I came here alone the first time after spending a few hours at the beach nearby and friend was golfing. There is a front and a side entrance to the place. My first visit was basically checking out the place. They have a wide variety of chocolate and many other candies. Salt water taffy's, they got 'em. There are also other cool finds here as well. Basically a candy and a souvenir shop. Came back with a friend after eating at Nearby Back Porch. I snagged up some Sugar Free candies the 2nd visit. They taste nothing like sugar free and taste like the real candy. This is definitely another place to visit in Destin whether you're spending a day at the beach to getting dessert after dinner.

Also ordered a slice of key lime pie (a must!) and a slice of a chocolate/vanilla cake (moist and perfect if you can't decided if you want a slice of chocolate or vanilla cake!). In addition to pastries, they also ordered food (mainly looked like breakfast and brunch), which looked delicious. If we had more time in Destin, would definitely stop by again for a meal.

The fudge is very expensive so unsure why they'd serve slices that are obviously stale. I called and the store offered no resolve or apology. I've frequented several Kilwins and their candy and ice cream is always the best so I was rather surprised and disappointed with my experience with the one in Miramar Beach Florida.
