Not only did they not show up appointment after appointment but they didn't feel like responding consistently to calls or texts after we paid them the money. Robert showed up for only 1 appointment and made an excuse for missing every other appointment. Trinity just ignored messages or gave me the same excuses as to why they wouldn't be out. (We were told our item was in stock then back ordered them in stock then back ordered again.)
