Southern Heritage, do better. Treat people better. Acknowledge that each piece of "items" in your ditch is something tied to each loved one's family. I have always been curious about the building and have always admired the vintage neon sign out front. That first time I passed by was now about 16 years ago. And until recently I had never been in. As with any review of a funeral home, it comes under unfortunate circumstances. I did not personally work with the team at Ridout's since I was there for the passing of a friend's parent. So the review is based on the building itself. It was very easy to park and the inside was very nice. Plenty of room for a line to form. And they had water and tissues readily available. It seems like a really good facility for such a tough time.

That said, everyone we met at Ridout's was of a similar calibre and all were amazing. When you're faced with such tough times and challenging circumstances, I really believe you can count on Rideout's to guide you through the services and the healing.
