This place is CRAZY! My two year old is pretty adventurous so she loved it but I would definitely say with all of the climbing and big slides, it is more aimed at bigger/older kids. That being said, we killed a couple of hours here on a recent trip to the area. She spent the most time in the big kid climbing area but also really liked the ball pit. Her highlight though was the claw machines. You have to get a little pre-paid card with virtual "tokens" on them and two year old LOVED swiping the card. The big pro is that they are "play til you win" so you're probably paying a little more but your kiddo will walk away with something. There was a machine with little plastic toys that she won a little giraffe and little golden rubber duck from and then there was machine with stuffies and she won two from that as well (one was from plays that were left on the machine by someone else. I deducted one star because it was pretty stuffy/humid inside the building so that affected the overall comfort of the space, especially since we were climbing around with the toddler, and also because you're not supposed to bring in your own drinks, even water. read more

We were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't packed on a Saturday! My kids (4 &6) loved it and spent a little over 2 hours entertaining themselves. There's a small snack bar area, cars to ride and some games (claw machines etc) that cost extra, otherwise everything was included. $18 for unlimited play per kid, adults free if supervising (not playing). read more

My daughter really enjoys this place. She has been there for hoursss and still begged for more time before we left. I love that there's all day access, especially being that there's no full meals offered. So you can head somewhere else for food then come back. That said, their kids lunchbox option is fantastic. My 2.5 year old calls this place her "happy place". It is SO much fun. It's extremely reasonably priced (including the food) and the place is always so clean. It's never super packed so I don't get overstimulated. I always see the crew cleaning too. read more

We celebrated a 10 year old family member's birthday here back in January & we had a very good time. It was on a Sunday morning. The place wasn't busy at all. Staff was masked and we were required to wear masks and take off our shoes when we walked in. They have lockers to store away your personal belongings but they also give you a basket to place your shoes in and you take it in with you. The front desk area has locked gates for kids safety. We had to sign a waiver for each person over the age of 18 when we walked in. The place is so much fun for pretty much all ages. Even though this was a kids party, we the parents had an incredible time as well. The laughs we had when we were sliding down with the kids were amazing. For this party, we brought food in. Their website has instructions on whether they allow food from outside or not. It depends on whether this is a party or you're just coming in. If you decide to eat from outside, you can easily leave, get the food and come back. You don't get charged extra for any thing. The play area has a toddler section which our toddlers enjoyed, and the rest of the area is an indoor playground for pretty much any age. We bought some tokens to ride their motorcycles but other than that, we didn't have to pay for any thing else. The place is relatively clean. Bathrooms were clean too. Masks were not very enforced inside the play area. Back then, this was making us uncomfortable. We were all wearing masks. We took our daughter a couple of times after January to play in the toddler area. She loves to play there very much. We went on a Saturday night once. It was very busy. We would prefer to go on days when it's not very crowded. Overall, a fun play area for the kids and a cool birthday party location. We will return in the future. read more

Great place to let the kids run around and explore. The slides are FAST if you're an adult going down with your little one so be ready! Gal at the front desk was friendly and helpful. My daughter loves coming here to play with her cousin. My favorite thing about this place is the ability to see my daughter from the main floor at any part of the jungle course. My kids had a blast! Although as i sat with my infant child in the play area, someone's kid flung a building block at my head & he was lucky i didn't knock his mama out.. also bullying among the children occurred, knocking down towers we took time building.. maybe more deciding regulation instead of letting the children run around rampant. Kids were wild as hell but other than that, I'd come back. Hopefully next time when it's not as crowded. read more

I went to check this place out. I was told they had a toddler area. I went in with my 17mons granddaughter, I asked if I can just look at the area to toddlers to see if it's age appropriate. They said no I had to fill out a waiver and pay. Fine I did. The sign at that area says toddlers and diapers only .I went in and started playing with my granddaughter... within 5 mins several older kids come running in and started playing. No parents watching them. I had to take my granddaughter out so she wouldn't get knocked over or hurt. I went to talk with the employees, they told me they were short handed and couldn't monitor that area. I asked for a refund. They told me they were unable to do that. I am completely blown away by this place super easy for my 2 year old to run and play on his own and when he wanted me it was easy for me to climb in and assist! We had tons of fun. I would like to shout out especially to an employee named Kylie - she helped me out, on my very first adventure to a kids jungle gym on my own with my 2 children! Without her, I'd probably still be stuck there! She made it seamless to get my 2 year old out the door and NO TEARS! great job Kylie! And great job to Kids Empire for the quality hire! read more

I recently had my daughters 2nd birthday party here and it was nothing short of perfect. I booked the party about a week in advance and was contacted a few days prior to the party to confirm and pick the pizza and cake. I had my daughter's party on a Friday and it really wasn't as busy as I thought. They did a great job sectioning off our party area without secluding us from everything, and the decorations were just enough. With the party package provided I was able to bring in my own food but we honestly had more than enough pizza and cake provided for us. They also provided party invitation and goodie bags for all the kids which I loved. Our party host, Deja, also did a great job at keeping us on schedule and getting us whatever we needed. Overall my daughter, her cousins and all of our family and party attendees had an amazing time. This place is great for parties appealing to all ages. I will definitely be back and I plan on doing my son's party here as well. read more

I booked a meal party for my sons birthday back in July his party was set for nov 20 when they called on nov 15 for a final head count they informed us there would be no pizza because they were looking for a new vendor, the manager we spoke to on the phone was very rude and only offered $3 off per child we told her we would be canceling then she said deposits are non refundable even though it's an issue with them. I asked for a number to corporate she only gave me an email and have yet to hear back from anyone I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company since kids empire can't provide what i booked the party for. Went to gilbert one last week had a great time, this one not so much. The manager wouldn't let me bring in my starbucks drink, when they did at other location. Told her I could leave it on ledge in waiting area, was told that they couldn't watch drinks. I sat right next to where I would be placing it. Had just spent almost 200 bucks on a pass. This one is closer to my house. She said I could put it back in car. At other location the other mom I met there brought in her own snacks as well no one cared. She said she was not responsible for how other locations run their facility. Met another mom at this location who came in with an outside drink. SHE SAID NOTHING to the other mom. They don't tell you you have to take off shoes and must wear socks. Extremely disappointed I could not go in with my son and his family on his birthday. Would not recommend this place.and to make matters worst the young man behind the counter didn't bother to tell me they sell socks he just said without taking off your shoes and having socks you can't come in. This fun house Building was very clean, even the bathrooms. We enjoyed everything this place has to offer, so much so that we booked my granddaughter's 3rd birthday party here. They have all the surrounding areas padded so the kiddos don't get hurt. I highly recommend this play house for a afternoon-out of the heat. read more

Well been to this place many times, go here especially from Gilbert, bc liked this place for over some other places. So we go in today, the gal at the register told us we can't take in food, which we understood, even though our toddler doesn't eat outside food. So we told her we won't feed her, but asked if we can least keep the food in the locker, since we can't leave the food out in the car with the burning heat. She refused to allow us to do that, amazed at her objection, we asked for her name, she refused to share it, we asked for her supervisor name, she refused to give it out, saying she is not allowed, the funny part because by the end of our interaction with her she claimed she was the supervisor. Now this is ridiculously funny, because at this point, her co-worker even started paying attention, bc she had to be wondering like since when r the supervisor of this place hahaha. The least to say I'm shocked to have received such customer service especially if she is really the supervisor, now I'm wondering if we asked for the owners name, she probably would have claimed to be the owner also lol. Hope this helps parents, please expect your kid to go hungry or expect to leave the place after 2 hrs. I guess that's how they make money, u pay for the day & kind have to leave after 2 hrs if u want to feed your kiddo. Yes I find it completely ridiculous bc all the other times we been there we've always seen toddler with their snacks, ridiculous shocked, not knowing if it was the food that bothered her, or us being Non-American. Leaves me wondering if it was the food bag that really bothered her, if that was the case how have other people been allowed food that we always see people have taken in. Really am blown away, that she would not allow us to even keep the food in the locker, so we just ended up leaving bc I'm not going to throw out the food especially considering how expensive things are these day & just don't want to waste food. I booked a party at this location almost a month in advance. I went over several different places to have my sons 6th birthday party and now have pretty much no choice but to have it there. I say I have no choice because first I tried booking the party online. All the options are available it was allowing me to pay the deposit online but I held off and decided to call first to get some additional details regarding the party packages. When I called the associate advised me to go in store to book so I could get a look around and also because I shouldn't be able to book online. Mind you the option to book online is still available. Now I don't remember what my total was but I paid the $150 deposit. I call today to get the remaining amount of what is needed to pay and the amount doesn't add up at all. The party is booked for 16 kids. Online the pricing is $638.40 but I got 20% off which leaves me with a total of $510.72, with the $150 deposit my remaining total should be $360.72. Instead I am being advised my remaining total is $403.00 due to taxes. Online the taxes I see are $12.45. I requested a supervisor to override that because it is not my fault their online prices and totals are not in accordance with their in store prices. The only thing he so called Manager has offered me is to take off the cake which would bring it down about $30. That is not a resolution at all because I picked the party package I had for a reason so offering to take off the cake still leaves me with having to buy a cake. I don't understand why it is so hard or why they are choosing to fight me so hard on this but I feel so taken advantage of. Let me add that I am also not able to cancel the party because my $150 deposit turns out to be non refundable. I hope this helps other families plan accordingly so that you too are not taken advantage of. Not only is the option to book online still available but it also still shows the same amounts I've listed above. I am beyond disappointed that there is absolutely no resolution they can provide. read more

I would give a zero if I could!!! I had the worst encounter with one of the rudest employees there! I attempted to bring my kids there on a day off/holiday, we were the second customers even there- the girl doesn't greet us, she asks if we've ever been there, snaps at me that we are required to pay for my teenager who had no intentions of playing while my two younger kids were going to play, and refused to get a manager. Kids Empire- please fire this employee and never allow her to work with people again!! She was "the only one" there working, or so she claims, this morning on Memorial Day 2023. She refused to provide her name so I could file a complaint with her management. I tried to call them after we left and their voicemail is full and it's almost impossible to get a live person. Will tell all of my parent friends with small children to stay far away!!! Make this place go out of business!!! read more

Worthless place. They were unable to provide me a receipt as they had no paper. Right after I paid and entered I asked for the Wi-Fi password, and was told it was not working. I only brought my kids here so that I could get work done while they play. I drove all the way from Pinal County, at six dollars a gallon of gas and 90 miles round-trip. So I immediately asked for a refund and was told they cannot get a refund. What a joke this place is. Lastly, they used to have tokens for the games and now have a card, but the signs and menus all still say tokens. read more

Customer service has been bad every time I have gone to this place. For some reason, they lose my waiver each time I go even though I show the emailed receipt of the waiver. Whenever I ask questions I get a snarky reply. The only reason I go is because my kid loves the place. I wish there was better customer service for parents who are paying to go here. read more

Such an unsanitary place. Never coming back here again. Not only is nearly anyone wearing mask, there is also no one frequent cleaning. This is such a disappointment to what's happening in the world and this business does not care. We tried to support this small business. Gosh, where do I begin with this place. I've been there twice now and the only consistent thing is the rudeness of the staff. The first time I thought maybe they weren't trained on bedside manners, but both times I went they seem very unhappy to be there. I asked a girl a question about where the bathroom was located and she literally rolled her eyes. The place is also a bit small. I think indoor parks are a thing now and given the price and customer service I think there's other places more deserving of our business. read more

The staff today at first shift are amazing with kids! My daughter had her third birthday there (we didn't do a party just came to hang out) and they were so wonderful with all the kids- even as we were leaving my daughter was cranky for nap time. Great job whoever hired them!! read more
