The food is always uncooked or over cooked. The biscuits are completely mushy or rock solid. The staff has non employee friends come in and distract them from their job. I ordered online a 12 piece meal with original chicken and when I went to pick it up no one appeared to be around including the staff at 6:00 pm on a Saturday evening. After waiting for 5 minutes someone finally came out from the back room and when I asked for my order I was told all they had left was extra crispy chicken. I was then told that if I wanted my money back I would need to go online and go through an extensive process so I decided to settle for the extra crispy. When I got home I discovered they shorted me out of 1 breast, 1 thigh and 1 drumstick. A few hours later during the night my wife woke up multiple times extremely ill vomiting from what we are certain was food poisoning. Very sad when the staff cannot even count to 12 and who knows what is going on in the cooking area that is making their customers sick especially dealing with a product like chicken. Just moved to this side of town. This KFC was the best experience I have ever had in a KFC restaurant. The employees were all friendly and seamed very efficient at what they do. I ordered with the app the use a reward and it was very easy and ready as noted. I also ordered additional sides in person and Sergio was awesome by recommending additional food. Our "tenders" were EXTREMELY SALTY, over cooked and greasy. Price on the marquee was $13.49, yet I was charged $13.99. Apology was offered but no adjustment to the cost. We were here at night and the place was not busy at all. Ordered a mac n cheese bowl with fries for my daughter. The employee told us they were making fresh fries and for us to go park. She said about two minutes. We rang out at 8:47pm and by 9:18pm, I lost patience. Went in to see three workers laughing, joking around, and an upset customer in the lobby requesting customer services number and saying he would just call the cops instead. Not sure what the issue was.When I finally got our order, the young man apologized and said their fries machine was down and they got it back up making sure our fries were fresh. I've asked for fresh food multiple times and they like to microwave my food so it feels hot and isn't actually fresh. I had them make me fresh fries one day and when they did I went and ordered another happy with the first fry and when I got the second one I didn't realize until I was already home that they weren't fresh. Worst customer service ever. Placed an online order. Thinking I'm going to be late I called the store, 5 times, no answers. At the store, I'm standing at the counter, 2-3 minutes, not one employee even acknowledges I'm there! Finally I asked loudly, Where's pick ups? A young employee offered to help, I gave him a copy of my order, he looks around then says, my order must not have gone though then gets his manager Austin, who tells me to reorder again!  I tried explaining it's not that easy, I dont have the phone app... but he justed walked away.  After 10 minutes of trying to upload the phone app to no avail, I called Austin over to show him it's not working. Rudely, he says: "nothing I can do"  I said, really? We have the order receipt, I drove 20 mins, called 5 times, waited 25 mins, have kids in the car and there's nothing you can do! Why not charge the order price on the print out? Ring it up under 'miscellaneous' and put 12 pieces in a bucket? I drive for uber eats and have been to this location 4 or 5 times and had a negative experience all but once. I've ended up cancelling orders because it's so bad. Multiple times I (and other guests) have been completely ignored for around 10 minutes before anyone will decide to make their way up front. This happens when it's not busy either. When you finally do get someone to talk to you, it's not much better. No customer service, common courtesy, or sense of urgenc. It feels like the staff maybe isn't trained correctly or under great management. I live about 20 miles away so when we finally got around to eating I looked in the chicken and my 16 piece was 15 and out of the 15 pieces 12 were wings. Drove up to the drive thru with no other cars there and only a couple cars parked for inside. Had to wait at least 5-7 minutes before my order was taken then when I went to the window I was told to pull around and park because it would be a few minutes for my order of 4 chicken tenders and fries. 10 minutes later I got my order after I watched 5-7 cars go thru the drive thru. No receipt with my order and I guess you don't get napkins when you go thru the drive thru. I'll drive a few more miles to Canes next time I want chicken. read more

I tried this new location for the first time today. Waited about 5-10minutes in driveway and then got to drive thru window paid and was told to pull around front and my food would be right out...15 minutes after sitting and waiting...I finally went in to ask where my order was and the young lady said she'd get it, which she did. I can't wait 20-25 minutes just for a 3 piece box of chicken. I will not be returning here until they hire more staff to work the busy hours of the day ( this was about 12:30pm) or I begin to see reviews that reflect folks observing and getting much better customer service. If I could give a zero I would! My family had the worst experience at this location tonight. Went to pick up an online order and it wasn't at the window, but no one acknowledged my husband, though they looked at him, so my husband stood there several minutes. He was only served after another gentleman who they acknowledged, and asked to help... Said that my husband was first. When he finally got the order and made it home, the food was soggy and room temperature not to mention missing three pieces of chicken! When I called the store, the the manager said he would replace the whole order if I brought the food back. So I drive over there again to wait several minutes for someone to acknowledge me. When I finally got help, the manager was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude! No one was wearing a name tag and wouldn't give a name and when I asked for a district office phone number I was given a BS 800 number. Even after talking to him, I still waited close to 10 minutes for them to fill my order... Even though all the chicken is cooked and in warmers!
