With Patriot, communication was stellar throughout. After I submitted a quote request online, I received an email back within 24 hours with a very reasonable quote. I had a couple of questions and the rep (Allison) was great. She even suggested putting some extra information in the notes about where to do the pick-up and drop-off (something that was completely messed up by the other company). On the day of the pickup, the driver texted me to let me know exactly when he would be there (the other company messed that up too). We talked about the best place to do the pickup and he went to the place that I suggested (the other company insisted on an illegal and dangerous location even though I told them there was a safer and legal spot just around the corner). I asked the Patriot driver to give me his best estimate on the drop off date because I needed to book a flight. He told me he would text me after picking up the other the cars. And he did!!! He arrived on the date he said he would. He texted me about where he thought he could do the drop off and I was able to suggest a better location within walking distance of my house. In short, they did everything they promised, with excellent communication throughout. I will never use anyone else.

It was done in the exact time frame promised, and communication with James and his colleague was reasonably frequent when requested, and always clear and friendly. I know delivering a car to the city can be challenging to certain locales, so originally they asked me to meet somewhere in Queens which was fine, but when a conflict câme up for me they drove the car the last stretch right to my door. Everything was in perfect shape and done on time--the car made if rom Glendale California to the Bronx safely, in perfect condition (well, in the same condition the 12 year old car started out in!) and with no extra charges....honestly a much easier experience than I expected and I am quite grateful for that!

I paid through Montway roughly $1200 for the cross country trip. I would suggest skipping the broker (Montway) and just getting a quote from JES themselves. The pattern was exhausting: Art would confidently assure us that a driver's truck repair was "finishing up" and that we would get a call in 60 minutes. After an hour and a half would pass with no word, we would call the driver ourselves, only for them to tell us the truck was nowhere near done and might not even be ready that day. When we called Art back, he would act completely surprised and say he'd "check on it." This exact scenario happened multiple times since Monday, yet he was completely unable to find a replacement driver. Art actually suggested we drive our cars to the repair shop to load them onto a vehicle that the driver had already told us wouldn't be ready for days. It was completely absurd. Ultimately, Art left us totally stranded on Wednesday, and we had to scramble to find another way to itransport our vehicles. He is all talk, completely disorganized, and has zero follow-through. He was able to get me a reliable transport the day after I submitted my request with him and gave me a 5-7 day estimate for delivery. There was one minor hiccup since the driver was 3-4 hours late picking up the car from the dealership but Karl was on top of it and connected with the driver on numerous occasions to ensure the pick up was going to happen that day. The car was successfully picked and 4 day days later (one day sooner that the estimate) the car arrived in CA with no issues. I would gladly use Karl again and recommend him to any others that need a reliable and trustworthy car transport.
