I purchased milk thistle seeds from Starwest and discovered a RAT DROPPING in the bag! I immediately documented the contamination and sent Starwest the lot number and a photo of the dropping. Despite following up several times, their response was dismissive and uncaring. They asked for more photos and videos--when I had already explained there was only one dropping, which I scooped out and photographed. After that, I never heard back again. No accountability, no refund, no replacement, not even a genuine apology. On top of that, the seeds themselves were low grade--pale and poor in quality, not the dark, almost black color that fresh, high-quality milk thistle should be. This is not just a product issue--it's a serious health and safety concern combined with terrible customer service. Starwest failed me tremendously, and I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
