I went here for my son's first hair cut. I wanted to chop most of it off as it was past his shoulders and Teresa told me I shouldn't do that and I would regret it. Then she said "I'll just cut a little off and then see what you think". At the end of it I was going to tell her I wanted her to still go ahead with more cut off, but another mom was there waiting really impatiently. Teresa also wrote down MY name on the "____'s first hair cut" portion of the paper and not my sons. She also put a huge amount of hair from the pony tail in the baggie so I can't even see the curls, just a jumbled mess. Overall a very poor experience for my son's first hair cut which was such a bummer because my friend goes here and loves it. I don't typically leave bad reviews but this left such a sour taste in my mouth I felt like I needed to warn other people to go in and get exactly what you want without letting her talk you out of it.

I've been looking for a salon that does hair cut for a toddler. Kids Kuts was a great place for my kid. So vibrant and inviting. Cutting season was only 15min quick enough before the kid starts crying. His hair looks great after the cut plus he had a great time with the cars! Definitely coming back!

Amazing! Cornelia was fast and dealt with our crying toddler the whole time. His haircut turned out perfect. We will be back.

Had my daughter's first haircut here. Nice, good quality haircut. She finished the haircut with a side french braid. Definitely recommend

He has a lot of hair and really doesn't enjoy haircuts, which can make things challenging--but Sarah and Erin are absolutely amazing. They are so patient, kind, and understanding every single time we come in. They take their time to make him feel comfortable, but are also impressively quick--which is exactly what you need with a toddler who doesn't love sitting still. And they still manage to give him such a great haircut every time. We've tried dropping into other salons before, but ended up walking out without a haircut because they just didn't have the same level of patience or care. This place is completely different. We are so grateful for Sarah and Erin--they've made what could be a stressful experience so much easier for our family. Highly recommend, especially for parents with young kids!

When you walk in the salon, it looks like an ordinary adult salon, but if you walk towards the back left, there is a whole room dedicated to kids cuts! We will be back!

Plus the cost was surprisingly high (I booked for highlights plus toner - but she only bleached it). I didn't go back. I finally found Thuy and saw that she had good reviews (I especially liked how people said she was detailed/meticulous when doing your hair), so I decided to try her and see. The review was accurate! Thuy was very meticulous and I am very happy with the result. I'm so glad I found someone to do my hair so soon! Regarding the vibe, Thuy is fun to talk to, but if you just want music/movie, she can turn that on for you as well. She is also very considerate. For instance, just when I felt thirsty, she handed me a bottle of water. Later, she gave me some candies. I didn't know lollipops taste so good. If you're looking for Thuy. She gave me a much needed hair wash and listened as I described how I wanted my hair cut. She informed me that what I was requesting has fallen out of style and suggested a different cut. In short They've done a good job for my lovely bride twice…read morenow over the last few years. Both times were style appointments. In long For a family photo shoot today, my wife wanted a blowout and style. She googled around, came up with this place, booked an eeeeearly-morning appointment, and then suddenly remembered having her hair done here before our wedding 7 years ago. Funny coincidence. We got here before we usually even have breakfast on a weekend morning. Place is already busy. Kids behind the counter are nice but honestly not much perkier than I was. The stylist was super friendly and nice. My wife's using a wheelchair for a while these days, and the sweet kid couldn't have been more gracious and helpful about it. I dig that so much. I'll say that based on the traffic I saw coming in, the clientele here doesn't seem to skew very young. Most of the gals seemed like they have kids, probably grown kids, maybe grandkids. The staff is much younger, but my wife kinda felt like her bob looked a bit dated when she was done. She did a great job otherwise and was as nice as could be. By the time we checked out, everyone (including me) seemed to have metabolized some coffee and the conversation was lively. I don't know exactly how to recommend hair salons or predict who'll like one of them more than another, but this place is solid from everything we saw this morning.

I came in for my first hair treatment since covid, so I was ~emotional and excited for a refresh. I forget the name of my stylist but ...... wow. 1- We were lightening for a balayage and despite using bleach my tips came out darker, still warm-toned (I'm undeniably cool-toned and made sure to bring it up). Also my whole head was about one (warm) color... it didn't reflect our discussion at all, and my balayage gave harsh grow out lines 2- Despite the low level of lightening, and my hair being very receptive to bleach, the treatment she applied absolutely fried my hair. It's been over two years since I had this done and I've heat styled it 0 times and dyed it 0 times, and even after cutting it much shorter the bottom 8" completely remain utterly fried. 2 years later I'm accepting that I'll probably have to cut it chin length to stop the absolutely dead hair from splitting further. Even with Olaplex, it's so outrageously tangled, split (I've had hairs with 4+ splits in them ... WTH), and dead that there's no saving it. I've never experienced anything like it.. it's just *dead*. I've only had my hair lightened in a salon because I'm so worried about this happening, and it's hilarious that the most ineffective bleach treatment I've ever had somehow was the one bleach treatment to ruin my hair. I'm about resigned to hacking it to a short bob and starting over. Oh - they also charged me extra on top of the Groupon because my hair was below my shoulders, even though it's extremely fine. Long story short, my Groupon here actually ruined my gorgeous hair, and I think it'll be about 5 years to get it back. Approaching the midpoint I think it's time to leave a review. :( Tl;dr my self-care appointment to rehab long boring hair gave me 5 years of bad hair.
