Maria Angelica took my order at the register. I asked for a meal, she offered a drink, said it would be more convenient this way. Got my side orders wrong. Gave me potatoe wedges & mash potatos . I grabbed a fry, I never tried it before. I mentioned it should have been coastlaw instead of the wedges. I told her I had already touched the wedges, she then asked for a dollar. I said I didn't have one, and it'd be ridiculous to pay for the wedges if I didn't order them . She tossed them in front of my eyes. She said sorry I gotta toss them. It is a waste of food and rude manners. Not customer service oriented. Come here often . Not anymore. It'd be hard coming back here. I will spread the word not to. Just the service itself is bad .

I'll recommend staying away from KFC. But if you really have no choice, just go for the burgers ONLY. The popcorn nuggets pieces, don't expect it to look anywhere close to their pictures. The entire bowl, probably 20% are the regular sized as picture, the rest are tiny pieces of fried flour.

We ordered and only received *Chicken *Side of extra gravy *Biscuits We were missing *2 Mashed potatoes with gravy *Corn *Cole Slaw We weren't the only ones that had a problem with our order. Another customer was upset as well outside the parking lot. I called the manager to let her know and she sounded stressed. I did feel bad but I had to let her know so that she can talk to the employees. She did apologize. read more

Took advantage of the 50% off 12 piece deal. Also ordered 2 sides and biscuits. Family so disappointed that they will have to enjoy their dinner minus the biscuits. Sure we didn't pay full price but we should be treated like everyone else. Corporate sent me a how did we do email. So glad you asked. Voiced my opinion and requested they contact me. Instead they just refunded cost of biscuits. Close enough. Four stars for corporate response. Minus three stars for customer service. read more

This is EMBARRASSING. Me and my family got 12 piece meal. Instead of giving me my mashed potatoes and mac and cheese they just gave us extra fries?! This is not okay they are ripping us off! We were ESPECIALLY excited for the mashed potatoes and for this food to be an amazing, and they just ruined it. I will not be coming here again. This ruined my day.. read more

I ordered for quick pick up twice from this location! Since they have best deals online, & being only 8mins from home. 1st time we gave them about 30mins before picking up the order, & it still wasn't ready! They had 1 customer in the place so it wasn't busy. 2nd time around my bf went to pick up the order by himself, & he is the type to never check orders/purchases so as he came home a whole box of chicken tenders was missing! & of course he wasn't going back to get it. Also pretty annoying how I have to always check to make sure they do their job right! read more

Went to order food to dine out & ended up with a piece of metal wire stuck on my chicken piece. Completely lost appetite couldn't enjoy my food completely. Food: most of the time, 90% of the time the chicken is fresh and very tasty. KFC franchises are not all the same. This store far exceeds the other stores in food quality and freshness. Service: always service with a smile. Been coming to this location for 7 years now, different employees over the years and they all seem to have high moral, give speedy service always. I always find the restaurant clean and clean restrooms too. read more

This location absolutely killed it! Food was amazing, fresh, and really quickly made! I picked up and when i arrived, food was ready for me and my family to enjoy. Staff was welcoming and thoughtful! This KFC has ALWAYs been so QUICK with it! I've been coming here for the last 8 years during my lunch break and I'm always out of here within just a few minutes. 2023 has been a huge difference. One time I had to ask for a refund because I spent 26 minutes waiting for 2 chicken littles. I've come back twice since then and each time I've waited over 10 minutes for my order. I've gotten so used to coming here during my lunch and it makes me sad that I won't be a frequent anymore. It was it was unbelievable how fast an accurate the old staff was. read more

Just received my nearly $60 Uber eats 12 piece meal Witt NO GRAVY and two pieces missing from our bucket. I called them just now at 9 pm on June 8th the guy picked up the phone and I told him our gravy was missing and he put me on hold and never came back. Now the phone rings busy. Not happy. Don't take on Uber eats as service and dick us around. This is a major issue! Not happy. Don't think for a moment I'm not going to contest my charges. read more

The good: staff was very nice. Much, much better the the other KFC I reviewed. Place was organized. And even know they where busy the staff had a sense of urgency and the wait time was short. The food was hot. The sitting area and drink area where very clean. We where there at 3:30 and another staff member was coming to work. So plenty of staff. Cashier was very friendly. Greeted us as we walked in. After us they got busy so she was not greeting people. But, she was keeping up with the customer flow. The only problem I had was they charge .50 to change from mashed potatoes to a half the size mac and cheese. Overall: if you like KFC and to get helped fast go to this KFC. I would recommend them. This location. The difference between this KFC and the other one I reviewed is simple. Whittier no way, this one definitely yes. As long as you like KFC. read more

Good KFC for fast and friendly lunch time. The #10meal is the norm for me and it is ready before I sit down. This is good since I only have an hour for lunch. FOX news is on the tv all the time with captions. Good and quiet for lunch. Food is from the chain so it is not gourmet but its not trash. Read some other reviews lol. They charged us regular price for an item that was on sale. We didn't get our sauces that came with our tenders, we also didn't get our biscuits. We were undecided and changed our order and they got upset it's us because they were already bagging our food.
