Unfortunately I had to give one star in order to write this review, realistically it would be a negative -5 cloud rating Worst experience ever, the manager is a POS or FPOS at best. My food was so nasty looking (I didn't even eat it) I returned the food for a refund and the A hoe mgr argued with me saying I was wrong. I said I'm calling the corporate office and promised never to return and he told me "Good" His argument was so heated I actually felt like there was going to be a physical confrontation. One star is extremely generous. The employees are flat out rude, they completely screwed up the order and the portion sizes are much smaller then the used to be. They must have used a baby chicken to try and fill a 12pc bucket. If you are thinking of going to this place, just stop. This is probably the worst KFC I've ever been in. Do not eat here. The service staff doesn't care. They are slow and food is never fresh. In fact the ice maker doesn't work and if you look closely in the tray for the soda dispenser there is quite a bit of bacteria growing from not being cleaned in days! For the 4th and final visit to this location, I ordered a $20 fill up 8 piece and 3 piece tender meal, get home with the food only to find it was missing the large slaw, large mashed and gravy. I am sick to death of the constant mistakes to the orders! I tried to call the Manager only to have them not answer the phone, I tried for 45 minutes to reach them with no luck. Arrived at 325pm 12/23/17. No greeting from customer service person at counter. Took our order. We sat down at the one semi clean table. Food was served in to go boxes. Asked for trays. The worst KFC location I've ever been to. I LOVE KFC but I hate this place. Every time I've ordered from this location (because for whatever reason I haven't learned my lesson the first few times) I am disappointed. The fries are soggy the biscuits are sticky and raw. The chicken they serve is under fried and the breading is falling off in crumbs. And their soda is rarely soda rather than carbonated water. Absolutely unacceptable. How ever corporate allows them to function this way is beyond me. read more

Waited 30 minutes post drive through, along with a half dozen others. How does this place stay in business? All first time (and one time) customers, I'm guessing. Just had the worst experience of my life. I waited for 20 min in the drive through. The girl working at the drive through was extremely rude and not nice whatsoever. I asked for ranch twice and still didn't get it. Also didn't get napkins or a receipt so I couldn't even get her name. I actually downloaded this whole app just to tell everyone to NOT GO HERE! The staff was so rude and food wasn't even available. The girl that took my order sounded like I was bothering her when taking my order. I ordered a 16 pc and she told me my total without asking what sides I wanted. When I said, "Do I get to pick my sides?" She paused for a long time then said, "Sure". I am normally not someone who writes reviews but this has happened too many times. We live in Waukesha and almost always have to drive to the Brookfield one because the Waukesha one is always out of food and it takes FOREVER to get our food and for someone to come to the drive through speaker. Last night we sat for 5 minutes just waiting for someone to take our order. There was only 1 person working which is not okay especially on a Saturday night. We ended up driving away and drove to the Brookfield one where we had amazing service and it they had everything we wanted. Just not a good place. read more

Absolutely 100% incompetence. After waiting 5+ minutes without any acknowledgement, I was finally fortunate enough to be able to place an order! After 15 minutes our food was finally complete. Upon returning with my watered down lemonade to request a refund, I again waited 5+ minutes for any acknowledgement while all these clowns scramble around throwing chicken into boxes. Finally! The general manager! The most experienced and well paid person present! I should be so fortunate. I tell him he and his staff shouldn't ignore paying guests in his restaurant nor serve them a bad product and request a refund for my disgusting drink. He immediately goes to the defensive and insists he did indeed tell me he'd be with me in a moment. My hearing is quite good. A gentleman beside me was patiently waiting for the root beer to be changed (after already asking, apparently). Eventually, general manager Humberto told me to shove it up my ass. I went here last Saturday night and for the second time in a row (went late December) I was told they have NO CHICKEN and it would be a 20 minute wait. How can you have no chicken? It is all you serve!! Both times I went it was a normal dinner time 6pm - 7pm. I was there not too long ago, the girl who took my order rang half of it up wrong amd for some reason, the register doesnt account for everything so when i ordered extra crispy and all breasts, it didnt add up correctly. So the process was painful and my order was goofed but after an hour and a half of waiting a really nice worker apologized and gave us a free dessert. I really loved the chicken, it was great and the staff was very friendly but im not giving full stars because the dining room was a mess, the food took almost 1.5 hours to come out and my order was all kinds of messed up. I went tonight just after 5pm and ordered a 16 piece meal. The girl in the back literally laughed out loud. They didn't have chicken. How is it every time I come there they're out of chicken? I had 16 pieces thrown together to make a meal. Mind you I'm the only one there. After I ordered, several more people walked in. While the poor girl at the register was taking the next order, what I assume to be the manager came around and loudly scolded her that she should be looking behind her and paying attention to supply before taking orders. After he got done reaming her out I felt like I should be ashamed I had the nerve to want chicken. It was terrible. Fast forward to getting home and everybody sits down to eat, we were missing part of the order. I got on the phone to advise them my husband was coming back and the phone rang and rang and was still ringing when he texted me he was there waiting in line. No audible ringing in the store. Worst customer service I've EVER come in contact with by far! I had a drive through employee call her coworkers over to the window to "check out the freak" due to my tattoos and piercings. Another employee said "that's fuckin gross" while others laughed. They didn't realize you can hear everything they say while the window is closed. Aside from that, I paid almost $50 for the meal to feed my family and almost half the order was missing. If there was a "0" star rating for this location I'd give that. A bucket of chicken served at 6:00pm on a Saturday night should not taste like it's 2 days old. Also a mix up on our sides. I can live with that but how employees can give out inedible food that we pay good money for is inexcusable. Corporate should make a visit to this location. I was in KFC this evening purchasing some hot wings and coleslaw; a customer had an issue with an upgrade on the meal and could not quite understand why she could not get it--the manager and associate were very professional and courteous at all times and I so appreciated how they handled that. Being in retail for a number of years I understand how tough and difficult it is at times in managing difficult customers--but these guys did an awesome job and actually it was quite refreshing to see them in action!! I often purchase from this restaurant and have always had great customer service--Keep up the great service and cooking the good food guys-you rock! Now let me eat! read more

the kfc on sunset, waukesha, wi is terrible. i go back every few months. just to see if the management has gotten better. it hasn't. it take 15 minutes for someone to come to you and take you order. at 7:00 pm they are out of certain chiken pieces. every time i go there other patrons are complining about the same. it looks like a buch of employees that hate there job. read more
