I mentioned to the employee helping me, Cameron, that I always struggle with replacing the battery for my key fob. And then he offered to do it. It's very complicated I should mention! It's not easy, but he looked up how to do it and did it. So awesome & much appreciated! My mother lives just a few blocks away and she said they're always so helpful as well. After I purchased the item, the order confirmation showed "pick up in store". How is that possible when I put in my home address for delivery, paid for delivery, installation and haul away of old item. Tried calling several times and could not reach anyone at the Folsom store. Finally called the 888 number for customer service. When I explained what happened, I was instructed to "in the future" to cancel the order and place it again and stating to deliver to my home. This is what I did in the first place! Then I was instructed to call back to schedule to have it installed. I informed them I would NOT be purchasing from Lowes in the future, but will go to Home Depot instead, since this has never been an issue with HD. The lack of customer service or support of what should have been a simple transaction to include allowing me to pick a date upon when it can be delivered.
