A few days ago, I visited the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Redmond, Oregon, and I must say, it was a highly frustrating and disappointing experience. The restaurant's inefficiency and lack of customer service left me completely dissatisfied. First and foremost, the service at this fast food joint was beyond slow. It took an entire hour from the time I placed my order until I finally received my food. This is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. To make matters worse, the lobby was packed with impatient customers, all eagerly waiting to get their meals. Despite the numerous people patiently waiting, the staff seemed oblivious to their presence. Instead of attending to customers waiting in the lobby, the employees disappeared into the back, leaving us all feeling ignored and neglected. The lack of communication from the staff only added to the frustration. No updates were provided regarding the delay, leaving everyone in the dark about what was happening. Even a simple apology or acknowledgment of the long wait time could have gone a long way in improving the situation. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and efficiency, which unfortunately was lacking entirely at this Kentucky Fried Chicken location. This experience has undoubtedly tarnished my opinion of the restaurant and has left me hesitant to visit again in the future. In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from visiting the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Redmond, Oregon. The excessively slow service and utter disregard for customers in the lobby make this fast food outlet a regrettable choice. read more

Every time I come here it's always a painful experience. The service is the slowest of any restaurant ANYWHERE! With only the drive thru open because they don't allow you to walk in and order you'd think that it would be quick trip thru the drive thru, but hell no. Every time I come here is a VERY LONG WAIT. I notice that it takes an average time of 10 long minutes for each order so if there's only 3-5 cars in front of you, be prepared to wait at least a half hour. Why the hell does it take 10+ minutes to put together your order? Did you have to go and kill the chicken yourself?? KFC is the slowest drive thru I've ever been in. It's never a quick trip in and out. If we had another KFC in town, I would never ever come here. And it's got so expensive! $4 for only 1 piece of chicken??? read more

If you haven't been ripped off lately or are in need of dealing with condescending jerks KFC Redmond is the place for you. Our experiences have been thoroughly negative and the food isn't much either. But still if you want to blow around thirty bucks for a pail of fried chicken parts that defy description an a tiny container of slaw by all means go to KFC Redmond. I'd rather go hungry. read more
