Not sure how this place doesn't have better reviews. Been here half a dozen times since it opened with my family. The food is reliable and consistent. What this place really excels at is service. Which is so unusual these days. Every time we are really well taken care of and attended to by our waiter. Food is the same food you'd find at any glory days. This is the first time I decided to try out this local establishment. They have daily specials at reasonable prices. I walked in and was seated immediately near the bar area. There are screens around so there is plenty to keep your interest. I ordered the salmon salad with strawberries. The salad was good and the vegetables fresh. The salmon was tasty and slightly cooked more than I liked but, still good. I liked the variety in the menu so I will try this place again. read more

Ok , time to update! had a delightful lunch today , Friday on the patio with the wife. the hostess tried to disuade us ("oh, the humidity") , but they have built a wonderful large cover with generous shade, western exposure. lunch was perfect. Gary our server was prompt and attentive, fetching drinks and Ice frequently. While I miss a few old menu favorites, the solid winners are there. My go to - 12 piece hand breaded boneless chicken w/ Glory sauce. The wife upgraded her cheesesteak sandwich with muchrooms ( yes, spelled correctly because they loaded it up !!!) i do whish the Jalapenos on the nachos were diced, but other than that a winner here every time. Now can someone answer me, if Warrenton is so consistently good, why is the Gainesville site so consistently bad??? fortunately I am in Warrenton a lot, so here I am !! My local family recommended we eat lunch here. This was my first time going to a Glory Days' restaurant. My family of five arrived here around 12 noon without a reservation. We were seated at a table to the left of the entrance. I started with their bloody mary with well vodka for $5.49. I also enjoyed my six hot classic chicken wings with bone in, highest heat of 80 calories with blue cheese dressing for $9.75. My bloody mary and chicken wings were decent. Bethany served us well. My total bill was $60 less gratuity. Overall I would rate this place average at best. read more

I ordered on line and had it delivered. The food was good however they did not put utensils in the bag so I had to wait until the next day to eat it. I did call and request honey mustard and they did put some in the bag at no extra charge. read more

We are new to the Warrenton area. I last ate at Glory Days Grill when the first opened in Sterling, Virginia several years ago. I condierered it a "bar food" restaurant at the time. Warrenton's Glory Days has become a favorite place for my husband and I. The salmon is superior, moist beyond what anyone would expect with salmon. Always perfect. The menu is diverse, offers everything and anything you may be craving. Clam chowder is as good as any seafood restaurant. So is the fried fish. Salads are wonderful. We never get tired of eating here. I became a fan of the bargain-sized Margarita after the first I tried. What a bargain! We've never had a meal here that disappointed--from the superb food and the attentive staff. and reasonable prices and specials. A favorite among all comparable Warrenton restaurants. read more

I had to marinate on this one for a bit y'all. The food was just a no, the service was a bad training expo from jump. The real clincher was the managers approach to me. Dude was wearing a long sleeve green shirt and from Reston. He clearly was more interested in watching the game with fellow manager wearing a long sleeve button up. However the manager wearing the short sleeve polo was actually working. So is it some hierarchy bs that the longer the sleeve, the less you do and the more you stand around? The ONLY reason they're getting a 3* rating is the fact they comped the meal. Arrived shortly before noon on a Sunday. Was promptly seated. Reviewed the menu, decided what I'd order (cheese burger)...and waited...and waited. Was never told "I'll be right with you'...or 'Sir I'm sorry for the delay...' nothing even as numerous staff walked past. After reading my phone, started the stopwatch. After 8 minutes of the stopwatch running, asked for the manager. Conveyed my irritation of the time delay between being seated, drink order, and time for the meal to arrive. Mind you, 2 guys at the bar who came in AFTER me were finishing their meal. The manager apologized stating they suddenly got a rush... really, it's Sunday at NOON! What happens EVERY Sunday at noon...church is out and people are looking for lunch! Every Sunday this happens...a sudden rush should have been anticipated. The burger finally arrived. It was cooked properly but had obviously been sitting by the looks of the cheese and the lukewarm (at best) temp. I've had good experiences at other Glory Days, this one is pretty lacking. Waitresses all ran to the back when they saw me and my wife walking in. Bartender had to go back there and get them to get us seated. Ordered soup ahead of the meal, ended up coming with the meal. Ordered the wings, they arrived dry and cold-luke warm. Waitress seemed extremely uninterested, food was rough, and the drink I got was a crazy light pour for a martini. Anyway. Try the glory days out by Middleburg. It's much better. read more

Overall good time, server was very friendly and nice, don't remember her name unfortunately. Service was slower than normal which I thought was off on a not so busy night. Food was good and menu was unfortunately kind of small compared to other glory days. But I will say on the menu prices look great but why is there a meals tax on top of regular taxes. It be understandable if they just changed the prices of the menu, but to incorporate a meal tax that is higher than regular taxes is absurd. read more

Having dinner at Glory Days Grill in Warrenton, Virginia. I eat at the bar when I'm alone as to not tie up tables for families and others. I sit a the corner near the wall so, one, I can keep an eye on the door, and two, not tie up valuable bar space for the bartender selling drinks and getting tips. The place is busy, but not crowded, no wait for tables. Ten minutes after sitting down the fatass bartender walks by and says, "Here" as he frisbees the menu at me. Ok, now we are below the forty percent line. Another ten minutes and he asks what I want to drink. My sweet tea arrives 5 minutes later even though the pitcher is sitting right in front of me. I order dinner. It arrives at the bar, manager hands it to bartender, after a 15 minute wait. Bartender sets my dinner down next to his, and proceeds to eat two bites of his dinner, AND draw a beer from the tap to drink with dinner. He notices I am scowling at him. He takes another drink and places my dinner in front of me, "Sorry, kitchen is really busy tonight." Just dipped below eighteen percent, Fatso! I eat dinner, not bad, Fish Fry, fries, coleslaw. I finish, he walks by and notices my empty sweet tea (empty for over five minutes). "Need a refill?" No, and I show him my credit card in my hand s if to say, "Get the bill, please." He walks away and goes outside the bar and has a lengthy conversation with a family. High fives, jokes, fist bumps, hugs, and other time-wasters by Busta Chair, the fat bartender. He sees me glaring at him, and I'm holding the credit card where he can see it. Clearly, I've had enough, and we are safely below 10percent now! I get the bill and my credit card 8 minutes later. He watches me fill it out. He can't see numbers, but he is trying. I fill in the tip, add it up, and sign it. I check my math, 22.04 + 1.05= 23.09. I pull my phone, decide which job I'm billing for my dinner, write it on the check, open my Expense Account App and snap the pic of the receipt. Fold the bill in half lengthwise and lay it in the puddle where my sweet tea has sweat on the bar. I'll never be back. And yes, I know what he's going to do. He's going to try to change the tip to reflect another digit, squeeze in a zero, or add a one to the tip. Hahahahahah! I took a pic, Fatso!! I hope you do it. Typical bar food however this location is the best GDG around. The layout is conducive to watch and enjoying sports. Our server was outstanding and treated us like we were her only customer. I tried the 4 burger sliders with onion straws. It was excellent. Very nice location. read more

Definitely a chain. Great place for guys to go after work or those who want to hang and watch games. Big bar. Saw a lot of guys at lunchtime there. Kind of a Rock n Brews/CA Wild wings bar but RNB was fantastic! The food is okay. Burgers are good. Fries meh. soggy not crispy. Table was a little sticky and the bad thing was the old moldy bar stink. You want to smell food not old rag water. My husband wanted to leave & I told him to give it a chance. It has only been open a year at this location. It was his birthday and I am sorry we stayed other than the fact we know now to go downtown to a couple of family owned places for burgers etc. Chains are chains here in VA. It seems keeping to those you know is the best advice. I would rather spend $22 for a fantastic burger meal than.... Wow! Just got onto the GD website. We attended a memorial service at Glory Days on Nov 12, 2022. I wanted to commend the manager Dan and our server Kyla. The set up was amazing and the entire service and gathering was respectful and so well done. All of the staff was wonderful but Kyla in particular was not only respectful but extremely kind to all the attendees. She went above and beyond and her smiling presence helped beyond words as we were all able to relax and remember our friend. The food buffet was delicious and the drinks were ordered and received within ten minutes of our arrival. An unusual happening I suppose but Dan and Kyla made it a very enjoyable occasion. I have always loved Glory Days and grew up going to the Centreville and Gainesville locations. Now that I have a family of my own and am living in Warrenton I was pumped when the Warrenton location opened. We have visited this location about 5 times since it opened in Spring 2022 with our most recent visit being last night (October 14th 2022). This is by far the worst Glory Days location I have experienced. Each time we have come for dinner, we have had extremely long wait times for our food and the service has been very poor. Each time we have had different servers assist us but the result is the same - taking 20+ minutes for drink refills (only ordering a water for me and a Diet Coke for my wife) and 30+ minute wait times for food when the restaurant is half empty. The long wait makes no sense. In our case last night, our waitress kept apologizing for the wait so I brushed it off. I really try to be accommodating and understanding as I know the food/service industry is not easy. However, I had to finally put my foot down when I noticed she was providing speedy service to the table diagonal from us (I'm assuming they were friends or family of hers) but ignoring/forgetting about us. She again apologized and said she was helping bring things to other tables and food was backed up for multiple tables/orders. However, once again, at 7:45 (when we ordered at 7:15) the restaurant was half empty and when I looked around, our waitress was nowhere to be found nor were any others rushing to help with any potential backlog. Our food came out immediately AFTER I complained and you could tell our food had been sitting around in the back as my fries were lukewarm/soggy at best and my wife's Mac n cheese was cold and soupy. We told the server of our unsatisfactory food (and still sucked it up and ate it) but she didn't seem to be too concerned. I thought about telling the manager but the last thing I wanted was more coupons (which we've been given for our other poor experiences and using those coupons are part of the reason why we have come back so much). The irony though? The poor service continues regardless of what servers we get. It's really unfortunate because I look around and see other tables getting great service but for whatever reason, my experiences here have been extremely poor. Beware coming here. Our bartender Will was the best ever. He may be a portly fellow but he moved behind the bar like a jaguar in search of prey. Unlike the other review he didn't eat any food infront of us, he didn't even give us a pitcher of anything because pitchers don't exist there. I even left him a cash tip so he couldn't change the numbers like the other review suggested. Will is the best thing ever and I think he's gorgeous. read more

I've been to a few Glorydays in different locations, but this was my first time at the new Warrenton location. In general, they are okay and have some good items. Its hard to get a really good burger in Warrenton, so I thought the new location would be a good option. My wife got the Hero burger, and I got the Blue cheese burger. Mine had one segment of blue cheese on one side of the burger. Both burgers looked like they were assembled by throwing the items on our burgers like a game of horseshoes. I might try them again, but logging in and seeing the 3 star review they are holding at right now tracks pretty well for us. Spent 48 dollars on two crap burgers and two kids meals. In their defense, the kids were really happy with the chicken tenders and mac and cheese, although how do you screw that up? read more

Our server did a great job, but that's the end of my praise. We must have been lucky because we saw two nearby tables walk out after not being tended to. Food was lacking badly, over cooked chicken and under cooked fries. There were a lot of other small issues and a GM was no where to be found. Food is good, but service is horrible. I went to the bathroom for a few minutes, and the cleared by table, took my keys and all my food that I was only half finished eating. This is after I ordered the short ribs entree, and waited for 20 minutes or maybe longer for it to be finished, only for the waiter to come out and say the kitchen was out of short ribs, and they just never bothered to tell me until the entree was supposed to be finished. A very nice place. They have at least 25 TV's, all playing different things. With an app you can listen to one of the TV's. The staff are super nice and the food is amazing. I highly recommend going there if you don't want Mexican food. read more

We had a pretty good time the first time we visited but the second time the service at the bar was unpleasant. The bartender was grumpy and had zero personality. They knocked over a glass in front of a patron too. Just a less than pleasant experience. The Korean 2 wings were gross. Wet and sitting in a pool of overly sticky sauce. I am a frequent customer and have always enjoyed the food and service Glory Days Warrenton provides. However, I have an allergy to beef and pork. Sunday, I ordered boneless chicken wings, and the manager and cook came out to explain to me that all of their oil now has beef tallow in it, in both fryers! I was so disappointed!! Glory Days was one of the very few places I can eat. The manager, Tonya and the cook Dave were very apologetic and thoughtful. They did find some chicken that had not yet been tainted with beef and prepared it especially for me, but explained this was not an option going forward due to the ingredient change. It's very difficult having a food allergy and I'm so sad that I cannot eat here anymore. read more

This dump is really pathetic. The staff: big, fat, dumb, and incompetent. The fat dummy and poorly dressed female bartender called me "baby". I could have been her grandfather! They operate on DirectTV, so when you get there, and want to watch a major sport event, and it's bad weather, the entire network breaks down. read more

This was my first time finally trying this place out. The hostess was very friendly from the minute we walked in the door. She walked us over to our table and it had not yet been cleaned off. She apologized and started cleaning it off with her hands. Not the most ideal way of cleaning, but we sat down anyways. The waitress came right over and took our drink orders and was back with them very quickly. She recommended the hero burger for me and my daughter had the grilled chicken sandwich. The waitress kept checking on us and making sure our drinks were full but it did take a while for our food to come out even with the restaurant less than half full. The burger was ok and my daughter said the chicken was a little dry and bland, but we both agreed that we really liked the fries. For a sports bar, it wasn't very loud and it was nice being able to watch several baseball games on the many TVs that they have throughout the restaurant. Overall, I will try it again, however my only concern would be like some of the other reviews in the amount of time it would take for the food to come out when the restaurant is full. read more
