Another wrong order through the Drive Thru and I thought it was going to be good because the lady at the window was just so nice! I ordered the Big Chicken Sandwich meal with a nacho cheese sauce on the side (since they're a Tacoma Bell /KFC location why not) for my fries. The lady at the window gave me my drink, looked briefly into a bag and handed it off to me. When I got to the 1st traffic light i reached in to get a french fry and there was a solid box inside. I opened it and saw 3 chicken thighs. 2 drumsticks, a biscuit, and mashed potatoes. Not what I ordered. I saw pretty much only negative reviews but still gave it a shot. We got everything we ordered, utensils, napkins, straws, and didn't even ask! Which is a good thing considering the reviews prior. Everything tastes and looks perfectly fine. Girl there was nice too, we asked for water cups she didn't care and got them for us. We ordered a Fall Feast: eight pieces of chicken drumsticks. 12 KFC chicken nuggets, one large mashed potato with gravy, one large creamy coleslaw, one additional large side, and five fluffy buttermilk biscuits. What we got was 2 breasts, 1 wing, 3 drum sticks and thigh. No chicken nuggets no creamy coleslaw no biscuits. We got the large mashed potatoes with gravy and we got a large macaroni and cheese that's it. To top it all off we tried to call and kept getting hung up on. So needless to say this place sucks. Came last night with a large order in the drive thru and the wait was a bit long but expected. This location is Always packed inside and drive thru. So the wait wasn't unreasonable. Upon getting our order delivered to our car with an apology for the wait we were asked to save our receipt and come get the same meal again free. Well we came in tonight and not only did they do as promised the Manager personally came to apologize and thank us for our patience. We always have wonderful service here and cannot believe the kindness and professional of the staff. They are always amazing and the kids feel like they are getting the ROYAL treatment. We tried KFC again after waiting for them to fix multiple issues. There is no hope. The mashed potatoes and gravy are chewy with chunks and the biscuits are hard as stone. Staff today was rude lazy and out of everything. They had the lights off 30mjnutes before closing and turned them on when I pulled up. Then we're upset that I asked them for fries as a side order. Not our usual choice for food. However, my husband wanted to have it while watching the game today. He ordered a bucket of chicken with sides. First they gave him an individual meal. He straightened that out. They handed him a bag of food. He gets home and he doesn't have his potatoes and gravy. The chicken looks like it was thrown in the bucket, the biscuits are underdone and they totally keep the rest. This is my favorite Taco Bell around. They have amazing service, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, and the dining area is always impeccable. We use to go to the Spanaway Taco Bell and have had nothing but issues, never had an issue here. 10/10 would recommend read more

My experience sound very similar to other people's when I read their reviews. I came in on my lunch break for a quick meal. After waiting over 5 min for my order, I was told they were out of Original Chicken cuff it should be another at least 15 minutes or I could have their extra crisy or she could ask her manager if I could have a refund! None of these works because I don't like their extra crispy, and I kindly explained it was my lunch break and I highly have time to wait. Now it's almost 10 min later and I still have no food!! Not quite sure why this place stays busy, maybe it's because there's not that many places around for "quick" service. Nearly every time I've come to this location they've managed to mess up my order. I usually order the original grilled chicken from KFC but I've come to a conclusion that this place serves chicken with muscular dystrophy because there's no meat on these bones. They're always low on grilled chicken, white or dark. This time they charged me for grilled chicken breast which I asked for but since they ran out they gave me 2 chicken wings and 2 legs... All which must have come from a starving Ethiopian chicken. It was so fatty and grisely that I had to throw it in the garbage. A few minutes later my husband said "I don't think I want that food again, it was so fatty and so greasy".
