It's definitely dated and older, but my kids still have a lot of fun. I like it that it's so open…read moreso it's easy to keep track of your kids. I hear it's new management, and I can see the difference. There's plenty of staff now to help watch the play spaces and make sure everyone is safe. Before, there would be only 1 or 2 staff members for the whole gym. The staff member checking us in was very friendly and helpful. Only recommendation I would have is to really give the place a deep clean. It'll make the place sparkling again.

I was reading some of the reviews and it's a shame because we had a WONDERFUL time. We came for 6…read moreyear old's birthday and I was happy to see it wasn't full of wild teenagers. I always question these trampoline places because they age range of children jumping together scares me to death. It wasn't like that here. I would say the median age was about 8. I felt totally safe to let my two year old go at it without worrying about a bigger kids blast into him. I also like that the place is wide open and you can see pretty much everything from where to choose to stand. They have a dodgeball area of the older kids and a separate one for the littles. Another win! Besides trampolines, they have swings, little obstacle courses, bouncy games and all kids of fun! I noticed they have drinks for sale, but I really didn't pay attention if they had food or not. We had pizza because we were at a party - in a party room. The employees took care of everything: Passing out pizza, cutting the cake, gathering the kids for a group photo. I felt like it was very well organized. We had a great time here, too bad we don't live closer or else I would absolutely frequent this place! My kid LOVED it! PS - I think you have to purchase their grip socks. But double check. Happy jumping!

I brought my kids here expecting to have a good time, but the experience was ruined by an employee…read more"manager" who either didn't know the rules or chose to ignore them. I had paid for admission and was standing on the green divider in the kids' area--something the posted rules explicitly allow. Despite that, she repeatedly insisted I was breaking the rules and refused to listen when I pointed to the official sign. My son isn't even 2 years old, and I was simply trying to stay close enough to keep him safe if he fell. Instead of showing any understanding or basic courtesy, she was rude, argumentative, and actually told me I could leave. So my choices were either stay close to protect my toddler or leave the facility. It's unacceptable to treat paying customers this way, especially parents trying to watch over young children. If your own posted rules don't matter to your staff and safety concerns are met with hostility, then you have a serious management problem. We won't be coming back, and I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone.

The trampolines literally had holes, some just open others with duct tape. The building looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Oh but the bar was nice and clean. The little kids area looks questionable when it comes to cleanliness as well. They should have put money in upgrading what they had before adding on. The socks they require you to buy look like they are from china & run small. They got a hole in them less than 20 minutes into jumping.
