Had my daughter's 5th birthday party at the north olmsted location. I never received the discount for providing my own cake, staff had the children line and get ready for the Huggy parade, and then 5 minutes before the "start time", the employee claimed no one was available to do the parade. The manager for the location offered me a refund for the inconveniences and lack of discount. I never received the refund, so I contacted the company via their website like it tells you to do. The customer service rep Khi proceeded to lower the original amount I never received and flat out ignored my requests for an explanation or to speak to a supervisor. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A DIME. This company straight up stole from me by offering a discount for providing my own cake, I never received the discount. Then, completely disappointed my daughter by hyping the party up for an experience they knew they weren't able to provide, it wasn't like the employee got ill or had an emergency and had to leave, they knew they didnt have the staff. Horrible. I have not had ANYONE contact me to resolve this and I will not sit back idly and let this company lie and steal from customers. read more

I booked a party for my son at Kids Empire Edgebrook on a whim. I figured the kids can play as much as they wanted here without the hassle of hosting and cleaning up had I hosted it at home. it was truly a fantastic decision. I got the "highest" party pack option which includes 3 pizzas, gummy snacks, unlimited drinks (water, apple juice, coke, sprite, water), decorations, a WHOLE cake (we chose vanilla), a birthday parade, and a party host. I was a bit nervous about how much money I spent however, after the party, I can say it was money well spent. it covered 10 adults and 10 children and even a free admission for a future date. not only that, out party host Krystalyn was exceptional. she was kind, friendly, attentive, and stuck around the entire time. she really made me feel like I had nothing to worry about except to enjoy myself. I HIGHLY recommend this choice if you're debating on where to have your kids party. the place itself is clean and it wasn't packed, which I loved. Just remember to bring socks because they will not let you enter with shoes or be barefoot. Loved it. 10/10 recommend! read more

Amazing Time at Kids Empire! I recently took my little brother Alex to Kids Empire, and we had such an incredible time! The place is a paradise for kids, full of exciting activities like slides, obstacle courses, and climbing structures that kept Alex entertained for hours. It was so heartwarming to see him running around, laughing, and enjoying every moment. What truly made the experience even better was the amazing staff, especially Jasmine and Alondra. Both were super friendly, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for the families there. My sister in law had my nephews birthday party here ,and we were so amazed on the management and the host and the entertainment dragon. Shelby the manager did an amazing job even tho it was a busy day she managed everything so amazing. Emilano the host and the entertainment dragon did an amazing job . Him and the manager made sure we had everything g we needed always came to ask us if we needed anything . Emiliano was the dragon, we have never seen any mascot so hyper so fun great with the kids , walked around to get to the birthday boy , took pictures with all the family. He was 100% the best entertainment we have ever seen at any kids indoor playground or kids venue. He was so involved and loved every minute of it . Love this location! It has been a frequent stop for me and my little one, and the staff has always been friendly to us since we started going this year. Restrooms and play areas are clean! And the value you get from getting a punch card is great. I will say the only con is the price of the claw machines but if you keep your little ones away from it, you'll save some money read more

I am a regular at this location and the staff here are very kind. my child plays here for hours. you cannot bring food and drinks i inside but they do have snacks for sale. they have a snack box for under $7 that comes with a PBJ sandwich, chips, applesauce or string cheese and a drink with a lollipop and flames to get a free ride on the electric rides. check them out. read more

My family came in about an hour before they closed but we had so much fun within that hour. The staff were very nice and helpful. Definitely would go back again.
