More seating and play area in the back

We celebrated a 10 year old family member's birthday here back in January & we had a very good time. It was on a Sunday morning. The place wasn't busy at all. Staff was masked and we were required to wear masks and take off our shoes when we walked in. They have lockers to store away your personal belongings but they also give you a basket to place your shoes in and you take it in with you. The front desk area has locked gates for kids safety. We had to sign a waiver for each person over the age of 18 when we walked in. The place is so much fun for pretty much all ages. Even though this was a kids party, we the parents had an incredible time as well. The laughs we had when we were sliding down with the kids were amazing. For this party, we brought food in. Their website has instructions on whether they allow food from outside or not. It depends on whether this is a party or you're just coming in. If you decide to eat from outside, you can easily leave, get the food and come back. You don't get charged extra for any thing. The play area has a toddler section which our toddlers enjoyed, and the rest of the area is an indoor playground for pretty much any age. We bought some tokens to ride their motorcycles but other than that, we didn't have to pay for any thing else. The place is relatively clean. Bathrooms were clean too. Masks were not very enforced inside the play area. Back then, this was making us uncomfortable. We were all wearing masks. We took our daughter a couple of times after January to play in the toddler area. She loves to play there very much. We went on a Saturday night once. It was very busy. We would prefer to go on days when it's not very crowded. Overall, a fun play area for the kids and a cool birthday party location. We will return in the future.

Great place to let the kids run around and explore. The slides are FAST if you're an adult going down with your little one so be ready! Gal at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was pretty much empty when we were there. Will definitely be back anytime we're in the area with our little ones.

It's always something with this location. They have poor customer service. I would recommend the location in Gilbert over this location.

Tickets are $21 for 2+ yo and they also require kiddos to use their Superplay socks. Guardians are not charged and not required to wear grippy socks. They have a lot of different attractions such as The Floor is Lava obstacle course, huge ball pit with an interactive play screen, large play structures with multiple slides, basketball court with many hoops of variable heights, a giant ground air trampoline, tube slide, food and drinks for purchase, quiet private pods (for nursing, phone calls, etc) and even a peripheral track for adults to walk around and get exercise. My kiddo thought everything was super fun and he had a total blast. One thing I did notice the entire 2 hours we were there, was zero attendants monitoring the play structures. My kiddo was told by other kiddos that he could not go on the tube slide which definitely wasn't true because he was old enough according to the age requirement. Meanwhile, the same kids were both riding in the same tube, which is not allowed according to the same sign. I was wondering where their parents were. Also, the interactive screen in the ball pit had a lot of technical difficulties. It would not consistently respond to the balls hitting the targets or even a hand hitting the targets. So definitely a few areas of improvement needed, but overall, we had a really great time!

Second, the website crashed everytime I tried to purchase the bulk tickets (2 occasions) requiring me to just pay In person creating one extra step with the ten kids present. I emailed the support like, the GM replied and had a cell number- when I called her twice about the payment issues. I never heard back. Eventually I got a text message saying she was out of the office two days later. Ended up going to this place because it was closest to my parents house and the kids had already been told about it. I don't know if I would ever go back simply because of the customer service.

The cost was 12$e I believe that was for a couple hours.. idk wasn't really paying attention but that's all the littles could handle before their little tummies were hungry and ready for a nap. We stayed in the little kido play area that's fenced off for the little littles. They had plenty to do in there and plenty fun! I don't think they even realized there was more to the play park.. lol. I usually brings my 3&6 year old and they love running all around the jungle gym. My little couldn't get enough of the slides and once he figured out the little stair area he didn't want to stop he did that maybe 7x in a row to walk the little plank atea to the little slides and he loved it. He was pooped after passed right out in the car. Needless to stay it was a hit. Bathrooms are available atea was picked up, I noticed a kid eating in the gym area and spilled chips every where the mom wasn't paying attention so then other littles were trying to eat the food off the ground so I just picked it up and threw it away. Does seem like we always get sick after so make sure you're sanitizing and washing hands.. it's almost inevitable with little babies but hey at least they had fun...

I love that the 18 month old area is fenced in with a pool gate type of gate to enter making it difficult for 5 and under to get out on their own. Uptown Jungle has one of the best 5 and under area when it comes to the fencing and options for playing. This was our first time ordering a pizza and for $12 when you want to dine in to make it easier on the kids, it's fine. However, it doesn't compare to places nearby like Barros that you could go eat at afterwards, but again it's good enough for the convenience factor. Uptown jungle has a membership that comes with some perks like 10% off socks and foods as well as unlimited play for the month without restricted days. It also includes a parent to be able to jump. If you buy the annual pass it's about $18 a month which makes it worth it if you plan to go at least twice a month. If not, the Groupons for Uptown Jungle are better if you don't plan to go at least twice. Uptown jungle has toddler time in the morning from 9-12pm during the week for $12 and additional siblings are $6 and parents are free. During this time they have a little craft and some games. There are several options for things to do if your kiddo doesn't need to be with the littles. Big trampoline area, 4 different kind of slides, rock climbing are, etc. My 4 year old daughter has been able to make it 5-6 hours without getting bored or wanting to go home. Heck, she may have been able to stay longer if us parents wanted to stay long get. Another plus with uptown jungle is they are not picky on the grip socks like some places that absolutely require that establishments socks. Uptown jungle will allow you to wear socks from other jump type places. The only restriction I've found is when wanting to do the rock climbing wall, they did require my kiddo to have their socks.

They are also willing to share their time/knowledge about other coaches or classes not just their own. My kids love Coach Marcus and Coach Peyton, great energy/examples for kids. I'm always entertained by these big guys (coaches) working with small/sometimes tiny kids, gentle but still teaching them how to have fun safely. Love that Coach Marcus doesn't let my older child slide, within a group of different sized kids/skills, he still knows exactly what he is capable of, challenges him and will teach him how to do something specific 1 on 1.
