I feel like this must be yet another place people only think to review if they've had a bad experience, but I've never had an issue here. I personally like KFC, for the most part. I'm not even that big of a chicken eater but I can eat some of theirs, I think it's the crispy skin that I must like. What I REALLY enjoy though is the mashed potatoes. It's sort of a guilty pleasure because they taste nothing like true, homemade mashed potatoes but I love them anyway, for some reason that I can't explain. This is another place I usually only eat from when my mom wants to eat it and we are grabbing food together, and we never stay in to eat (does anybody do that at KFC?) but we've always gotten our orders correct and in a timely manner. This was the worst KFC I have ever been to. The night manager mocked my hair, flipped me off after giving me my food and told me to go F@#$ myself after I asked for the manager and she turned out to be the manager. I used the mobile app for the first time. Order 45 minutes ahead. When I arrived the drive thru Manager immediately began telling me they did not have my order and that I needed to go wait out front till they got my order and put it together. After giving me my food she proceeds to flip me off ant ell me to never come back. I then went inside and asked for the manager. To my disappointment, the manager happened to be the same person. She started yelling at me making fun of my hair and told me to F@#$ myself as I left the building. I never ate my food, I was all cold and nasty, but even if it was hot and fress... Just once I'd like to get home, about 34 miles one way, with the full order I paid for. I know it's rude to pull everything out of the sack and make sure everything is there, but that's what I will do from now on. I've been shorted every single time on my order. Amazing!!!! The staff are so friendly and very attentive to the customers needs. It was a wonderful experience to go back in after their grand reopening and see everyone with smiles on their faces and with a "go get em" attitude. My chicken was hot and fresh and the biscuits were soooooooo soft and delicious!!! The restaurant was full yet clean and tidy. While I waited on my order I witnessed how great the workers were with customers and how hard they were working. Way to go KFC!!! I will be back! The new manager has really turned this store around. FIY KFC in Redmond is NOT like it used to be! You can't call them directly only online orders and when your order is wrong you have no recourse with them but to drive back in, even by calling Corporate. Corprate was generous enough to offer me a $10.99 refund on my $45.00 order. We were eating there almost once a week with really good food and great service. But since the remodel it's not the same. Sad. Won't be going back. No gravy, burnt rock hard biscuits, half full containers of mashed potatoes, and greasy chicken. read more

This place is beyond disgusting. After working a long day I decided to order me some kfc thinking I was going to enjoy my food. Instead, I received what looked like day old chicken. The chicken was hard and not chewable. It looked as if it had been cooked the day before then refried in the same old grease. Just freaking disgusting. If you don't want to work then don't be there. Wish I could give this ZERO stars. Worst quality food I have ever had at a KFC. These are Nashville Hot tenders apparently (in the photos). It's no surprise to me that Every review I have seen about this particular store is horrible. I have gotten ripped off every time I have gone there. Service is absolutely horrible and disgusting for people in the food industry. This place is laughable. I actually called corporate and they seemed to care at first and then refused to give me what is so little to what I deserve for all of the money they have taken from me. Slowest service EVERYTIME I go there. Both at the drive thru and inside. Really disappointing since I like the food but not work the wait time. Especially when you're in a rush. Expect at least a 10 minute wait time and that's if you're lucky. read more
