Went here on a busy Friday evening to get a family bucket to go for my family. The place was packed inside and in the drive-through. Other customers ahead of me were yelling and being terrible to the associates working. They seemed to be understaffed that night. Nothing was their fault and they did not deserve to be treated the way they were. They staffed was very polite, and apologetic to the rude customers and everyone else. They worked as hard as they could to get the food out fast. They added extra biscuits and a free drink to my order. I would come back again to this location. read more

Ordered 8 piece extra crispy family dinner. . When we got home, we found only 6 pieces and the chicken was burnt! Was thinking of going back to explained the error, but the employee/manager was very rude, yelling at other customers. Ate the burnt chicken, but did not enjoy it. Placed an order online for a specific time. Went through drive thru to get the order. I was asked for my name. Wasnt told first or last so I assumed last. Gave it. They didn't understand me so I spelled it. Then I was told only an order for this person or Karen. Jeez if you could have been more specific. I said yes it is Karen xxx. Then on comes some female rudely asking what I ordered. Came across like they thought I was scamming them. I drove thru and came home. we have been to this restaurant many times. but the last (4) times their have been some issue. We have gone on line to see meals and prices. When we go there the management does not offer the same prices. There prices are always higher. We have always been able to switch out thighs for drumsticks. Today the management advise their location is no longer doing that. They no longer offer some of the item listed on KFC website. This is not the first time there has been a conflict. The management team is not the best. It will be awhile before we try again. read more

I went to the mobile order area inside the store and I wasnt greeted or anything. The lady in the front just took the next person even though I was standing in front of the counter. I patiently waited for the lady at the front to finish the order with the new customer and still gave no acknowledgement. So i said, "Excuse me, I have a mobile order to pick up." She said to wait. So I waited. Then she took another mobile order pick up and was given their food right away. I showed the lady in the front my phone and order number and gave my name. She asked if I was Erin because that lady just picked it up. I said that I was not Erin because we had the same order (the $30 family meal). I waited again and she took another customer then she said in a higher volume that your order was just picked up! I told her I'm Andrew, not Erin! She even took my phone and looked at it. I never even told her to touch my phone let alone take my phone (amidst the COVID 19 pandemic with her hands). But she took it and used her hands (which her hands were uncovered when using the tongs filling someone else's bucket of chicken). She looked at my order and said that she couldn't find my name in the email. I told her this was the email I received without my name. Then the person who had gloves on said that my order is here and she got frustrated and left the front. She did not want to deal with me even if it was her fault. I eventually got my order but I might as well have just bought it there because it was a lot faster. I had to stay there for 20 minutes while everyone got there's in two minutes. She needs more training on how to deal with customers as well as not taking my phone passed the counter. Food wise, we ordered the extra crispy bucket and it was a little salty. I get it, everyone's in pandemic right now, and people are essential and non-essential and they are definitely essential. I'm working in law enforcement and we're essential but there's still some customer service people need to provide. Not going to this place again - first and last time. read more

I've tried a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it always seems to fail. Came by tonight and they have run out of chicken breasts and something else. This place is the worse. There was no one behind me in the drive thru and no one inside. I ordered my food and they asked me to wait in the parking lot. I didn't want to and someone else came up and told me I had to move. They wanted their timer to stop ticking. The food was good, but the "Manager" who was not wearing a name tag, but identified herself as Erica, is an obnoxious, arrogant, and rude piece of work! If I was an Undercover Boss, I would've fired her on the spot! She doesn't know the first thing about customer service, or how to speak to people professionally. No doubt, her lack of manners is a reflection of her low class personality. The way she looks, thinks, speaks, and acts conveys confrontation. If she's married, my prayers go out to her poor husband for having to endure living with such a horrible person. Because of her, this particular KFC location lost a regular and loyal customer. I've tried this shop three times and there will not be a fourth. When the sign in the window says "no refunds" I should have gone to Wendy's. First, they didn't have chicken sandwiches, and I was told it would take an hour before they would have any. I bought a famous bowl and chicken tenders. Worst KFC in America. Sat for 11mins in drive-thru without being greeted via the intercom. Cars had me boxed in or I would have either backed out like many did or had I been the first at the window I would have drove out! The order was incorrect, no biscuits in my 8pc meal. Calling the phone number - no answer. There was no utensils to eat cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The chicken was "nasty" - had a funky taste, more greasy than other KFC's. I am staying in a motel 2 miles away and would had driven it back for a refund if I wasn't feeling punky. This KFC has turned me off the product forever. It gets NO stars from me. Just left this location approx 15 mins ago at 8:45 pm. I was told they only had 4 breasts and 5 wings left. I assumed they closed soon. According to the employee they closed at 10 pm. Another employee walked up and I asked him about ordering a family meal and her simply said they weren't making anymore chicken for the night. I told him "but you close in an hour and 15 mins" he said "well yeah, but were already cleaned" how is this the customers problem? Do they really expect customers to just buy whatever they have left? I asked him for a corporate number. He said he didn't have it. I told him to ask the person In charge. He yelled out "hey Allie" Allie never came out of the office. He went inn their and said there was a customer bitc*ing. I advised him I would googling the number to complain. Corporate might also want to review the cameras. They have an employee waking around in flip flops mopping the lobby. And the back of the Restaurant is all full of water and grease. Talk about a safety hazard. Worst KFC ever, went at 4pm on a Tuesday, they had no chicken at all they told me " we have fish". If I wanted fish I would have gone to Long John's. Went to the drive-thru and had a feeling to check my order which was over $30. As usual they forgot the potato wedges. Parked and went in and realized that they did not give me a receipt either. I continued to try to signal the drive-thru clerk so I would not have to wait in the line at the register which was almost out the door. She continued to ignore me. Never even said sorry which would have gone a long way. All of my food was getting cold while waiting for some wedges. After finally getting my receipt and wedges I went home and my wife said the food should have all been free since they did not give me a receipt which I was unaware of and they made no point to honor their policy. KFC has fallen off of my map. I won't go back, no matter how many stupid commercials they waste their money on. It's the lunch hour and you have one person working the register and one person putting the food together and working the drive thru(felt bad for this guy) while the other employees were just walking around. Go thru dive-thru on a Tuesday 6 Aug, 2019 and it was slow...try ordering differening snadwiches and almost ALL were not available and I was having a hard time understanding that so I got the Colonel Sandwich combo and a Pot pie along with potato wedges for $15??? Anyway I'm sue they thought I was a a dummy trying to understand they did not have any of the other sandwiches? Hows that happen at lunch?? You run out? what no order from the truck coming in? The employee at counter that took our order was pleasant and efficient. It went down hill from there. The store was very cold - I think AC was on though it was like 60 degrees outside. I was anxious to try the Nashville chicken but it was dripping in oil. Dish had a pool of oil on bottom - about 20 napkins later we were able to eat it. Cole slaw was almost frozen but when it warmed up a bit was not too bad. No reason to ever go back to this store. How do they stay in business ? read more
