This place stinks! Slow service. Continuously out of crispy chicken. Flat soda. No ice.

I ordered takeout and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. The cashier was nice and attentive and offered me a glass of water while I waited for my order, which I really appreciated. I also liked that this business promotes a good cause like "Heal Hunger with photos". I had never seen this campaign before but it felt good to make a difference just by sharing a picture of my food. I like that this business is part of a rewards program that I am already a part of.

First time here. Always on the lookout for good Greek food options…read more Food: They have a nice selection of the usual Greek favorites. We would have liked to try a couple of the appetizers, but then we would have risked filling up and not having enough room for the entrées. We decided on the Great Greek Gyro and the Combo Souvlaki Plate with lamb and tenderloin. We also ordered the Feta Fries. After a short wait, the food was delivered to our table. Everything was well presented, and the hot items were served at a good temperature. The Feta Fries were well seasoned, crispy, and topped with a generous amount of cheese. I think there may have been mozzarella along with the feta. Super yummy. The salad that came with the Souvlaki Plate was fresh and had a plentiful assortment of vegetables. The meats were well seasoned and served in nice-sized portions. The tenderloin was medium rare, just as I requested, although some of the lamb pieces were slightly overcooked, but still tasty. The gyro my wife ordered was a very large portion, with tender and flavorful meat. The additional vegetables and tzatziki sauce were both generously portioned as well. There were plenty of leftovers to take home. Service: There were several people helping behind the counter: a couple of young ladies taking orders and running food, along with another person, possibly the manager or owner, assisting with additional questions. They were super helpful with my Souvlaki Plate order and suggested trying the combo option. They also offered us a complimentary sample of one of their new refreshers. The cucumber mint flavor was delicious. Atmosphere: It's located in a small strip mall, but the interior is nicely laid out. There are lots of large windows bringing in natural light. The smaller tables can easily be pushed together for larger groups, and there are also umbrella tables outside in front. The noise level was comfortable and allowed for easy conversation. A good spot if you are looking for tasty Greek food.

It was hard to choose what to have, as so many items on the menu sounded great, but I selected the spanakopita plate with the lemon sauced potatoes. Everything was just delicious; the phyllo was crispy and light, and the spinach and feta filling was the perfect density, and a side of their heavenly tzatziki sauce complemented it perfectly. The potatoes were firm yet tender, and absorbed the lemon and oregano sauce and made for a perfect side dish. My husband was astounded at the generous portion of gyro meat on his pita, and said it was incredibly flavorful and the accompanying marinated red onions and tomatoes enhanced the meat well. He, too, praised the thick, creamy tzatziki sauce, but he ended up taking at least a third of his gyro home to enjoy tomorrow. We will definitely be back soon, not just because of the food, but the excellent service. Thanks for a wonderful lunch, Gyro House!

I dined in for lunch, and the service was fantastic. My server (Julie) was attentive and delightful, and they had several nice touches included in the experience, as well. I don't think I've ever had a sprinkling of paprika on a gyro before (delicious), which they did, they also used red onions, and the waitress brought me a serving of Greek honey donuts (loukoumades) as a thank you for coming in, as well. Table service patrons even get nice cloth napkins and real flatware. It was a delightful experience that I will be back for, including the upbeat, traditional Greek music. Next time I look forward to trying the chicken kebabs and spanakopita. I haven't had Greek lemon soup in years, either, and I look forward to trying that, as well.

Got greeted by a nice young woman. I ordered the root beer float, and he got the Black Cow. They use Cedar Crest Ice Cream, which I think is high quality. The float came in a glass mug and looked amazing -- and it tasted excellent. To me, the Black Cow looked a bit watery (overmixed), but he enjoyed it. It was rainy, and we got the only picnic table that was covered. There were plenty of other picnic tables on the grassy areas across the parking lot. Don't know much about the food, but would definitely come back for the root beer float.

It was great to see it was a hot dog place instead of a burger joint; I ordered a hot dog with ketchup and relish and a side of onion rings, but no beverage as I had one in the car. Anyway, the hot dog was ok, but the meat itself was kind of soft and spongy, not to my liking. The onion rings, described to me by the order taker as fantastic, were, in reality, disgusting. They tasted like old, rancid oil and consisted mostly of a thick batter with the thinnest actual onion slice. I ate two small rings and tossed the rest. Just gross. I really wish I could have had an excellent dog and rings, because when I indulge in a fast food meal, that's what I love, and few places offer hot dogs anymore.

Consistently the Worst McDonald's Experience…read more Every time I come to this McDonald's, they take my order, then have me pull forward "for a short wait," and I end up sitting there for 30 minutes--today included. All I ordered was two meals, nothing complicated. While I waited, I watched the entire drive-thru line get served and an entirely new rush come and go before I got my food. Let me be clear: this isn't the employees' fault. They're doing what they're told. The real problem is management and how this location is run. It's clearly a systemic issue when this happens every single visit. Other McDonald's--sometimes with longer lines and fewer workers--can get me the same order in under five minutes without all the chaos. The pull-ahead system here is broken. It's frustrating and honestly feels like they're just trying to make their numbers look better on paper while ignoring the actual customer experience. If I'm waiting 30 minutes for fast food, that's not fast food--it's a joke. Do better.

Food quantity is well just bad. My grandkids always want a happy meal chicken nuggets they always have a bitter taste and have never received a order that was hot. Oh and don't bother going in the store you can stand by the POS and have employees just look at you and not bother to help you these want to to use the electronic order board. BS If I'm paying over $3.00 for wilted fries I want to talk to a live person. The staff has to be from the rejected group of folks that could not find work anywhere else. I can't believe this kid/ young folks are what our country will be relying on as the future workforce. They gave me 8 pennies once as they didn't know a nickle and 3 pennies was 8 cents. I finally have convinced my grand kids Culver's is soo much better and the custard is better than the junk toy in a happy meal. Also Culver's stave is so over the top great!! I don't understand how they find such great young folks to serve you. McDonalds needs to wake up and take a lesson
