I love KFC chicken and decided to get some all American food on the 4th of July. I ordered a 10 piece bucket meal. I ended up with 7 pieces of chicken, no slaw, no cookies. She warned me there were not biscuits and subbed it with Mac and cheese which was kind. But paying $30 for this missing food is ridiculous. Just tell people if you don't have something so we can make a choice. I will not be back to Silverdale KFC. This is a repeat of another past visit, it won't be of any future visits. read more

KFC at this location? You need to say that your closed. I am never in that part of Silverdale so I didn't know that your remodeling? Who knows! I would have liked it if you could have said something instead of having your double doors wide open, no signs saying anything, and the one guy who gave me a blank look. Ordering online was easy. Food arrived earlier than expected. Hadn't had kfc for years. All food was as good as expected.

Horrible service my husband and I ordered a large popcorn chicken and one large side of mash and Mac and I told her I wanted the large the one that comes in the styrofoam container because they have screwed is before and of course we ended up with the tiny plastic containers that literally feed 1 person. The past 2 times I've been there I've had wonderful service. The red haired guy who works the drive thru is courteous, funny and professional. The dark haired lady who worked the front counter tonight was quick, friendly and very polite...every though they were very busy. read more

This KFC has had many issues in the past. Simple things like not checking a bag before leaving the parking lot may result in you not having all of your dinner. The wait is always longer than I would expect from "fast food". Today the drive thru time was quoted at 20+ minutes. read more

Food was good, typical KFC. Ordering on line was a small challenge, I had to submit my CC info a few times, but now I'm into the system so should be good. I was given a 10 to 30 min window for food to be ready, so waited outside. Just did drive thru at 7:30. I know that is kind of late but the chicken strips I got were horrible. I got the BBQ and they were so dried out even the dog wouldn't eat them. Also the potatoe wedges were dry as well. The corn also. My husbands chicken had a hair in the coating. It was by far the worst KFC I have ever had. Also, they were sold out of beans and mac and cheese. That is forgivable but the other is not. I tried to call but the phone number listed is for a fax machine apparently because all I got was a mechanical sound. What a shame KFC used to be so good. Not going there again. read more

This KFC is just unpredictable ! You never know what's for dinner till you get home and open the box ! We order two ....3 piece WHITE ....meal and ....5 piece wing . Every time!!!! Last nights dinner was 1 breast 1 thigh and 1 leg = 3 piece white meal ????how hard is it to know the difference between a leg or a wing or breast and thigh So we call this morning to speak to the manager. That was just as frustrating. Rather then saying how she was going to take care of the issue , it was a argument as to what a 3 piece meal was . Not happy! Update 2/12/17. We saw the big poster on the window advertising the "$20 Fill Up" deal consisting of 8 pieces of chicken, large coleslaw, 2 large mash potatoes with gravy, and 4 biscuits. First disappointment was when the girl at the register refused to substitute baked beans for at least one of the mash potatoes, saying that the deal was for two large mash with gravy, no subs allowed. So we ended up with way too much potatoes (which we couldn't eat due to strict dietary restrictions). Then we discovered that there was only one gravy included, not that we needed another, but sheesh, how stingy. Final disappointment was the quality of the chicken. Very dry and leftover tasting. So our dinner consisted of coleslaw, biscuits, and tough chicken. And no, we weren't filled up. read more

My family and I went to this store for lunch. My wife and I placed our order and asked for it to go. The cashier was not very knowlegeable of the register and our orders were all messed up. Three of the employees behind the counter were arguing about our orders. Once our order was ready for pick up it was not complete (missing items: 7 pcs value and 2 chicken littles). Also it was not set up to go. Our items were just tossed on a serving tray. Customer service was extremely poor upon arrival. They need to be retrained or replaced. read more

So many times at the Silverdale KFC they have been out of things. Once they were out of biscuits. Another time out of Original Chicken. One time they could only take cash because the debit machine wasn't working. We have been server without forks, without biscuits or sides. Yesterday we gave it another shot and were told they didn't have chicken!!! How does a KFC not have chicken? I guess if I really want chicken I need to go to the Bremerton KFC. I ended up with the Bowl and the chicken pieces were hard. I threw it away. read more

The dining area is very clean. They greeted us well with smiles, was respectful and funny. My potpie came out very hot and amazing, the hubbies chicken was better than the other KFC we go to. Only reason why I rated it a four star is because we prefer our chicken spicy and maybe a rice side order would be perfect! read more

I wish they would get our order right. Something is missing more often than not, i don't think it it too much to expect to get what you pay for. It seems if you order a meal, they leave off the coleslaw. I called the number printed on the receipt to complain, it was answered by a fax machine? I wanted to let the manager know they should check the order. A family favorite but not worth having to figure out a veg to add to the meal at home when we paid for one. read more

Normally I find the chicken is very good here and staff very pleasant. But today I ordered a l6 piece all dark meal to take home and when I got home there were only l4 pieces in the bucket. Most of them were legs whereas usually they usually do half one and half the other. I also ordered a l6 piece to drop by at a friends so not sure how their's was and perhaps they also didn't quite get their l6. Or did they not have enough to complete my order. Does this mean I have to count the pieces in the bucket before I leave the window? From another comment it sounds very difficult to get through to the manager so will use this way of letting folks know to check their orders. read more
