I'm disappointed in yelm taco bell, i went in tonight at 6:40pm and i didn't receive my food until 7pm. Seems like the communication in the BOH was poor. They gave me a free taco voucher, which is nice, but considering it still took 5-10 minutes after i said something to someone for them to start making my food wasn't worth it. I've been coming to yelm taco bell for years and i've never had an issue like this, but this was very irritating because i had someone with me who got their food right away and their order unfortunately sat while waiting for mine. read more

The meat in our items was not hot. This is always concerning as that's when cause for concern can happen. Very friendly employee so that was a plus. Also, the amount of sauce we were given for six items was exorbitant. It is frustrating to not have enough sauce, but the amount we were given was enough for an entire football team. read more

The food is very skimpy and yucky. I purchsed the party pack of 12 tacos, 6 of each in soft and hard. They charged me for the party pack of $21.99 then put it in as 6 regular, 5 soft and a single soft taco, charging me an extra $1.04 for the 6th soft in the 12 pack. Then I ordered an all beef burrito without the red sauce. She said the do not have a beef burrito, charging me for the bean burrito minus the beans and red sauce and adding .60 cents more for the beef. I paid $28.49 which was not bad UNTIL we went to eat it. The burrito was the same size as the tacoes but did not have ANY cheese on it. All but one of the tacoes had very little meat in them, ALOT of lettuce and 2 were missing cheese. I had stopped going to this store in Yelm, Wa. 8 years ago but will not ever going there again for the Taco Bell menu. Disgusting and waste of $. Do Not Recommend!~!! read more

I had gotten food from taco bell on 3/8/21 & had found a piece of plastic from the meat bag or whatever bag it's from. i'm not very happy & it had ruined taco bell for me. I will never again go to this taco bell & they're lucky i didn't swallow it. Every time I go there they mess up my order I'm so tired of this Can't they read the screen and make the order right for once

First time using this drive through and also or first time trying this location out! #1 slowest drive through yet. Painstakingly slow. So slow that before, during, and after the ordering you can put your car in park! #2 the window is not where you get chatted at. Normally they keep the window open and converse with you or well you get your food and go. The young man did give me my four drinks and then when the window shut, a young girl proceeded to have a conversation with her back towards me for about 8 mins. Then when the young man did return with my food she stayed with her back towards the window and never once said anything outside the window. #3 the freezes are $1 between 2-5 p.m. I wanted to order two more but as we waited no one realized that we were trying to get someone's attention. Maybe they did, but ignored us. I started the order at 4:37 p.m. I finally left at 4:58. From start to finish... I don't care if they're training, teach your employees to care about the customers, not the new cute guy that we obviously could see you flirting with and with your back turned to me. #4 food is still good. Taco Bell is pretty bottom of the barrel for fast food but Yelm Taco Bell takes it to a gross low. They also have a KFC inside and the food is always old or not prepared properly. If you like cold taco meat and unmixed chunks of powdered mash potatoes, this is your place. read more

The bean and cheese burrito well let me put it this way the beans are old and chunky. Every time I go here it's the same idk what they do to their beans but they are not new it's nasty. I always think that they would at least fix it or get new beans but nope. Hope this helps and gets them motivated to fix the problem. No beans should be dried and crusty and chunky. read more

Worst customer service ever. I spent $3.00 on 4 side of cheese sauce that wasn't even filled half way! I asked them to fill them up and was told the Manger makes them fill them like that. So I asked to speak to the manager, but of course spoke to someone who couldn't really tell me clearly what her position was. She also couldn't help me either. I explained to her that I'm paying for a product that I'm not getting and that it isn't right. All she said was I understand, and just stared at me. Then she asked if I wanted the cheese cups refunded, and I said no, I would like the entire order refunded because I'm not going to be ripped off and treated like that! I ordered three cheesy Dorito crunches with no sour cream and they said it didn't come with it. I showed them the picture and they denied it had sour cream. It did. When I asked them to correct it, they said I should Know better, because it's not sour cream, but Ranch. Excuse me for assuming the white shit on the taco isn't standard sour cream. This place is consistently sub par. I've lived in Yelm for years and since this restaurant has been in town, no matter the turnover of staff over the years, they are always the slowest in town and they constantly mess up their orders. Whether forgetting something (probably 40% of the time) to giving you wrong items or forgetting your items (probably 60% of the time). Terrible service. Cars were lined up across the parking lot. Went inside to beat the line. Ended up waiting 13 orders after I placed mine. Guess this store caters to the drive-in crowd over in-store customers. Another gentleman was waiting even longer. A drive-in customer came in to get items left out of his order. A lot of teenagers running the show. More interested in snapping each other with a towel than preparing food or taking orders. Need some adult supervision. Talk about bad customer service! There was no one behind the counter when we walked in; no one greeted us and no one attempted to help us. After a few minutes I actually yelled "hello" to try and get someones attention TWICE. The girl working drive thru finally came over and had to write down our order, take it back to her register and ring us up. The manager finally walked toward the front and said hello to us. I thought she was trying to take our order at first so we told her the gal at the drive thru had already done that. The manager replied that she wasn't there to help us and didn't offer any sort of apology. The other employee that was supposed to be taking our order was finally seen walking around outside talking on her cell phone. She gingerly strolled back into the restaurant, still on her phone, and when another customer walked in she walked to the back of the store; clearly not interested in doing her job or getting off the phone. We were given free apple pies - which was nice. It it had not been for Ashley (the gal working drive thru) I would have definitely given them one star. The drive through is painfully slow. Literally about 15 mins a vehicle. 50% of the time the order is wrong and parts are missing. If they talk you into those apple pies, they have forgotten them 100% of the time. This Taco Bell is staffed by young people, who have no idea what customer service is. They can refuse service if they feel a customer is being rude, when it is their rudeness in the first place that created the situation. When I suggested to Cassandra, that if someone is new, they need to have someone else on a headset assisting. She said they weren't staffed for that. A couple sentences later, she informed me she was on a headset listening. If you don't lie Cassandra, you won't get caught telling one! read more

This is probably the most poorly managed Taco Bell I have ever been to. Since it opened, it has been an almost steady stream of disappointment. They had a streak there where things were good, but fell off again. The food always tastes like it is has been sitting in the containers way too long, they are almost certain to mess up the order, and I am almost certain that they throw the messed up items under heat lamps and throw it toward any order that may contain something even remotely close to your order, aged to perfection. I love Taco Bell, and it was great to have one out in Po Dunk Yelm, but come on people, pull it together. The ironic thing about this store is that the KFC has never messed up on any of my orders. Same crew right? At least the people that work there are polite and curtious, as typical for Yelm. read more

If there was an option for negative Stars I would definitely give negative five stars to this Taco Bell location. Every time I drive by here the drive-thru is completely full with 10 + vehicles. The times that I do come here it is usually because my kids would like Taco Bell. I am currently in line at the drive-thru and Taco Bell I have been here for 35 minutes and only 3 cars have gone through. This isn't like a once and a Time theme this is every time. The management here needs to find a solution to this problem. Another thing is I have to always double and triple check my orders. A great example is my kids love doing the $5 fill ups. I specifically asked for macaroni and their meals. And I got all mashed potatoes. This happens almost every time. The last time that I was here I showed them that there's mashed potatoes instead of macaroni. They then gave me attitude grab the mashed potatoes back and gave me the macaroni. The kitchen here is always a disaster and very unorganized. This building is seriously mis managed. Unless you are going inside or have all day to wait do not come to this Taco Bell. read more
