This place is wonderful! I don't know why it doesn't get all the hype that all the other indoor playgrounds get. First of all, it got recently redone so everything is pristine. There is something for everyone, including an arcade with prizes for the older kids as well as play equipment for toddlers. We've been in since they reopened after the quarantine, and they do a great job cleaning pretty much during our whole visit. I hope more people get to check them out. Our local businesses are really hurting so let's all do our best to help! read more

This place is just "ok" Yes, the punch card makes it pretty cheap. But, now I am regretting buying it. My son just doesn't play as long here as the other indoor places. I think because there is no "toys" besides stuff to climb on. My biggest fault with this place is VIDEO GAMES. Why are they in a kids play place? The idea is to get the kids out of the house and active. My 2 yr old wants to just play games. I can stay at home and do that. My advice,....get rid of the video games and put in some imaginative toys like maybe a play kitchen, doll house, tool bench, puzzles/book center etc..... Also, all the snacks are JUNK except for maybe goldfish. But, the Plus is you can bring your own. read more

The good: $10 for all day play, bring more kids and after the first they are $8. Its not a big chain and I think the owners have done well. Separate room for eating, separate room for babies, and pretty safe. They provide basic snacks and do parties... My kiddo and friends had a great time. I think as a parent you need to remember kids may fall or bump heads, but they would do the same at a park. I will bring her back but no way when a party is going on. Complaints: should provide few healthier options for snacks, should have two staff persons at least (only one guy but he was constantly working to clean and help), and half the video games were out of order. Also I don't like how it goes up to 10 years of age. Cutoff should really be 7. Bathroom was clean but needs new faucet and wall treatment. read more

Went here for the 1st time today. My kids LOVED it! My boys are 4 & 5. We bought the pre-paid card because its a better deal and we plan on going back. I read a review that said we can't go in and out same day but that is not true. Also make sure you bring socks for everyone, but if you don't you can buy there for $2. My son had a blast here. We went on a lazy Sunday afternoon, around 1pm and stayed until 4pm. We only paid $10 for an all day access (unless you go out and decide to come back later, then you have to pay again) I wish we packed some food though, because you can basically pack your breakfast, lunch and dinner and stay there all day and still pay $10.00. I didn't have any problems with other kids, or moms not watching theirs. It was a really good experience for us. Besides, you can't bash a business when that happens to you. The parents are responsible for their kids, not the business. The place is clean. I don't mean SANITIZED but it doesn't have the sticky feel or look to it, and the play sets are not dark or dirty or anything. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! read more

Absolutely love this place! Clean facility. Well equipped. Super friendly staff. I love that we can leave and come back. I love that we can enter the facility with outside food! Both adult and children areas are well kept, organized & regulated. They have a great selection of snacks and beverages. *Everyone must wear socks, including adults! I actually did not have any for myself or kids-and they had some available for purchase! Prices are extremely reasonable-especially the open play all day! Most indoor play facilities regulate open play or pop in play times when there is a reserved private party, but open play is always available here even with private parties! They have a great area for smaller toddlers as well as an area for gamers. It is a very well put together establishment. I'm so glad we were able to escape the Vegas heat! The two guys that always work here are really great with children. They try to keep the grounds really clean.. there's free wifi here :) My suggestion, get the Kids Planet punch card -- cheaper overall, better value.. Instead of paying $10 for each visit.. you pay $50 for 10 visits. They have everything here. Slides, ball pits, swings, old school video games.. It's not the super best there is, but my kid likes this place. read more

I've been to a few of these indoor playgrounds in the past few weeks because it is birthday season! I'm going to compare this to others. This is a kids only area, so if you have little kids and want to play with them there is little you can do. There are two ball pits that the little ones like to play in, but you can't let them go in by themselves or they will get trumped by the older kids that have no sense of awareness that a baby is near them. If it was open enough, you'd be able to stand on the outside and grab your kid at any sign of trouble. There is also a swing that is near the party rooms and right outside of the toddler room. Two toddlers were face planted from walking behind the swing! It's not s good place to put such s big swing. It needs to be in the corner. The toddler toys that they sit on and push have dirt on the handles. I've just seen better. read more

First time bringing my daughter here and just have to say it's a great place to bring your child to especially during this pandemic. The owner I think he is is constantly cleaning and making sure covid restrictions are followed. Very clean place. This place is disgusting and dirty. They charge for adults even if u sit and watch. There are barely any balls in the ball zones. All the toys and equipment are old. I don't understand the good ratings here. The kids car was missing door, the swing looked like it would break. Awful!!! read more

Great place for a bday party! You get a private room, paper items included (table cloths, plates, cups, forks, etc) - pink for girls, blue for boys. You can bring other decorations to set up yourself. The room had plenty of space for 30+ people. You get to come 30 min. prior to your party to set up. Since they do not close the place to the public we brought wristbands for the guests, to keep any wandering kids out (Elsa & Spider Man made an appearance, purchased/hired separately from K.P.), plus we didn't want any moochers on the food. The party room has a private bathroom. BRING SOCKS. They have them for sale but bring your own. There are cubbies at the entrance to store your shoes. Super comfy couches to lounge on while the kids play. There are 2 other rooms that kids can go in to, to eat (if not with a party). Kids had fun on the wrap around jungle gym/obstacle course; swings in the middle of the place, ball pit, and other games are available. I think I saw some Wii/video games as well. read more

My daughter celebrated her 3rd birthday party here with kids around her age. It is the perfect venue for that kind of party. The staff are really helpful and accomodating. They let me come in early to set up. When they are not busy, the guys even watch the kids to make sure no one gets hurt. They really make you fee welcome and that they appreciate your business in this place. I called 8 places to inquire and chose this place for the party. What an awesome place for a chilly windy day!!!! Tons of play areas for kids of all ages. They also sell snacks and drinks. Great setup for bad weather days. Will definitely be back again! Thanks for being the only place open on New Year's Eve. I read about someone saying the place didn't seem clean. The person working at the time was walking around constantly and placing the ball put balls back in the pit and id imagine he'd pick up trash if he saw it. It didn't smell at all like some chuck w cheeses do. Also, I love the fact that your pass is all day. You can leave and come back, don't think I won't be doing that in the future!!!! I like this place is open late unlike other places. It is big and clean as well. My daughter and I have been here for Nena's daughter's birthday (the previous review) and a couple times after that. Today I was offered about the pre-paid card if you pay 50 you get 10 days so $5 a day instead of 10. I am definitely going to get that next time after I have my other baby this week, it's something I will consider for the future. The only thing I may suggest is they put microwaves in the back rooms that you can eat in :) read more

I celebrated my babys 2nd birthday here this week. It turnedvout AMAZING! All of the kids (ranging from ages 2-8) had a blast. They had so much fun on the bounce house, trampoline, ball pits, slides, swings, fuse ball, and so much more! You have to see it in person! The guys Raf and Miguel were very helpful and informative when planning my party. They were great with the kids as well. The party room seemed a little pricey so to make it worth it, be sure to gave a great amount of kids to enjoy it and good company from the adults. Overall I am SO GLAD that I decided to have my childs party here instead of Chuck E. Cheese. I love CEC, but a toddler will find Kids Planet more enjoyable. read more

This playground is quite far from us but we drive 25 minutes there because it's just right in all respects. It's clean and well ran. The customer service guys are friendly and helpful. They also joke around with kids. Our son loves the trampoline, the ball pit. I love that there aren't any toys- so kids get to run around and not just sit there. read more

I realize that kids sometimes don't understand that it's not okay to hit, but what I don't understand is how the parents will stand there and watch their children hitting other kids and not say anything about it! I stood there watching my kids play from the side and these 2 little boys with both parents watching, not say a word when their son hit my kids with a ball, MULTIPLE times. I asked the person working the playroom at the moment to do something. He goes over and effortlessly tries to ask the kids to stop so he can talk to the parents, "TRIES.." Well he didn't try very hard! The kid runs off and he just gives up, turns to me and says, that's just how kids are. SERIOUSLY?? You're going to just let it happen? No wonder the parents watching their kids hit my kids didn't say anything! Because the playroom itself doesn't enforce any rules!! Not only do they not speak with the parents and just let it happen. They do not separate the younger kids from the older kids. The older kids run around at full speed and sometimes even trample over the younger kids. That's VERY DANGEROUS! How am I suppose to feel safe with my kids there?! Yes, I'm watching my kids but it's not my place to say something to those kids. It is the playrooms responsibility to enforce rules, not just say.. "that's just how kids are." So not only did my kids get hit multiple times with the ball. My daughter was called a "dumb nut" by an older kid and that same older kid ran over my son and made him fall flat on his face. I would NOT recommend this place. If I could give it a ZERO STAR, I would have. There are so many other playrooms in Vegas that actually care about the safety of your children. What an awful experience!!! read more

Been here a few times now, our granddaughter loves it here. It's well run, friendly staff. The place overall is pretty clean. The guy will run through here frequently with a vacuum and stuff, keeping things tidy. There are multiple hand sani stations around which is nice. A small selection of snacks if you or your kids get the munchies. Not sure if you can bring your own food here or not. I kinda think you can because they have a back room that looks like eating tables there. Anyway, pretty nice place to take the young ones to spend a hot summer day NOT in the heat! read more

If it was noon on a school day and my child was here playing with just a handful of other kids, I could see it being an ok place and maybe I would feel differently. However, I just endured two hours of unsupervised chaos as children from 3 separate birthday parties were all running around this fairly small area at the same time. With only two visible employees, and no one delegated the responsibility of making sure kids don't escape the front door, this is a not a safe party option. Parents are allowed to mingle in the party room which means there were very few parents actually out making sure 6 year olds were not bouncing on the heads of three year olds. Any future invitations to attend birthday parties at this location will be disregarded; my son and I will not be back. read more

For $10 a child with unlimited play it's worth it. My daughter & her cousins played here for about 3 hours fully entertained. A couple things they need to fix like asap: in the little babies room, the walkers and jumper seats are so filthy it's disgusting. They are so dirty and full of stains, yuck! The second thing, some of the bikes, scooters are falling apart or broken. Also the floor itself is very hard, but they do have foam mats under the slides, but they are not checked regularly for positioning. My daughter hit her head very hard on the floor after coming down the slide. If the foam mat was bigger that wouldn't of happened. read more

The play place is great the kids loved it but the customer service is terrible. One of the workers criticized me for allowing my daughter to have a pacifier she went as far as yanking it out! My kids love this place. They have a full-size bouncy house! The place is huge and has lots of toys and things for kids to do and they even have video game consoles! They have lots of couches for the parents that are really comfortable, be careful not to fall asleep. There is a separate room just for small toddlers and their party room looks pretty big. I would also give this place five stars if they had organic food options, not all of us feed our children crap. read more

Great place... Perfect place for kids and adults.. US Parents have a large sitting/resting area while the kids play in a very large area right in front of OUR eyes. Unlike any other playground this place has a lot of variety of play areas from jumper to swings soft floor all throughout, and my fav high cielings so you dont feel trapped. You walk in and you and your kids will automaticaly be in a better mood. They also have a few huge pary rooms to choose from. Too bad I dont live here but if I did I would have a Birthday party here every time to save myself the headache of cleaning up at home... I visit from LA and when I bring my kids with me to Vegas I always visit KIDS PLANET I LOVE IT AND MY KIDS LOVE IT. read more

Firstly, I would like to mention that my daughter absolutely LOVES this place. The reason for my one star review has nothing to do with the staff, or upkeep. I am simply rating to bring awareness to the dangers that this place poses to young children. The carousal you see photographed by other reviewers is right in the middle of the playroom. My first visit I thought this was great, probably because it was during the day on a weekday. You get the older children in here and they are flying full speed on that, posing a threat not only to any young child that get too close, but to the children that are on the carousal itself. The last three visits have had children screaming for long lengths of time after falling off and bashing their heads on the commercial carpet. I mention commercial carpet because it is NOT very plush or padded. The possibility of a concussion is incredibly high, so please be aware of symptoms prior to bringing your child to play here. There are no designated areas for children as far as age to play. You can expect your 12 month old to crawl beneath the feet of older negligent children that are running rampant without supervision. I've seen children that look as old as 14, much taller than myself at 5'5" at least, running full speed over children as young as two. It can be a very terrifying experience to feel the impending doom of your small child while you stand looking fairly helpless in your attempt not to yell at someones much older child. "Please be careful for my toddler" never seems to be enough. They should absolutely have designated days or hours if they want to open it to older children that can pose a threat to infants. It's a wonder there hasn't been a horrible accident, or perhaps there has been and I'm just unaware. While I do not feel they need to have a large staff over the two that are typically there, I do feel that the staff should be warning these children, or parents of these children of the dangers they are imposing on others. There are other play areas we've tried. For small children, I would suggest Kinderland, simply because they have an age range and designated areas of play for children by their age! They also watch the children to make sure they are not going to harm smaller children and have no problem communicating with parents their concerns. I've never felt as fearful as I do at Kids Planet anywhere!!! read more

Perfect place for a hot or chilly day. Socks for everyone is recquired. $50 stamp card for i think 10 or 15 visits. Normally they charge $9 per kid so this is a bargain. Fun place for kids to explore and they have couches for the adults to sit and lounge. They have slides with ball pit in the bottom, 1 jumpy house,1 trampoline area, a bunch of toddler play things on wheels and some video games that are near the foozball and basketball hoop thing. I always know my kids will have fun here. They also have a lego room with giant legos and a snack room. I wouldn't have a party here though. I think it is ridiculously overpriced. But aside from that, I give it a thumbs up for both momma and kiddies. read more

Very small and needs maintenance. It's not clean, everything has a greasy film on it. Netting on jungle gyms are falling apart. You can tell they tried to mend it but it looks very poor. Padding on metal frame is missing which is very dangerous. One of the swings on merry go round is covered with tape. The balls in ball pit are deflated and dirty. Half of the push toys are broken or missing a part. Carpet is bunching in places on the floor, someone could trip and fall. Foam mats are filthy and falling apart. They won't even stay together. Will not be returning here until it is refreshed. Don't waste your money here. read more

This would be a nice place if people actually controlled their kids. Also, if the older kids had somewhere else besides running over and jumping on the younger kids. Had a 12 year harassing my 3 year over a slide. My question is where are their parents? Needless to say i kept a vigilant eye on my child.
