I love Quiznos, I wish there was more of them like there used to be. This is actually a really good one like compared to some others, clean fast and good experience with customer service. I remember working at a Quiznos back in the 2000s and it was the only restaurant I ever worked that I never got tired of the food. I would literally eat here everyday if I live nearby. The only downside is they don't have the little condiment station with all the peppers and stuff anymore. Also quiznosis is a little bit expensive, not super bad especially if you get the deal of the day. Anyway we will be back! read more

So so very slow. I ordered via online for pickup, came 20 min later and my food wasn't ready for two sandwiches. I ordered the vegetarian option and my husband got the Philly and man, you'd think they were swamped with how slow they were moving. The service was terrible. It took 30 minutes for us to even start an order. Once we finally got our order placed the person that came in 15 minutes after us somehow managed to get their food first. If I could give no stars, I easily would. Website said closed at 9 so my boyfriend and I walk in at 7:53, I'm so hungry and ready for a sandwich and salad, walk in, and both girls just stared. One went into the back and the other soon followed. No hi, no attention, literally NO words at all. I'm not usually a Karen either. When one finally came out from hiding, she just stared at us and I said "what time do you guys close?" And she said 8. I said the website said 9, that's why we came in. And she goes "well what do you want?" Well I WANT to order everything off this menu and then leave it right on the counter. In reality though, I said "nothing. I could tell when we walked in, we instantly annoyed you. I'm good" and she said "it's no problem at all!" It clearly was though. This is my first review ever. Is it bc I'm just hangry? Maybe. Out of all the Quiznos I have been too, and my sister worked at a few of them, this one is the best one. The people are super friendly, and will actually carry on a conversation with you instead of asking about the weather and staring blankly at you for the entirety of your sandwich being made. When they make your sandwich they don't skimp and listen. I love the chicken carbonara with extra chicken and mushrooms. With the Yelm Quiznos they put more than 2 more pieces of chicken and mushrooms, they load it up!!! I also ask for extra sauce, so she offered to get me a cup full of it and I can add as much as I want so my sandwich doesn't get soggy!! My husband ordered a bacon chicken carbonara and a classic italian for delivery. He asked for jalapeno bread and jalepenos on his sandwich. They got the bread wrong on both, and there were no jalepenos on his sandwich. It took 40 minutes to deliver, the store is maybe 5 minutes away. He called them back, and they kept him on hold for 10 minutes. The store was busy, I get that. The unforgivable part was when they accidentally called back, and he heard them talking about him. Quiznos has excellent service when it comes to ordering directly from the restaurant. The location is clean and employees are nice. I usually have the same service on delivery to our home. I ordered Quiznos online last week and the driver ran immediately to her car after she handed me my order. I thought it was odd but maybe thought she was in a hurry. After going through the bags, everything was there but as I was opening the wrapper to my sandwich, I found my sandwich to be bare. I ordered an Ultimate Turkey club sub that should have turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayo. All it had was turkey, two small slices of cheddar and mayo. All I requested was that the sub not be toasted. The rest of the sandwiches our family ordered were fine. I was so disappointed. My sandwich wasn't worth the price I had paid for, nor the quality. I live in Olympia but come to the Yelm Quiznos for the great food and personal service. We have two other Quiznos much closer than this one but we will not go there. Make the drive from wherever you are, you will not be disappointed. Last time we came here I had to text a pic of my sandwich to my kids to show how amazing it was. I just got a Turkey Club from the Yelm store. It was awful. First of all, it took way too long to make. Then, upon opening it up after just one bite I found that several ingredients were missing. I called to verify what should have been in it and found that the maker of this sub didn't put any bacon, cheese, onion...really??? So, now we get to waste more of our time by returning it. Ordered food online for delivery. I finally call about 30 minutes after its supposed to be delivered for them to tell me they won't be bringing me my food because they don't have a phone number for me and she also stated twice they have brought food and nobody was home. That's a crock of shit, but nice try. Basically telling me not once but twice I have given them money off of my credit card (they won't deliver unless you pay with a card in advance) and just up and left... SERIOUSLY? That makes a load of sense... So now I must call the owner to get a refund. While I'm at it, I should probably ask for a refund for the previous two orders I paid for and didn't receive because I "wasn't home"... I asked if she had planned on informing me my food was not going to be delivered- she does have my email address after all. I did get a receipt for the food I paid for and didn't get.
