Brought my little for a play date with my bestie, we have her 1yr old and my 1.5yr old. We came at 10in the morning right after open. There were a few other families in. The cost was 12$e I believe that was for a couple hours.. idk wasn't really paying attention but that's all the littles could handle before their little tummies were hungry and ready for a nap. We stayed in the little kido play area that's fenced off for the little littles. They had plenty to do in there and plenty fun! I don't think they even realized there was more to the play park.. lol. I usually brings my 3&6 year old and they love running all around the jungle gym. My little couldn't get enough of the slides and once he figured out the little stair area he didn't want to stop he did that maybe 7x in a row to walk the little plank atea to the little slides and he loved it. He was pooped after passed right out in the car. Needless to stay it was a hit. Bathrooms are available atea was picked up, I noticed a kid eating in the gym area and spilled chips every where the mom wasn't paying attention so then other littles were trying to eat the food off the ground so I just picked it up and threw it away. Does seem like we always get sick after so make sure you're sanitizing and washing hands.. it's almost inevitable with little babies but hey at least they had fun... read more

My kiddos are 4 and 18 months and so while my 4 year old loves every area of Uptown Jungle, we spent a good amount of time in the 5 and under area this visit because our 18 month old was with us. I love that the 18 month old area is fenced in with a pool gate type of gate to enter making it difficult for 5 and under to get out on their own. Uptown Jungle has one of the best 5 and under area when it comes to the fencing and options for playing. This was our first time ordering a pizza and for $12 when you want to dine in to make it easier on the kids, it's fine. However, it doesn't compare to places nearby like Barros that you could go eat at afterwards, but again it's good enough for the convenience factor. Uptown jungle has a membership that comes with some perks like 10% off socks and foods as well as unlimited play for the month without restricted days. It also includes a parent to be able to jump. If you buy the annual pass it's about $18 a month which makes it worth it if you plan to go at least twice a month. If not, the Groupons for Uptown Jungle are better if you don't plan to go at least twice. Uptown jungle has toddler time in the morning from 9-12pm during the week for $12 and additional siblings are $6 and parents are free. During this time they have a little craft and some games. There are several options for things to do if your kiddo doesn't need to be with the littles. Big trampoline area, 4 different kind of slides, rock climbing are, etc. My 4 year old daughter has been able to make it 5-6 hours without getting bored or wanting to go home. Heck, she may have been able to stay longer if us parents wanted to stay long get. Another plus with uptown jungle is they are not picky on the grip socks like some places that absolutely require that establishments socks. Uptown jungle will allow you to wear socks from other jump type places. The only restriction I've found is when wanting to do the rock climbing wall, they did require my kiddo to have their socks. read more

We really enjoy Uptown Jungle but feel that it could use some major upgrades. A lot of the park is rundown and in disrepair, it's starting to feel unsafe. It's also fairly dirty and would benefit from the staff cleaning in the play place as opposed to standing around. We want to love Uptown Jungle but would look forward to some repairs and cleanliness. read more

I have loved coming here until today! I felt extremely unsafe here for both myself and my child on a Friday at 3-5pm. I felt like no one was working here to ensure safety and make sure kids were following the rules. There were giant "kids" running everywhere and knocking me and my child down. Kids were running up the slides, running into us coming down. This happened the entire time. The trampoline area was FILLED with large children (around over 20-30 I'm guessing) on each side playing dodgeball? Some girl purposely threw the ball at my face when I was just trying to grab my kid who ran in that mess!!?? Why is dodgeball being done during public hours? Why are over 100/200 lb kids pelting me and my kid with dodgeballs? How is this allowed?? If it's a game or a camp, why isn't it roped off?? Kids much older than 5 years old were in the toddler area. I stepped in wet sticky liquid on the equipment upstairs because kids are just running around with drinks and no one is stopping them!! I'm so confused why they have rules or employees if no one enforces them or seems to be working. No parents were watching their kids and the employees didn't seem to be paying attention either. Very worrisome. It was a free for all and even as an adult chaperone I felt very unsafe. read more

We LOVE this Uptown Jungle location, the staff work really hard to make it fun (and safe) for all the kiddos. They have Toddler Time where they do a craft, coloring, a bubble party, etc. in the morning time weekdays, and treasure hunts for all the kids to find coins around the whole jungle gym and have the chance to pick a prize from the prize chest. It always feels clean, the staff always jumps to help with anything that needs to be taken care of or to help a lost kiddo find their parent. Out of all the indoor jumping places we've been to, this one has the best toddler section, and it's enclosed!

We sure had a blast playing here. The staff were still in masks and they were cleaning this and that when we arrived. We checked in, they were really friendly and helpful. Got our sockies and bracelets and we hightailed it to the slides. We love grabbing the towels and going down the blue bumpy slides the best. Peanut and I raced down, went up and back down over and over again. She really loved the "ninja gym" section where they can walk on the swinging bars, hang from ropes and zoom down the zip line. I loved the rope bridge, we pretended to be on a mission and had to cross to get the next clues. We rode the horse swing a hundred miles and then went to the Rock wall mountain to finish our mission. It was a blast. We will be back this summer. It's a real workout for us older folks and a fun way to burn off energy for the younger folks. They have snacks. Cubbies for your shoes. Massage chairs to unwind, and a lounge. Really clean restrooms. Benches were dotted all over the play area to allow for the "watch me!!" moments. It's a little bit smaller than we expected but it did include many fun stuff like trampolines, slides and climbing walls/rocks. I would like to see the staff cleaning a little bit maybe sprain some things down, wiping down some things as there are a lot of kids running around coughing sneezing, touching their mouth like kids do but other than that it's always a good experience and it's fun and relatively clean deal suggestion I would say fix the little shooters for the foam balls area those little vacuums that suck the balls up are not always working. read more

Went in with my two kids bought tickets only to find out the rock climbing area was closed. And the trampoline area was closed for some type of maintenance. My kids only had part of the park to play in so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager asked the cashier if she told me that it was toddler time and she lied and said yes. I corrected her and said no at the time that I purchased the tickets I wasn't told that. The manager said that info is quote "plastered all over the walls and on the web site". It's not... Only after my boys asked to climb did I find out it was/would be closed until after "toddler time". They kind of stood there dumbfounded that there was an issue. Then after I had to explain that we only had access to part of the park but payed full price, they offered two 60 minute free play tickets. I appreciate the fix, I do, but not the lies. At leased we know now to not come in in the morning and to call ahead to make sure there isn't maintenance going on in the trampoline area. Other than that my sons had fun running's through the mazes and eventually going rock wall climbing. read more

Has the potential to be stellar, but has several deficiencies experientially. It's worth noting that the most egregious issues are directly related to ownership failures. If the person or people who own this location has ever set foot in this business (unlikely) and thought it was adequate for repeat use by children (it's not) they should be ashamed: 1) it doesn't appear to have ever been swept, or mopped, since opening (I wish this was hyperbole but the sheer volume of dirt in every corner makes this literal). While I wouldn't expect hospital grade cleanliness, the low hanging category of "loose dirt and candy wrappers" aren't exactly a high bar to beat. Visible dirt means none of this location has been sanitized recently either, posing a legitimate concern for things like Staph and norovirus proliferating on the vinyl. 2) staff lacks even rudimentary customer service training, which would be forgivable if only there was a manager who was visible. Best I could tell, it was the "communal group of teenagers left ill equipped" management style. Ownership failure big time. 3) there is 0 access control. At any given moment, there are adults and children leaving unchecked. It's only a matter of time before this becomes a serious issue, considering the massive liability it presents currently. There's no accounting for who came in with who, posing a risk especially during busy moments. This isn't the businesses problem ENTIRELY but with no measures in place you can bet it'll be a major issue of mention if someone gets lost/abducted. 4) wires, loose and unplugged. Within reach of taller kids and inexplicable. Hopefully self explanatory. Overall, it's almost exclusively issues related to neglect. These are easy fixes across the board. Ownership needs to shut down for a day and deep clean to start. That's about 90% of the dingy feeling this place puts off. read more

My kid loves this place and goes quite often. I have to say it's actually very clean compared to most other kids place.

Our girls seem to enjoy it here but I personally prefer Kids Empire. This particular location seems so dark and DIRTY all the time- the floors gross me out to walk around in my socks. Kids Empire doesn't allow any shoes indoors so it's always clean. read more

We've had some good experiences here in the past. However, I've always noticed how dirty the place is and how expensive it has become. They need to enforce more RULES inside ALL of the trampoline areas, especially since parents don't seem to care, nor teach their children how to behave. Today there was a very hyper jumper in the kids smaller yellow trampoline area, and without warning, he crashed into my son, hurting him so badly, that we had to ice it there and carry him out. We went straight to the urgent care and then for x-rays. It was so obvious that he had gotten hurt, but the kid that crashed into him didn't apologize and nor did the Grandma that was with him say anything. When we were leaving, I asked if I could get my money back. Since we were only there about 10 minutes and the girl, I think the manager, reluctantly wanted to do it because we paid through Groupon. I explained that my son could not walk and that we will have to carry him out of the place. She couldn't care less and reached into a drawer right next to her and gave us a free pass. Honestly, this place couldn't care less about anybody getting hurt, all they care about is the money and that you read the signs and play your own risk after signing their waver. I will be giving that free pass to someone else. We will never return to this place again. The place has gone downhill so much in the last 3 years, and the bathrooms and the floors are always disgusting as well. The customer service in the front is nothing like it used to be either. For anyone that goes to this place, play at your own risk. It's unfortunate too, because my child was so unbelievably excited to be there today, but because of another child acting out and doing things he's not supposed to do, We had to pay the price. read more

My boys had such a great time here! It has a rock climbing wall, trampolines, and really large play space with slides and lots of things to climb on! I wish we had this in Tulsa! It was inexpensive, they have a adult waiting room with massage chairs and concession stand. The people working here were very young but friendly! Highly recommend! read more

It's so unfortunate because it would be a great place to come to all the time but I have to risk getting sick every time.. nobody ever cleans.. the staff is friendly, but dismissive. Half the stuff is broken and really the cleaning is the main concern since this is a child's. I don't recommend coming here if you actually want to be able to play. If your kids are used to just running around with broken equipment and random closing times of the rockwall this is your place. It's a shame too because I love taking my kids here and it has become a DUMP ran by teenagers who start closing at 7pm when it's open till 8pm. We had my sons end of year party at Uptown Jungle Mesa last night and it was awesome! We booked it as a private event so we had the entire park to ourselves (I am shocked it's only $99 added to your party package to book the entire park). Anyways, kids and adults had a ton of fun! Some adults played dodge ball with the kids which was fun to watch. The manager Nick was awesome! He wanted to match our shirts in the party room and made everything perfect. The siblings tagged along and it was nice because they had a separate area they could play in for littles if they wanted. They order Venezia's pizza which is really good pizza! Let me start off by saying this place is awesome. I have listed below the things they do well and things they could improve on. Things this place does well: -The staff is mostly High School teenagers working and they are so awesome. We had a very large group of young kids and they never acted irritated or short with the kids. They were super nice with the kids and helpful. -Place has a wide range of things to do for kids of all ages! Also they have the playing times so it prevents over crowding. -tons of places to sit. If you've ever been to a kids place you know this is key. Adults want places to sit while they watch kids run around. I never once struggled to find a place to sit. -pricing seems reasonable. For 6 kids to play and 2 adults and 4 pairs of socks the bill was less than $100. Things this place could improve on: -So the parent room is in the back of the building. I wouldn't normally have a problem with this except there is no "check out" the door to exit is right there and wide open. Nothing to prevent your kid from running out the door OR to prevent someone taking your child. If someone were to pick up a child and walk out the front door, you would never know until it's too late. Other places have wristbands with a family name and number that are checked as they exit. This is my only suggestion! read more
