The parm mash had a well balanced subtle flavor but that Mac n cheese was the highlight. I was also going to grab the other deal they had for buy one get one free for the chicken Parmesan Chicken sticks and I'm glad I didn't because they would have had to be wasted and thrown into the trash with the sandwich and drink because when I got up there to the front I was told "umm, the thing is.... This has cheese on it..." (the sandwich I'm guessing) "so I can't give you that deal" I had no idea how they made the sandwiches I just grabbed on of many. I said "aren't they all that way??" As I walked over to check, and they are all that way the way they make them so I guess you have to make a request for one to be made from scratch and ask them to NOT put cheese on it and then wait however long for it to then be cooked in order to get the deal... how crazy is that and what a huge waste of food that is when I see people walk in there, quite literally every single day, that grab handfuls of the hot and ready food and just walk right out with nothing said to them! (Homeless or drug addicts I suppose) but still for that to be an issue for something having cheese on it, to be a deal breaker. I didn't know they make all of them that way I just grabbed a biscuit! Idk it's just crazy to me how some people's minds operate and maybe they think I'm the unreasonable one, I don't know but my logic tells me that cheese is the least of my concern in this situation and that I'm not gonna pay over double the price for something because a slice of cheese. Recently I placed a curbside order and sat in the curbside parking for 20 minutes after checking in before going inside to inquire about my order and being told nobody brought it out because I never checked in on the app. Except, I DID check in on the app. Then today. Placed a curbside order. I checked in and waited 13 minutes. I got out and went inside. The drive through had 1 car in it at the time, the dining room had one person and all other curbside spots were empty, so they definitely weren't busy. Went inside and not an employee in sight. I went up to the register and I yelled out "hello, excuse me" and I got no response. I looked over and saw what appeared to be my order sitting on a shelf. Mind you this is 15 minutes after I checked in on the app. I started going through the order and I said pretty loudly several times "I *think* this is my order, I'm not sure what's going on, etc" A manager eventually emerged, ignored me and proceeded to start socializing with whoever was sitting in the dining room. I may just stop going here. I could have had a much nicer meal for the time and hassle I put into what I thought was picking up some McDonald's real quick. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely personable. I sat at the bar and couldn't help but notice how smooth and seamless the entire operation was. I especially want to highlight Tara, the bartender. I didn't even have to ask her name as she was clearly the go-to person. Anytime there was a question or concern, the team turned to her, and she always had a quick, effective solution. Even without firsthand bartending experience myself, just listening to the conversations made it obvious how knowledgeable and capable she is. What stood out even more was her teamwork. If she had a free moment, she was proactive about helping others with their tasks. It never seemed like a burden... she genuinely wanted the team to succeed. You could also see how responsive everyone was to her, which speaks volumes about her positive attitude and strong work ethic. Between the consistently great wings and the huge improvement in service, Booty's has officially earned its way back into my regular rotation.
