Located on Durango Dr, Kids Planet is our favorite place any day! More so when the weather does not permit us to play in the park. My son is 3 and a half years old with pollen allergies and being indoors is too frequent. We have been regulars to this place the last 2 years. He loves going there and getting him home from the premises is tough! The place is very clean and very colorful. They are also very particular in maintaining the place and the equipment. The restrooms are spotless clean. They have several slides, swings, trampolines and even a merry go round which is usually the favorite. There are also several scooters, cars for the toddlers if they get bored with all the bouncing. The older kids can try their hand at xbox or wii games too. It even has a special play area for the crawling babies so they need not worry about the older toddlers running around. The parents / guardians have a cozy area with TV + free wifi and are only too happy to rest while watching the kids play. Birthday parties can be hosted in separate rooms with ample privacy while keeping the area open to all children. Its affordable at $5 per visit when you buy a $50 card for 10 visits. The other good thing is that there is no time limit on each visit and a bunch of kids can be easily entertained there for 2-3 hours. I'm writing this review to help other parents when you're trying to figure out which play place to go to. Do not go to this one. I've been to a variety of indoor play places around Las Vegas. Some big and fancy ones and some more simple and low key ones. Kids planet is definitely on the simple and low key side which is totally fine as I've been to a couple other low-key places and my kids and I enjoy them. However, this place is run down and the employee who was working there paid zero attention to anything that was going on. Whoever owns or manages this place needs to take a serious look at how it is being run. There is absolutely no reason I would return here. My kids love this place. My 9 year old daughter loves the swing! Most indoor playgrounds only allow kids 7 and below so she is thrilled she is allowed to play here. My 2-year old loves all the slides and she did not want to go home. The guy at the desk is always nice and polite. Another guy constantly cleans the area too. read more

Great place for kids! So many more options than most indoor play places. They are reasonably priced $10 1st kid, $8 2nd kid. Mention the 10% off on website for first time guests. They are opened later than the others as well! 9pm!! You are welcome to bring your own food AND you can leave and come back anytime during the day! Well worth the $. The one reason I came here was because it has open play on the weekend, but after my last visit I won't ever come back. I'm a regular at the indoor play places around this side of town and have visited most all of them. Running a business full of kids, the main priority should be cleanliness. Just sitting on the couch I felt dirty and didn't want to touch my newborn. Always smells bad and is the dirtiest one around town. There was a girl sprawled out on the couch from end to end, feet up, her stomach hanging out, mouth opened, completely sleeping while her two-year-old was running around and no staff told her to get up. It looked like she had been partying all night. Next couch over an older gentlemen and young child were sleeping!!! I was taken back at this. I get it we are all exhausted parents and could understand if you were sitting up and dozed off, but what I saw was disgusting and unacceptable. I thought the untold rule at these types of places was that you keep an eye on your child and interact with them especially the younger ones who need your constant supervision. The bathroom was covered in toilet paper and I was surprised how the decoration around bathroom had been ripped off the wall and don't understand why it hasn't been fixed. I was embarrassed to see that the netting around one of the play structures had been ripped and tied up with random string instead of being replaced. It seems that this business makes money and there is a lot of competition so you got to keep up. If I'm going to spend money at your business, I don't want to feel like my kids and I are going to get sick just stepping in there. One of the main things I like about other indoor play places is the employees/owners are always paying attention to what's going on and aren't afraid to tell a parent if their child needs to stop doing something. There is definitely a big difference in the clientele here compared to other play places. This business has so much potential and the kids Obviously love it so it would be nice if some changes were made to where it felt like the owners actually cared about their customers feelings. From research it seems most people feel that the owners can care less. There wasn't even something to hold stinky diapers (diaper genie) in the restrooms which may have something to do with it always having a bad odor. If you like dirty places, don't like watching your kids, and want to take a nap this is the place for you. if you're looking for a clean place for your kids to play as well as great owners that will go out of their way for their customers, go to kids kingdom or tykes and tots!! read more

I have been going to Kids Planet for about 4 years. I have 3 kids ages 9,5, and 4. They have so much fun every single time we go. I make an all day event when I come here because they have designated areas for food and couches to relax on. This place has areas for kids of all ages including toddlers. I really like that the place has paddings on the bottom of the slides. I am very picky and I consider this place to be very clean. You wear socks only when you enter the play area and it doesn't smell like feet like other places. I can also tell that it its clean because I wear white socks and my socks are still white at the end of the day. I think that the prices are great as well. $10 per child and parents are free. You can also buy a pass for $50/10 passes. The customer service is great as well. I recommend this place! read more

Our first time coming here on a whim only because the indoor playground that is closer to our house closed at 6 o'clock. We absolutely love this place, they are open until 9 PM which is great for moms like me who have kids who play a little later in the evening. The person at the front desk name Rafi was so extremely nice and patient! He was very informative of how everything works. This place is also clean and very well maintained. Because of how awesome the atmosphere and how kind the receptionist is we are already looking forward to possibly booking our son's birthday party in July. We're so glad that we stumbled upon this place. We purchased their stamp card which is $50 for 10 visits. That's actually a really great deal compared to other indoor playgrounds that I have brought my son to. And as I mentioned already they don't close until nine and they're open every day which is a big bonus for us. Love and highly recommend this place!!!! read more

The price is more affordable then most and they have more stuff then most places to do we always buy a pass because we are here all the time saves lot of money. This place discriminates against handicapped people. We went for the first time today, unfortunately I have to say this will be the last. We were looking forward to spending my three-year-old granddaughters birthday there today. I am handicapped and waiting on hip replacement and currently I'm using a walker sometimes a wheelchair. I am unable to take even a few steps without assistance of a walker. When we arrived today I was told in no certain terms that my Walker was not allowed into the facility,un that if I wanted to go home and get another Walker that I use in my home (which I don't have another Walker) that I was welcome to come back with that , otherwise I was not allowed to come in with my Walker. I was also told that if I were to come back with a wheelchair that I would have to arrive through the back entrance , sit in a seat and I would get my wheelchair back when I left. This leaves me unable to get up, move around, go to the bathroom or play with my grandchildren. The man at the door was extremely rude he never once apologised, refused to look at me and was unable to come up with any other solution to my problem that he created. Even though he was holding a spray bottle of cleaner and one hand and paper towels in the other hand., he could have offered to clean the wheels of the walker so I could have come in and use the facility with my family. I would have even offered to do it myself but he was so rude I just wanted to leave. Needless to say my feelings were hurt and what should have been a fun morning with my grandchildren was left with a huge cloud over because of this man's behavior., since I have been disabled I have found that people are in general very wonderful and polite and helpful. They hold doors and pick things up for me and offer to help on a regular basis. This is one of the first times that I have really been made to feel like a second class citizen and discriminated against. It was not a nice feeling I would hope that anyone who is handicapped would not have to go through the same thing that I did today . I hope to spare someone else the same thing that I had to go through today because of the inconsiderate people working there. Sometimes it's just not worth it. read more

DONT PLAY STAY FAR AWAY!!! Its dosent matter how clean a place is to a certain point if the owner and workers are mean and horrible.First problem is they never open on time 10:00 am means you get there 10 to 5 minutes eariler and set up.Because i end up with my son screaming in the back wanting to go in.The last time i said something and they told me to go else where really?.Another problem is the back in the place where there a water fountain is, the floor is a hard title no mats kids and younger kids run back there and can easily slip.So with floor being tile they can get serious hurt i told them that they said nothing we can do.They should have said oh thats not good lets see what we can do.They can get those black mats that they use in hotel kitchens that would work and not cost to much but they dont care.My son had way to much close calls so in my opion i would not take my child there they cant be trusted! read more

Not sure what other bad reviews are about may have been true but it seems like this place has made adjustments. but this place so far for me has been great. I am an inspector I look at everything going to kids clubs I found nothing everything was clean the place didn't smell and everything was child proof had bumpers. I like this place because it is small enough to let your little ones venture on their own unlike LOL which don't get me wrong is the bomb but is exhausting for parents with little ones under 5. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because whoever the guy at the counter is a creep tried talking to me and then later on I overheard him trying to talk to another mom didn't hear a lot but I did hear him say "I don't know whats going on at home your attractive" I walked away when I heard that. Management please talk with your staff not to try and get at the moms it's not cool. read more

Looks can be deceiving!!! It is a really nice playground for the kids, but as far as staff it is absolutely horrible! I spent $300 just to rent the place, not including the $150 i had to spend to feed the guest and they dont even give you a party package to use your own paper goods and table cloths if you have a theme to your party!! The staff had nothing but an attitude, they wouldnt even help bring the food from the front entrance to the party room. I had the small room that they claimed held a little over 30 people, but was mistaken so a lot of my guest had to sit outside of the room while everything was happening inside the room. Although, they have a bigger room that holds around 60 people, you still have to pay the whopping $300 for the smaller room. A few minutes before 5:00 when my party was ending i started gathering up my stuff, bringing the gifts to my car (which they clearly could see because all they did was stand behind the counter in the front eating their greek yogurt) and when the clock hit 5:00 before they would allow me to get all the paper goods, ballons, table cloths etc out of the room, they come rolling in with a mop and i believe a vacuum completely intruding, which was shocking and completely rude. They never asked what I was keeping and what was trash as they tried to cut up my balloons that I spent with my own money. Nothing was said from the staff, not even a goodbye and thank you for coming. I would not recommend to throw your childs bday party here because the fact of the matter is that they DO NOT care about you having a wonderful experience, but only the MONEY they are benefiting from it. They also tried over charging me for 3 children, a 12 yr old that they said could play in certain areas for no charge, a infant in his car seat or his parents arms the whole time, and a 6 mo old infant that couldnt even crawl, but was in their facility!! I would recommend tykes and tots. The owner is a wonderful lady whom cares and will buy your paper goods to whatever theme you want with no extra charge as long as it can be purchased in las vegas!!! Very accommodating! I would have had my party there but the day I could throw the party was already booked by others!! So my sons FIRST "memorable" birthday party was not as memorable as planned!!! A big disappointment. Will be contacting other people about this issue if the owner does not contact me as the staff promised! read more

Brought my daughter (2 1/2 years) to kids planet today and was very satisfied. I've been to a handful of other indoor play areas and this one was BY FAR the best. There aren't many "toys" to play with which I liked since she has tons of toys at home. The ball pits and the jungle gym equipment were so neat and everything was padded and just the right height for the babe. The clerk was very nice and even took some precautionary measures by removing some carousel swings when the larger kids got a little too rowdy. He also continually walked around putting things back in their place. He was nice to the children but also wasn't afraid to speak up when they got out of hand. I will be buying the punch card which is an amazing deal at $5 each for ten open play sessions! They have a snack room where everyone is asked to keep snacks and drinks which is great! The floor is very clean and free of gross messes from food and drink. I would recommend this place highly to anyone with a toddler/preschooler. Oh and the best part is they're open until 9:00 pm, much later than most other places! read more
