I've had a salad each time I've gone and while it's not a complicated fancy salad, the lettuce has been fresh and crisp. Get the dressing on the side as they put on more than I care for. The fries offer all different options in flavors! The kids sweet was just right for the kiddos! One three year old demolished her grill cheese. And for $9.99, the kids meal includes a huge portion of fries, a full grilled cheese or two large chicken tenders (made with fresh not frozen, dried out chicken), milk or chocolate milk, and a good sized portion of frozen custard! Walked in and my order was taken right away. Took about 10-15 minutes for my order of chicken strips and wings to be ready. The flavor and quality of the fried chicken strips was fresh and delicious. The rosemary fries had good flavor but are cut a little too thin for my liking. They have a large sauce bar, however, the flavor is not rich enough, as the sauces are not refrigerated and are shelf stable. Lots of seating inside with lots of natural light. Came here for lunch to try it out after waiting over a year for it to open. I ordered a sandwich, fries and a drink. I wanted to get a good try of as much as possible. But the custard really just didn't appeal to me so I skipped it. First, this is a Pepsi establishment. That's a negative for me right off the bat. Sorry, but not sorry. The food came out quick. My tray was loaded with fries, which is good considering the price I paid. The sandwich was a decent size as well. Sadly the fries were sad. Fresh and hot yet not crispy and under seasoned. The sandwich though saved the day. It was really good. The seasoning on the chicken was awesome and it was cooked to perfection. Hot, crispy on the outside, but still juicy. The service was great and the staff was friendly enough for my liking. The inside was bright. Kinda weird layout that makes it really awkward if there is a line. I would come here for a sandwich. We came in on a Tuesday around 8pm, we ordered at the front and found a nice place to sit. There's lot of tvs around playing sports. My 3 piece breaded tenders in Nashville hot came out quickly but were cold, the worker graciously remade our order. They came out again piping hot! They have great customer service. The fries are unreal and huge! They have lots of seasonings on them. Their sauce bar is extensive too! Be sure to try them to find your favorite! Genuinely not interested in coming back, paid 45 dollars for 2 sandwiches, fries and a kids meal. We tipped as you pay at the counter but generally felt like this place was overpriced for what it was. We got a fountain drink and it was flat, the "sauce bar" had a ton of signs highlighting it and lo and behold half the sauces were empty including the ranch unfortunately. My sandwich arrived after about 20 minutes and was cold, not lukewarm but genuinely cold. We asked them to remake it which they did, unfortunately the hot sandwich was not very good either, tasted like old oil and I'd be shocked if the breading was seasoned at all. I've seen the sign for awhile now and i'm glad they'e finally open. For an area that doesn't have a Chik Fil A, Super Chix is a more than welcome addition to the area. I had the hot honey chicken sandwich which was VERY good. They also offer a bunch of different sauces to go with your sandwich & fries, In a big fan of sauces. My son really liked his chicken fingers & fries, it came with chocolate custard which he said was some of the best ice cream he's ever had. Staff were very friendly & on top of things. I'm super surprised by the rough reviews of this place. We decided to DoorDash because I'm traveling really early tomorrow for work and I wanted us to decide on the same place - we saw this location over by Bridgeport last week and so I said let's try. I got the chicken cordon bleu sandwich with grilled chicken - it arrived very warm (thanks driver!) and was absolutely delicious. Lots of ham, honey mustard and good grilled chicken. My husband got the buffalo ranch (crispy) and also loved it. Great spot for us to align on a single location and save on delivery fees. Cajun fries - delicious, but they were placed below the sandwiches so they were soggy. I like fries that way - but if you don't it might not be your thing. I also tried the Gouda avocado from dire curiosity, and realized I do not like hot avocado!! All good though - it was literally ordered as a curiosity. Got a vanilla shake - it was creamy and delicious - only wish was that I could order a smaller size because it was large and super indulgent - I could only drink maybe 1/4 - 1/2 of it but a cup half that size would be 10/10! We ate at Super Chix in Tualatin for the first time last night. We had no knowledge of them before my nephew told us about their frozen custard and fried pickles. We had 2 deluxe chicken sandwiches, 1 order of fries, 1 order fried pickles and 1 frozen custard. The sandwiches were OK. The fries were barely warm. The pickles were very good, as was the frozen custard. I was surprised they do not offer regular mayo as a topping for sandwiches or fries. The dining area has the feel of any fast-food spot. It wasn't very busy and I had to wipe our table before we sat down. The bill was $45. This didn't taste like a $45 meal. I really wanted to like this place. read more

If you order food to pick up, check it BEFORE you leave or you will be sad. I ordered loaded fries and they came with the cheese on the side (which I appreciated) but there was NO bacon bits or green onions like the picture. The bacon is what makes this!!!! So I got charged for loaded fries but they were just cheese fries..... beware. Aside from that hiccup with my first impression here, the food was pretty good. I liked the variety of options. I ordered the crispy avo salad and added a chicken breast to it. That Gouda stuffed avocado is amazing!!! The cheese oozed out when I sliced it open. This cheered me up after shedding tears over my forgotten bacon. The fried pickles were good. We got some to share and did NOT need a large order, the regular size has plenty to go around. If anything, go here for the frozen custard. The Dutch chocolate was absolutely delicious and you won't let you down. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but my simple order was not correct. My kids really enjoy this place -- they love the chicken sandwich, chicken strips, and even the fries. They've said this is probably their favorite among all the new chicken franchise restaurants that have opened nearby. The only downside is that there's no drive-thru, and the location doesn't seem to get as much attention as it deserves. From what I had heard, this place is known for using very fresh ingredients and avoiding artificial flavorings and preservatives. However, nothing tasted fresh about it. The chicken sandwich I got was very subpar and wasn't crispy at all. The most irritating part was that all the fries I ordered were dumped directly into the to-go bag, which was left to absorb a big greasy mess. The quality of fries were garbage too. All the workers seemed scatterbrained and careless. Poor food and poor service. I won't be returning. If you want a real chicken sandwich go somewhere like Dave's Hot Chicken or Killer Burger you get way better bang for your buck. read more

This was a To Go order. I got 5 piece chicken tenders it was ok nothing special. . Also I got the Asian salad that was good. But the French fries are spicy!! Not your basic fries. So if you like spicy fries then you will like these. We did not. I got the fried pickles just ok. There is an after taste. If you are doing a to go order ask for the fries to be put in a container. I was looking forward to eating at Super Chix in Tigard, which I did today. The place looks nice, with a lot of seating, and employees were pleasant and friendly. I ordered two pieces grilled tenders, cajun fries, and custard. I got a big order of crunchy fries which were good. The custard was also good. I also like the sauce bar (although when I pushed on one it came sputtering out and stained/ruined my blouse). The chicken was over-spiced with pepper (I like spicy but this was overkill). There was a lot of gristle but more seriously there was a bone. I mentioned the bone to an employee as I was leaving and told him they should be more careful as a bone has the potential of causing injury. The food was served on a piece of paper only on a tray which was a bit strange. Since there are so many really good chicken places in the area, Super Chix has got to do better than what my experience was today in order for me to be a repeat customer. read more
