Stopped here today on my way to work to pick up a quick lunch. This is like a hidden KFC in the city limits, honestly it is kind of in an odd position. It sits at an intersection with a mostly residential area, if it weren't for the small shopping plaza right below it, it would totally be out of place. Honestly, it is not far from Route 30 but you cannot see it from the road. I pulled in and directly made my way to the drive thru. I kind of knew what I wanted and didn't have much hesitation when it came to ordering. Can't really talk about the food much since all KFC restaurants are basically the same. Ordering and paying were not that hard to do. The worst part is the anticipation to see if the order was put in correctly. Honestly I worried if they got my order correct as it was hard to hear them on my end of the intercom so I wondered if they could hear me on their end. When I did make it to work and told my coworkers where I had gone they all kind of had and audible gasp. I suppose this is not the best KFC in the area, but honestly, no KFC in the area is the best. It is to be expected with a chain fast food restaurant. Also after reading the reviews I'm glad I didn't do that before coming here. Even with those discouraging gasps and reads, I made my own decision on this place. It is alright. Yeah, that sums it up. They aren't "blow my socks off" good, but they aren't "hard as a rock food" bad either. I got the Famous Bowl Fill Up Meal, you know to meet my daily potato goal. The chicken you could tell was probably sitting in a warmer area, it wasn't the crispiest or most freshly fried, but it met the need for the bowl. I'd expect that at just about any location. Will I go back here, probably. But not everyday. It is a bit out of the way. And for fast food, I can go just about anywhere to get fast food. read more

This KFC is by far the worst fast food restaurant in the area. What restaurant manager or owner would make a third day hired employed person shift supervisor ?? She was inept to be in such a position. I was a manager and owner myself and I would have never had made that choice to make a third day employee any kind of supervisor!! We walked in instead the store this time rather than going thought the drive threw. We always have something missing at a drive threw. The shift supervisor in question was Avila. She took out order and handed us a pen to sign the credit card slip. The pen was out of ink. Instead of going to the office or asking someone to go for her, she told us to use our finger nail. WTF !! " a signature is a signature" I was told. Then when the order was handed to us, we started to look through it to make sure. She said " everything is there " and gave a dirty look as to how dare you. We got our aide and looked through the bag and everything WAS NOT THERE. We went back into the store to show her the bag and the skip and was told " sorry it is only my third day " I almost died right there . When we got home I realized that something else was missing and I find myself to blame for not taking everything out and showing her on the counter the first bloody time. Who ever owners or run that location is a pitiful owner manager and shouldn't be serving the public Do I recommend this place HECK NO !! I am being polite. Will I return HECK NO !! The rudest assistant manager her name was Vanessa... this place is dirty ants on counter by the the soft drinks... she had no hair net on.head. Customers waiting nothing was ready. If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. Service is absolutely trash. They've hired a bunch of inept teenagers who don't understand quality customer service or sanitary food protocols. They do a piss-poor job of correcting THEIR mistakes without attitude and instead prefer to verbally disrespect their customers. Won't be a patron of this location anymore. Absolutely horrible service. I went through the drive thru recently and, because the girl working the register didn't know how to insert coupons into an order, I was asked to go park and they would bring my food out. After waiting 15 minutes for my food they finally brought it out. Now, I order the same exact meal everytime I go to KFC (we order for a family of 5), so I know how many containers I'm supposed to have. Part of the order was a 16pc of chicken, which typically comes in 2 containers. After noticing that there weren't enough containers I went back in and told them I was shorted food. The manager had a MAJOR attitude. She asked me how many pieces of chicken I was given (trying to call my bluff) and I said I didn't know. I told her I usually get 2 containers of chicken, and I also told her they messed up the sides. She proceeded to take the chicken out and count it, realizing they shorted me by 7 pieces (almost half). She then gathered the correct order, quite aggressively, and placed it on the counter and handed me a bag so I could bag it myself (as a way to say she's done more than enough for me already). I asked for her name and told her that I'd be reporting her. She all of a sudden wanted to be nice. 0 stars. Pick better management, KFC. read more

The food is always good to me but today me and my boyfriend went over to get something to eat they close at 10pm we got there at 9:15 and they refused to serve us!!! The drive through said they were closed but they served someone before us . We pulled up to the window to see if it was a mistake with the intercom and she looked at us and walked away and refused to serve us !!!! Mind you we had more than a half hour before they were supposed to close !! read more

Very quality KFC. Clean on the inside, hot & fresh food, and a professional, friendly staff. Has all the great deals that the colonel blessed us with. I been to many KFCs around the Pittsburgh area and when I saw this one only had one rating from some customer who maybe was just in a bad mood that day, I had to make sure it gets rated what it truly deserves! read more
