The manager was a buzzkill. I came in and spent $50 on chicken for my family so you'd think he'd at least be accommodating, but the person running the drive-thru and taking orders could BARELY speak English, and couldn't hear us thru the speaker, anyways when we pulled up to the window the person who greeted us was very friendly so I would give them a good rating but the overall experience was mediocre. If I wanted to wait in the parking lot I would have dined inside. Also, I had to pull around two or more sides too because I was initially told I could not have more than one apiece. Today he was in such a hurry he didn't put the lid on my soda on all the way and of course the lid pops off to completely ruin my new car's light tan interior! So it took 45 mins to get grilled chicken order, not the worse part. The staff were short handed, lots of customers in store and drive thru, staff was handling it very well. That is until one customer made a snarky comment, wasnt necessary, but... Just ordered our standard order, but with a Grubhub delivery. There were several errors with the delivery, none of which could have been easily identified by the Grubhub delivery driver, so I don't blame them. The error was by the KFC order fillers, which in my opinion is a management problem with this KFC. The cost for our order if I'd picked it up would have been around $25. The cost with Grubhub delivery was $40 with a 20% tip. Bad investment! Both KFC & Grubhub need to find a way to quality control the ordered product. I won't do that again! read more

Stopped here one night on my way home. I asked if there was a straw and utensils in the bag, I was told yes but it was really a no. It's fun eating mashed potatoes and gravy with your fingers while driving and drinking your soda without a straw. Went another night, everything was perfect. Couple weeks later I visit them and get told all they had was tenders due to being out of chicken. The tenders were so dry even with dipping sauce. I go there last night and ordered a combo meal with all dark meat. I get told they only had thigh in original can the other be crispy? I'm ok with that. I get down the road and discover the two legs I should have received were wings. I was never told they didn't have legs. I ask for a straw and they were out of straws. What a strange place to get a supply shipment in on Friday and by Saturday they are out of chicken again. Can't really trust this place so I guess I can take my business someplace else. My sister went last night to order food and was told it would take 5 min for her order. After waiting an hour she still hadn't gotten her order. The employees were leaving and the others employees were outside smoking when she finally went up to them to ask what was going on. The same lady who took her order, looked at her and asked what she was waiting for. Then it took another 10 min explaining before the employee remembered the order and rushed to get it. If I could give a lower rating I would. Drove 15 minutes to pick up chicken tenders for the family as it sounded great on the commercial. Ordered at the drive thru and they told me it would take 5 minutes if I would like to wait. I said sure. 10 minutes on the dot later a nice young man showed up up at the window with my order and apologized for how long it took. I thanked him as my son checked to see everything was in the bag. Unfortunately we didn't check the bucket as they sent chicken not tenders. When I called to ask what they could do for me a young man said if I had the receipt I could talk to his manager in the am and she could help me or I could drive back. He told me it wasn't his fault as there were only 4 of them there tonight. I said I was pissed and he told me not to take an attitude with him. He said he would only respect me if I respected him. I asked his name multiple times and he refused to give it to me. I tried to give him my name but he wouldn't take my number to have the manager call me.
