I've been in Wendy's from California to Florida. This is the worst run location I've ever visited. We ordered ahead.... Still took 30+ minutes to get our food after arriving. 8-10 people were waiting for food at one point with nothing coming out. Whoever is in charge of this place and this area who allows a Wendy's to get this bad needs to be retrained or replaced. read more

We didn't have any other choice except for Panera really. We had already eaten Panera twice in the past two weeks. So yeah, we have Wendy's. I only have Wendy's, maybe once a year. It wasn't bad. Slow service for food that doesn't taste all that fresh. While staying at the Residence Inn at Port St. Lucie, I got food from Wendy's due to the location. While it was convenient that Wendy's was located within the same plaza as the hotel, I often waited extended amounts of time for French fries that didn't taste crisp or fresh. In fact, they weren't all that salty and I did not always receive them that hot. Aside from the food, the workers at this location were very nice. This Wendy's was very disappointing. First, we ordered using the App. One of the items we ordered was the cheddar bacon chicken sandwich. When we arrived for curbside pickup, they came out to tell us that this item had been discontinued and they substituted "the closest sandwich" they had, which was nothing like we had ordered. It seemed strange that it would be available on the App to order and pay for, if it was discontinued. I called the corporate office and they told me it was not discontinued and they sent a message to the regional manager to call me. That never happened. Additionally, the fries were cold and disgusting. (They are currently running an ad about "hot and fresh" fries.) These were neither. I would advise to stay away from the Saint Lucie West location. read more

She slammed the drive thru window in my face not once but twice and when I asked her for the receipt she shoved it in my hand as if I had done something wrong by asking for MY receipt. If you are going there for fast food inside bring a snack. There was only one person infront of me and it took 35 minutes to get my order. To add insult to injury, they were fish sandwiches and an order of fries. The sandwiches were undercooked and greasy, the fries were ice cold and soggy. It was just as painful to watch as it was to try and eat the food. Both of us ended up nauseated and very close to the bathroom for the next 3 days. The health department will be notified. read more

If I could write a no star review I would. This Wendy's has the most incompetent staff on the face of the planet. I love Wendy's, so I end up re-trying it every 5-6 months since it is so convient to my office, but every time I do, I regret it. I have never once gotten a correct order through the drive through. That's assuming you can even place the order to begin with. The last time I went, I tried to order the "Spicy Guacamole Chicken Sandwich." The guy taking the order kept saying, so you want the chicken strips? I kept saying no, and then repeating my order. Even assuming that their microphone may have an issue, if a customer keeps telling you no and you keep repeating the same thing, wouldn't you figure out that is not what the customer wants? Finally, I told the guy to forget it and just waited to get through the drive through. I can't remember one time I ever got fresh food from Wendy's, especially if you order through 3rd party delivery apps!

So, you girl pulls up to Wendy's in the mood for a juicy meal. I ordered 4 meals and pulled up to the crib, gettin ready to smash this food and realized that they only gave 2 complete meals and things were missing out the bag. I was so hangry but my meal was there so I was get ready to eating my sandwich and realize the chicken old and nasty. I drove back to the store and told them my sandwich was old and I want my food remade. These rats gone tell me they want the food back that was messed up so I gave it back to them. I'm not going to eat no nasty food that a dog wouldn't eat. They remade my and gave it to me and I open my sandwich to make sure it was good and lord and behold they put parchment paper on my damn sandwich and telling me that it was cheese. At this point I was hella pissed so I gave them back the food and told them about the paper and they gone tell me no it was not paper, but the line cook came and verified that it was paper on the sandwich. Of course your girl got her money back and bounced because these people are nasty, they tried to only give me back partial payment but I counts my coins so they had me all the way messed up. Never have I ever had this type of service and of course the manager never even came to address the issue. How unprofessional and nasty the health inspector needs to close it down because they are going to make someone sick. read more
