If you go through the Drive Thru, double check that your order is correct! My order wasn't correct. I called the KFC directly, the call was unanswered so I left a message with my contact information. They never contacted me so I gave them a bad review on their Survey! Customer service is very important to me! I understand that sometime mistakes are made, but not to contact a loyal customer (2-4 times a week) is extremely bad! What is wrong with this place? Every time I go, they tell me it's going to be a 40 minute wait for extra crispy. That's only after they find out I'm using a coupon. There was NOBODY there tonight and they had an issue with fulfilling my request. Ended up having to go to Redlands where they were efficient and friendly. I was very disappointed, ordered a la cart so everyone in my family could order what they wanted. Take out isn't cheap. There are expectations that should be met. The entire order was cold like it had been prepared earlier. The chicken was dry and tuff! I ordered 6 Biscuits and only received 2. Only 4 stars because I only went through the drive thru didn't go inside BUT the guy Oscar was patient and very nice even though I asked 20 things. Our food was good. We were having a picnic at the park so we asked for napkins forks plates sauces the whole bit to go with our order and he was nice about it and gave us plenty. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt to places but this is the last time. Every time I come to this location they are always out of chicken, they just sold the last of their current batch or I can get you chicken tenders or you have to wait 20-35 minutes for either Original or Crispy. Several times I've waited close to 40 minutes and the chicken is either pink or raw. WTF It's not like it's close to the lunch rush hour or closing time either. This is at various times between opening and 4 in the afternoon. When they see the chicken is getting low toss more in. Needs better management or supervisors or Better Training. Some employees are Happy and feel bad but it doesn't make up for them doing this constantly. read more

I've never been to this KFC but did so today because my mother Inlaw loves KFC. The service was great, the lady attending me was really nice and very helpful since I didn't know exactly what meals they had. My food came out promptly and they even gave me a free cookie for my little one. Parking is not the best since they are doing construction. A very pleasant experience. read more

I normally love going here and I do normally go through the drive-thru. Tonight my family and I went inside to eat before a family night. We sat down to eat and after waiting for our food for about 10 minutes, we started to eat for 5 minutes and around 8:59 the manager comes up to us and said, "you'll have to leave. We close at 9 and can't have anyone in here after we close." And we all thought he kidding, but he was dead serious and just walked away. We have never ever had such rude service anywhere. Only 5 stars since I did not go into store. Using the drive thru service, ordered 2 varieties of fried white chicken breast family meal with 4 sides. What can I say but this meal met all my expectations, chicken cooked just right, moist and delicious., not greasy. The sides were perfect, the cole slaw had extra flavor that I did not recognize but delicious, perfect amount of dressing. The only thing negative was fact I didn't order enough biscuits they were also delicious. The drive thru attendant was courteous and efficient what more could you ask for. read more

We have been eating at KFC for as long as we have been married, until recently we were happy with the food! I ordered to go the 2-piece white meat chicken comes with one side only. I also ordered the 2-piece dark meat leg & thigh comes with 2-sides. I asked the clerk if they could keep the biscuits & get another side! No, she said, OK then how much for a side ($3) what! For that small scoop of mashed potatoes! No. Then when I got home & open box, I laughed, the dark meat grilled leg & thigh was very "Tiny" like a Pigeon!! Then opened the white meat box & that had too much krispy & very little meat (Pigeon size) for $5. I can get a rotisserie baked chicken anywhere! Mashed potatoes are cheap, why so much at KFC? So I live where there are no Long John Silvers restaurants...but have great memories. On my way to Palm Springs on I-10, I decided to jump off at Yucaipa and come here. It's a kfc long johns combo, but the kitchen has two sides so they maintain the two types of taste. I had one piece of Long Johns chicken, one fish and crumbs. Ya gotta ask for crumbs!!! Mmmmmmmmm...crispy, perfectly cooked, and with the Malt Vinegar squeezed on the fish and chicken, it was heavenly!!! It brought back great memories, and the crew was great!! For fast food, it was five minutes to fairly fabulous!! Ya gotta go inside tho, I think they only serve the KFC side in the drive thru here... read more

First I want to say I have never been to this KFC, so I decided to go today and order a $5 Famous Bowl fill-up which was amazing to eat during my lunch break and I ordered a Nashville Hot Chicken Little with extra mayo which instead of a Nashville Hot Chicken Little I received the original one. The lady I spoke with in drive thru was kind and repeated my order and everything was correct, but as soon as I get back to work getting ready to eat the Nashville Hot Chicken Little, it turns out to be the original one which I did not ask for. Just have to say I don't eat food very often period so usually it's because I'm in a hurry or very hungry and don't want to cook. Love KFC especially this one. This location has a hard time keeping the food they advertise on the menu prepared,Three out of four visits in last month I couldn't purchase what I wanted off the menu,The last time I was greeted with all we have is chicken on the bone! So the next night I decided to try the Long John silvers side of the menu as to not stress them out too much by ordering chicken,I was told anything off that side of menu would have to be prepared and I could wait 15 minutes! Purchaced a deep fried turkey for Thanksgiving. I expected a tender wonderfully spiced turkey. It was dry, tough and not very flavorful. The stuffing was not very good either. Very salty. Was so dissapointed. This is the first year KFC offered deep fried turkeys. It should be the last. read more
