I had the biggest craving for some KFC chicken so I went today for lunch (at the normal 12pm lunch time on a Saturday) and couldn't wait to get it. I noticed no on in the drive thru but not that unusual. So I walk in and see I have the place to myself. Great, lunch will be quick. I walk up to the counter, make eye contact and say Hello with my friendly smile. He looks at me and grabs a pair of tongs, and proceeds to fill up a bucket of chicken for mystery guest. Never saying a word to me. Said never mind, and went to Popeyes. Call me wrong but I wonder if this possibility be one of the reasons this place was empty at lunch time on a Saturday. KFC...It's A-OK... A bucket of extra crispy is fun for an outdoor picnic/Holiday Celebrations/birthdays or even a potluck when you are out of time to make a dish. The $5 box gives you options on type of chicken and sides... Also the Go cup offers options on types of chicken and comes with wedges for $2.99. Good for a grab and go for sure. Besides the wedges, I can go without the sides from here or make my own but the chicken is good. Yesterday at the drive through the lady was nice and clear on the mic and smiley when she handed off my meal which included a "Thank you" - Coupons in the mail are good to use also. Though many KFC's happen to be a bit slow, I have no problems here. read more

be careful here, this has happened twice, both times it was a different employee, which makes me think this is a Standard Practice. Ordered the $20.00 Fill Up that should cost $21.06, however, I was given the total of almost $25.00. When pressed at the window why, I was given the excuse "oh, didn't you order the 8 Piece Combo Meal?" Seems they take your order for the 20.00 fill up and enter it as an 8 piece combo, which is a few dollars more. Again, this has happened twice, Pay attention to the charges. read more

I pull in and there's AT MOST 1 car, they're not busy at all. I order a K6 over the intercom, the cashier even repeats my order and the receipt is correct to what I ordered, but I get 3 trash ass chicken breast and a hard biscuit with soggy fries. It's absolutely incredible how you can fuck up an order with 2 Cars max at the window. Didn't expect id have to check the bag when it's slowed down. First and last time coming here. I entered and stood at the counter for about five minutes before one of the three employees in the kitchen area bothered to take my order. The way the kitchen looked made me almost walk out. I stayed because I was getting a chicken pot pie, which I assumed was prefab and warmed up in house. I have liked the pot pie at other locations. I got it to go. When I ate it, I first noticed the crust was tougher than normal and lacked the buttery flavor it usual has. I noticed that there was crust only on top. No crust pie body! The filling was only half full!! Someone skimped on the filling! I noticed large strips of grey colored chicken meat. It tasted liked old meat stripped from chicken pieces that didn't sell!!! Moreover, there was two pieces of cartilage that looked like the tops of drumsticks! I even found a piece of bone. There was only two peas, a couple of slices of carrots and potato. The service was terribly slow. OUTSTANDINGLY slow if you take note that it is considered 'fast food.' The staff couldn't seem to manage more than one customer at a time. While we were waiting to place an order, the lady snapped at us. It took over 10 minutes just to place an order in the drive thru because apparently attending to one other customer requires all staff member's attention. Worst customer service. We've come here several times and got the $20 fill up meal with the new Georgia gold chicken, but tonight when we ordered we were told we couldn't get the GG chicken with the fill up meal, but we could get the 8 pc meal. After I told the women (who said she was a manager) several times we have got it before and was never charged extra she then said they could do it, but it would cost extra for each piece of chicken since they are using a special sauce. Me and my husband had dinner there tonight and the food was good and the chicken was fresh. The counter person was very friendly. However, the lobby needed some attention. There were tiny black ants crawling all over the wall by our booth and it looked as if they had sprayed them was something so some of them were dead but still stuck on the wall. I understand that in any establishment with food there is the potential for insects but there were alot of them at this time. Hard to think they are not aware of the problem.
