He said maybe not sure, and that someone will reach out to me tomorrow. Next morning their sales guy comes out and says you need a new unit. Later on in the day he sends a quote for $17,400. I call and ask if it's repairable, (I looked on line and I could by the part my self). He says the part is obsolete, really? I am looking at it on line and can have it at my door step in 2 days. So I knew it was BS and they just wanted to sell me a new unit. So to get another view I called American air and heat.
