waited another 15 Minutes. We finally went up to the counter and asked about our order. Again the counter help apologized but could give no answer. So we asked for our money back and went to Zaxbys and got a fresh hot meal in less than 5 minutes. Will not be returning to KFC. In town visiting family and ran through the drive Thru today on Thursday for lunch. Fred was super helpful and friendly when taking my order and giving me my drink and sauces. Evante was so nice to come ask if I could wait for fresh fries or if I wanted to swap for a different side. I ordered the tenders bucket for one to share with my mom. We got fries and mashed potatoes as a side and then extra mashed potatoes and corn. Everything tasted wonderful and the service was awesome. It's better than the Jax location I tend to go to. Have not been to this KFC in a couple years, but saw the chicken sandwich advertised and thought we would give it a try. As we waited in the drive thru where the line was a bit long we talked about how long it had been since we had been here. Couldn't remember why it had been so long. Then, things became clearer. First, there's a sign that the speaker is broken; order at the window. We now understand why the line is long. People are ordering at the window and then have to wait for their order. Wonder why they didn't have someone outside to take orders and get them inside to get ahead of things. We get to the window. The window clerk shuts the window. Does not say she will be right back, or anything, Just shuts the window. There are two employees walking around and one putting a food order together. We wait. We question our need for these advertised sandwiches. We wait. We watch. We wait. After several minutes we remember why we haven't been here and drive away. We waisted 20 minutes in this fiasco. I cannot fit my complaint into 1200 words or less. The associate (African-American, 50-ish with a gold front tooth) was extremely rude. When I asked what sauces he had for popcorn chicken, he pointed me to a sign/sticker on the window. I asked for his name and he refused to provide it. I asked for the manager, who was standing right beside him and the manager said that the associate called him from his office. Lie. He was standing right there! The chicken is pretty typical of what KFC offers. The problem that always seems to be at this location is the quality of service. Unfriendly would probably be too nice of a comment. The staff member that took our order never greeted us and just stood there and spoke only a word or two the entire time we ordered. Our order was take out and when she brought it on a tray we reminded her and once again just stood there not providing a bag. It was actually quite uncomfortable on how poor her service was. Went there this evening for a quick meal - BIG MISTAKE! First I was rudely treated by the front server, who acted like she was doing me a big favor by taking my order. The food came fast, but that's about all I can say. First, I was supposed to get a drink with the meal, but never got a cup. They the food was so bad I could hardly eat it. They must have cooked the chicken in grease that hadn't been changed in about 4 years. It had a burnt dark brown greasy color that was just not edible.
