I always pass by this place and finally decided to try it out. I ordered the super pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and ham because who doesn't enjoy a good meat lovers type of pizza. The toppings are great. Cheese to sauce ratio is perfect. The crust is soft and crispy. Overall, it was a great pizza. Pricing is affordable. Lots of great pizza options as well as wings. Maybe I'm in love with their al pastor because it's always perfect to me, but whenever my wife wants pizza, this is the first place that always comes up. The dough taste is just right, but I feel it's like 0.5cm too thick. And the toppings and cheese, is more than I can ask for, I mean I always want more, but it's. So, let me start off with 2 things, the people who run this place are very nice, and it's not getting a 3 because the service or the food. The food is probably a 4. But let me tell you why I'm giving it a 3. You how when you're craving something, and you want to order it but its not available, or you do get it, but it doesn't live up to your expectations? Well in this case, I was craving cheese sticks (mozzarella sticks). So along with my 2 pizzas and wings, I also ordered 2 orders of Mozzarella sticks. (On the menu they are listed as cheese sticks) So I get there, pick up the food, and then check the bag. There's no cheese sticks. Instead, there are 2 pieces of cheese CAKE . So, we go back, they are very nice about it, and tell us to give them 10 minutes so they can make the cheese sticks. (They let us keep the cheesecake). So we get the 2 small pizza boxes, and I'm thinking ok thats weird, I've never seen cheese sticks come in pizza boxes, so I check. They've given us 2 boxes of cheese BREAD. Now, on their website, they have Garlic Cheese Sticks, which is the bread, and they have another listing for cheese sticks which say deep fried, which is what I wanted. For some reason they are the same price and have the same name. But nevertheless, I didn't get my mozzarella sticks. So with all that being said, the food was good. Especially for the price. The girl who took ordered said they don't do small pastrami pizza and that they start at medium. So I went to pick up my order and sure enough the menu was same as online. They offer small size in all their pizza. I advise the girl why was I denied a small pizza. Her response was they don't offer at other location in Bell. They was no apology or offer to correct order. Solid pizza. The toppings are even and nicely placed. They have a couple unique items like Birria and Al pastor. The crust is a little chewy and crisp. Sauce is not overpowering. A fantastic pizza! When the guy finally took my order there was 2 other people behind me and he had to take their orders as well. So I paid at 4:45 and was told it was going to take 30 minutes and I said ok I don't mind waiting. So I waited and waited and waited. I ordered the party pizza so I thought it was going to take 30 minutes since it was a giant pizza but no. My pizza was not made until 5:30 when another worker came in (he was the one who made it). I then had to wait for him to finish making the pizza and put it into the oven and wait for it to cook along with the other two things I ordered. If it was going to take forever for the party pizza I would not have ordered the size I did I would have done a normal size pizza. Service absolutely sucked and was horrible and no apologies were given for the horrible time management. I really wanted to like this place, but past experiences with this location has left a bad impression. My family and I have ordered from this location a handful of times since they've recently opened. We usually opt for the family deal and have tried different flavor wings with them looking different every time. The wings tend to vary in quality depending on what flavor you order. The regular buffalo wings resemble those of Tito's market, but other flavors we've ordered in the past resemble the frozen Tyson wings you get at the grocery store -- large in comparison, but mostly fat with little meat. I wouldn't necessarily say the pizza crust resembles cardboard, but it's definitely not what I expected. The pizza itself isn't half bad, but the dough could definitely use some TLC. The wedges are bland in taste and would benefit from some light seasoning as well. I was pretty disappointed after my last visit. I had ordered for pick up and upon arrival was informed my order was still not ready and were still waiting on my pizza. I had ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza for the family deal and noticed the same pizza being boxed and handed to another family. I assumed they had ordered the same pizza, but when one of the girls asked the other who was boxing pizzas about my order she looked puzzled and hinted at another box on the top shelf. The girl who charged me pulled the pizza box from someone else's order and handed it to me along with the rest of my order. I opened it to make sure it was what I had ordered, but saw it was cold and probably sitting for some time (see image below). The wings weren't half bad, but the potato wedges were burned and hardly edible. I didn't want to fuss over cold pizza since we already waited well over the given time for our order, but the wedges definitely swayed my opinion of this place.
