We decided to try Pizza Hut after getting coupons in the mail, even though we usually go with Papa Murphy's. Big mistake. I ordered three large pizzas online at 4:59pm and was told they'd be ready in 18 minutes. I arrived at 5:15 and waited... and waited. Nearly two hours later, I finally left with two pizzas that had been sitting in the warmer for over an hour and a third that was rushed and undercooked. During that time, others who ordered after me were served first. Staff claimed my order was "too old" to access, even though they had the printed slip. No refund was offered--just a 20oz soda. The pizza was "okay". Edible, but not outstanding by any definition of the word. My complaint is the boneless chicken wing. They could have been "okay" also. I asked 3 times that they be "naked". No sauce. The kids won't eat them with sauce. Please, no sauce. I was assured 3 times, "there will be no sauce". Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza place since I was a little kid. I cannot explain in words how disappointed I am with this establishment in Redmond. Literally waited 2 hours patiently never got the pizza. I called and it went to a call center, they said oh I can't access this because they are on a different system let me transfer you to the store. The lady at the store said she didn't see my order and didn't bother re typing in my number and didn't explain that she was sending me back to the call center. Another call center lady answered she couldn't find it because once again the system issue. She then transferred me to someone who has the same system. The last lady was nice and refunded the money. We did order a thin crust but it was like eating crackers, very little meat, very little sauce, very little cheese I would not recommend you order the special from Pizza Hut. you would think Pizza Hut would do better than that. I've been getting carryout pizza from the Pizza Hut in Redmond for about 7 years now. I only get pizza there so I can't speak to their other offerings. Despite a somewhat limited choice in toppings, they make a pretty decent pie that is well worth the price, especially if you stick to their "Deals." Sure, there have been instances when I have been disappointed in the food or the service, but to be fair, they have been few and far between relative to the number of times I've gone there. And most of those instances involved a sub par amount of cheese; if you like a cheesy pie, spending a couple dollars to get extra cheese will go a long way toward avoiding disappointment. read more

I ordered food online and I placed an order with Redmond Pizza Hut. First they called to tell me they were out of one of the types of wings I ordered. I changed the order, then they shown up with bread sticks and brownies, which I ordered with the wings. I refused the order because who wants bread sticks and brownies without the regular food. I called customer service. They said my entire order would come to me free of charge. I thought "well, that's good" . I get a call back from redmond pizza Hut and the guy who calls me sounds like he is about 12. I tell him I just want the entire order. He then tells me I am being rude. I was very upset so I called corporate again... The redmond pizza Hut gave me another wrong order for free, which I accepted. This process was way to much to bear for a paying customer. My orders are always perfect. And deliver is within 30 minutes most time. My only critiques are that their app says this store doesn't support saved cards... Why? Also, every time I order, I put in a message saying to come to my back door (My landlord uses that side) they don't read the ticket and go to the front.
