The room was clean and warm, and the shower great with amazing Aesop products. There is a hair dryer in the room as well. Wifi is a bit slow - but to be expected. We stayed in the greenhouses and the patios were a great touch. & the breakfasts! Even during COVID times - the breakfast was delicious. I hope to come back and see this place more in the fall of 2021.

Lots of space for the dog to roam around when it started to rain and it had a beautiful, bucolic environment. I also chose this inn for the breakfast, and Bernetta did not disappoint. She makes everything by hand and you can tell how fresh it is. I was welcomed with two homemade and delicious chocolate chip cookies. She offered two types of coffee, a flavored coffee and a regular one, and breakfast came with a freshly baked good. I stayed for two days. Saturday had a savory breakfast, and Sunday had a sweet one. Both were delicious. To highlight how fresh everything was, Bernetta had chosen fresh apples local to the area for the sweet Sunday breakfast. Bernetta is also an excellent host. She offered great tips and restaurant and activity recommendations. She's easy to talk to and went out of her way to make my dog and I feel comfortable. When we signed up with them the website said 6 months for a stick built. Ours went a year and a month beyond that. I believe they are telling folks a more realistic timeline now. We hadn't planned for it, so it left us in an apartment for far too long. Would we have gone with them knowing that? Probably, as quality is more important in the long run. Bridge Creek handles so much, including the menu, the rentals, and the room layout, as well as playing a huge part in figuring out the day-of schedule. We felt so comfortable with Jessica and Bridge Creek because they know the space like the back of their hands. Jessica worked with us throughout the entire process to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the decisions being made. Our family had numerous small things they wanted to make sure were done--like specific seating arrangements--and Jessica was quick and efficient with getting them done. We spoke on a regular basis in the months leading up to the wedding, and then on an almost daily basis in the weeks before it--helping us with table swaps and coordinating schedules with our venue and day-of coordinator. She is attentive and extremely detail oriented, we couldn't have asked anything more of her and the Bridge Creek staff. We had been having a wonderful planning process with them but we were absolutely blown away by our tasting (which they planned on very short notice after a mistake on our end). Everything we tried was absolutely incredible, and the attention to detail-for both the food and decor-during a tasting helped us feel so at ease with our choice. The two things that people talk about the most from our wedding were the food and the flowers! Our wedding menu included: A Hudson Valley Grazing Table during cocktail hour that included cheeses, breads, crackers, pita, vegetables, and spreads. Passed hors d'oeuvres (the Argentinian beef skewers and fig, goat cheese and prosciutto tarts were a big hit), with a plated dinner of either New York Strip Loin or Butter and Herb Roasted Chicken. They also paid close attention to allergies and created a silent vegetarian option that we heard from guests was delicious. We did mason jar desserts that were phenomenal, as well as a ceremonial cutting cake that the bride, groom, and their families devoured the next day! Jessica even helped us plan and procure for a last minute addition to the bar: Espresso martinis! And they were a huge hit! Bridge Creek was an absolute dream to work with before and during our wedding, and we absolutely cannot imagine what our day would have looked like without it.
