One of the worst locations, the windows cashier today at 11:05am on 2_11-26 is rude, lack communication skills and disrespectful. I place my order and it she sounds as if I am bothering her. I got to the window and gave her 50 dollars, instead of saying. I am but we don't have change for the 50 she gave it back to me, I had to ask her what is the issue , she doesn't have change? Thats when she side we just open. Just no communication skills rude, In turn i gave 22 dollars she handed me my food, no change just close the window. So I blew my horn to get her attention, that when I notice that she didn't even have a cash draw because a Spanish lady walked up to her and gave her a cash draw, not once did she say I anything about giving my change. And the other guy that wax serving the food was really encouraging her disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. My overall experience was below average She should never work the drive thru, cause if you can't even communication with customer at 11am, I can't imagine and what time of the day she would be ready to give customers some kind of positive interaction. read more

twice we've ordered there and got shorted products. how difficult it is to count the number of pieces a customer orders? and we go to this location because it's 1.5 miles from our home, other location on PSL BLVD is 4.5 miles. they just dont care, as it continues to happen. and they never answer the phone so that's not a solution. First off, the manager TERESA is super unprofessional and disrespectful. I calmly told her one of her employees got my order wrong and she started catching an attitude with me if I'm the reason that my order was wrong, secondly, the food is not fresh and the employees that is putting the food in the box don't wear gloves, using their bare hands and that is so unsafe towards the customers. While eating in the common area, staff locked all entrance and exit doors. One staff stated that an employee walked out on the job. There was no commotion at all. Locking customers inside the restaurant without notice is a safety hazard. The manager was rude and very unprofessional. She did not display professionalism within the workplace. If you order a bucket of chicken check the bottom of the bucket ! I ordered inside and was watching the boy fill up my bucket I thought it was off when he pulled the chicken out after he filled it and put chicken back in. When I got home I found out he put old dried out chicken on bottom of bucket and put fresh chicken in top to cover it. I guess that's how they get rid of their old chicken too bad I paid over $30 . Great place. The kids try their best. It's quick. Sometimes they are tired and can be grumpy, but overall very courteous. The food quality is consistent with what you expect from KFC. I only use drive thru so I can't speak on the inside lobby. read more

Food was absolute garbage. I grew up eating KFC so I know what it's supposed to look like and taste like. The chicken was old and tasteless. The mashed potatoes were a clear, glistening color, not potatoes. Gravy did not taste anything like KFC gravy. The corn was stale and dry. Biscuits were ok. I had to ask her to let me speak with her supervisor so that she could provide me with what I needed. Colleen was one of the cashiers at this location, smiling and extremely personable with all the customers. It was her fourth day today and she did a phenomenal job!! Great asset to your team! While taking our order, she repeated the order back to us to make sure everything was correct. On the way out she made sure to wish us a good night too! I love that and makes me want to come back there because of customer service. What I love about this location is that it is a KFC and Taco Bell in one restaurant. I ordered thru Grub-hub. So not impressed with either party. Grub-hub failed to deliver 3 large Pepsi, paid for. Instead of getting my drinks, they just refunded. Way to drop the ball. Now add in that the mashed, cole slaw and the chicken all tasted "weird" like they didn't rinse the cooking vessels right or maybe sprayed some sort of sanitizer over the food. maybe used hand sanitizer and touched the food while prepping? Super slow service if you go inside. It is as if the manager tells the workers to ignore patrons who come up to the counter, and only concentrate on the drive through. OMG! I used to be a lover of KFC and decided to get some during the workweek so that I wouldn't have to cook. Spent $50 on the smallest, burnt chicken I've ever seen.
