He is a true professional and stands behind his work. We had 23 sprinkler heads replaced and Tony came by with a really fair offer and showed up when he said he would. The work was done in just a few short hours and he went above and beyond. Tony identified a drip line issue, a sprinkler head that should be moved to another spot, and a tree that needed to be trimmed. He did all three on his own at no charge! My lawn looks fantastic with an even spread. A few weeks later, one of the sprinkler heads snapped and he came by same day and replaced them no charge! What started off as a 5 star service went down quickly to today's one star rating. A foreman…read more/manager met me at my property on the first visit. It was clear he understood what was going to be required for my twice monthly service. I have a yard that requires very little maintenance except for winter pruning of shrubs and 3 small crepe myrtle trees. It has taken them 3 months to respond to my requests to do what they promised. When the two workers come each time, I discuss what is required based on my agreement, and several times they have told me "next time." After several visits and the "next time" as promised does not happen, I had a talk with the workers. So this last time they responded with pruning 2 of the trees, butchering them, and the 3rd tree they left have unpruned! Seriously??? Also the two "next time" other items were not completed at all and they left their tools laying in my yard and left when I was not watching. To see if I could correct these issues, I emailed the office asking to cancel my remaining monthly service. No response in a week. I have left 3 phone messages in the last week with no response. Update: Did get a phone call from owner. He apologized. He said that his employees were not doing the job that he specified to them with written instructions. I did cancel the contract. The owner refunded my last month payment. I wonder if he will fire the non-performing employees. I have a low maintenance property. I'm just going to do all the landscape work myself.
