So this place is decorated beautifully! I loved The decor but I have to say we visited for a bday celebration. We got a table and had the 2nd floor vip. Overall it was a nice set up but the staff needs to be more professional. 1 the area was $700 plus for two bottles and all night people Randoms walked by our area and knocked drinks over. Random dudes would try and come and sit in our area. It was inappropriate and not ideal. 2 the bartenders and employees drink on the job. The top bar had a bartender that was a creep. He was touching up on our party and grabbed one of the girls at the end of the night. We had to tell him to back off. ( the bartender on the second floor was So drunk he was knocking over glasses) white Caucasian with colored eyes. 3 security was kicking us out while the club was over after we paid for our area. Made us walk through all the drunks that were in the area before our area. ( professionally having them go down stairs then the vip area) common sense. 4 a lot of illegal activity like drug use in the bathrooms! Once people walk out they were getting arrested. My thought is again security and staff is lacking professionalism. 5 I would recommend ownership to tighten up security and check the team to know that drinking and touching up on clients is out of line. I celebrated my birthday here on May 25th 2025. The atmosphere was awesome. We got bottle service the body service girls were excellent very attentive and checked on us every few minutes. When it was time to bring out the cake the club made a nice sign for me and brought out sparklers and the cake. The bottle service girls and the DJ hyped up the crowd for me. They brought ceramic plates and real forcks and knives for the cake. I was very impressed by that. Ashley the bartender finished decorating my cake that was a little plain. Mike Lopez the general Manager really went above and beyond along with all of his staff. We also ordered food and the kitchen staff was great. Now I'm not going to lie, this was going to be a 3 star rating, when we got there our server took our drink order and then we didn't receive our drinks for at least 20-30 minutes. Me and my husband we're already saying we would just drink the drink and close out. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. There was a lively environment with lots of people. Reggaeton was playing and the bartenders were working on stocking up. They clearly are anticipating a huge volume of traffic tonight. Didn't take long to get served which was nice. The venue is very nice. The only reason Im leaving 2 stars and not 1 is because there was a very cool Saxophone player. He single handedly carry's the atmosphere of this place. The door man on Friday night was so incredibly rude. Most people at the door of any other club are welcoming to their patrons. This guys mug was grouchy before you even speak to him. My friends handed their IDs and entered. I had two IDs on me one that is expired that I keep for emergency and one that is current. I ACCIDENTALLY handed him the older ID. I said one moment I will get the current one. He begins giving me a speech no one asked for. I don't need a lecture, there was no line, no need to be rude. I did get the ID out but I didn't even want to go at this point. I had saw this particular place on instagram and had wanted to try it but I will definitely not return. Had my friends not been inside already I would have turned around. Not to mention they were missing items to make some popular drinks so it's not really a full bar. Came here with some friends for social hour and to hang out/chill. The lounge wasn't very busy which was nice for an early evening. The tables/couches were comfy and the aesthetic of the lounge is a cool underwater vibe. We ordered several drinks and shots. The shots were full and chilled to perfection, while the cocktails were all super delicious, minus the mezcal one, it tasted like Smokey salt. The food overall was very flavorful but the flatbread bread was a little doughy in the center. The charcuterie board was really good but it need more bread/crackers added to it for sharing. So disappointed. I used to love this place it was my go to. However there is a guy who frequently goes and is always intoxicated harassing girls. We tell the security and they say oh he's "fine" makes me think they know him and are covering for him. Yet they kick out other people for the nothing. The security is rude as hell. The front door people pick and choose who they want to be nice to. I've never had a problem with the bartenders even if they are slammed so I give them props. The events they have are good too. Once again Killer Queens nailed it! We went in on Cinco de Mayo and the vibes were absolutely what we were looking for. Right when we entered the place, people were inviting. We didn't wait long before someone came to Take our order. I had the Paloma with Codigo tequila (Codigo was in the house serving up complementary shots) probably one of the best Paloma's I had. Saw some familiar faces the staff were all so accommodating and between myself and my friend we felt like VIPs. The staff always anticipated our needs. The place was packed with beautiful girls and the guys were all dressed to impress. I'd say that night was a much younger crowd. 20's-30's My friend and I were there about 3 hours and in that time frame we saw no fights or drama. They had a full mariachi band that was insanely good.
