Sorry we ate our tacos and burritos so fast that we forgot to take pictures. I offered to take family to Lax to check out this tip. Found the truck parked as stated. Luckily only one customer waiting for his big order. Customer(a regular)helped us pick out our order. There was only one guy manning the truck after 5pm. Chef and cashier all in one. Dorado taco (fried $2.75) Tues $1. 5/5 Birria taco (street soft$2.75) Tues $1 5/5 Birria burrito (huge!) $10 5/5 All served with onions & tomatoes, radish, lime, & salsa on the side if needed. Omg we all raved how good it was & generously filled with beef birria. Next time we would stop and eat here before or coming from Lax. Better than our regular stop at the burger joint for the out of town folks. Couldn't believed the regular prices are even better than what I pay in Riverside, Ca. They add a green and red salsa for each person and red salsa had a quick which was perfect. My husband tried the chicharron and tinga de pollo quesadillas and said they were delicious! Staff was friendly, our order was ready within 15 minutes for everything was made to order. They have chairs and tables available with a canopy so you can wait for your order and even eat there.
