I arrived for my 11:00 a.m. appointment only to find out the clinic wasn't opening until noon because a nurse couldn't come in until later. The issue isn't that something unexpected happened--it's that no one communicated this to me beforehand. They admitted they should have notified me, but by then I had already driven there and rearranged my day. As an athlete, I can only schedule these treatments on my one day off each week because I can't work out for 24 hours afterward. Morning appointments are already extremely difficult to book, so having one wasted because of poor communication is incredibly frustrating. What disappoints me most isn't just the mistakes--it's how they're handled. Both times I received an apology, but there was no meaningful effort to make things right. Good customer service isn't about never making mistakes; it's about how you respond when you do. The only reason I continue coming here is because I prepaid for my treatments. But I had heard great things about Winchester Electrology & Laser and I was finally committed to the idea of getting rid of my unwanted eyebrow hair forever.
