I went here a few years ago due to sudden, extreme lower back pain. I've been to a chiropractor before, so adjustments aren't new to me. I was pleasantly surprised that he took an x-ray of my back to show me what was wrong and going on. He also took a few days to really look into my issue and figure out the best course of treatment for me. After we decided on my treatment plan Dr. Kim began to do adjustments on me and showed me some exercises that I could do to prevent injury from occurring again. He even offered to look at my seat in my car to ensure that I was positioning the seat properly. I only stopped seeing him due to having car issues and then by the time my car was fixed my back pain stopped. If I have more back issues in the future I would definitely come back to Dr.Kim. My interactions with staff was pleasant as well and they worked with me on ensuring that I was covered through my insurance. It can definitely be difficult to book an appointment especially as a new client so they sometimes close their booking for new clients. I've seen many chiropractors and Dr Kim is superb. First, he's incredibly knowledgeable about functional mechanics and understands why things are working (or not working...) the way they are. Second, he does a detailed analysis before starting treatment to understand your unique situation and also whether you have any underlying injuries. Third, unlike many chiropractors he augments adjustments with muscle work because -- you should know! -- if you don't work on muscles then your misalignments will just re-occur. Came here for a prenatal massage that was supposed to be at 3:30 pm I was told to come 30 minutes early REPEATEDLY. To check me in and so on. So I deceived to come an extra 10 minutes early. I arrived at 2:51 pm. When I got there the reception said to me "Mika" I said yes, oh you're quite early we can check you in and then you can wait or maybe pick up something. Uhhh no I don't need to kill time. I told her I was asked to come 30 minutes early. It only took me less than 5 minutes to fill out 2 forms and that me taking my sweet time. And the remaining of the time I was sitting in the waiting room in a very uncomfortable chair for 35 mins. At 3:25 she asked if I wanted to use the restroom before the massage so I did. I got a 80 mins prenatal massage. The massage was not so bad but it wasn't great. I felt that it was focused only on 3 major parts. And it didn't focus on what i needed and requested which was my back and lower back. So it went like this x100 rubs on my outer thigh, my shoulder blades, and calf's. Not to mention when I left I felt as if my right calf was bruised and swollen it's weird cause I didn't feel that on my left calf as I was going home. And 5 mins on my back. Honestly yeah they have the pregnancy prone laying position for pregnant women but the massage was disappointing. read more

I love her space in the clinic so relaxing and puts me at ease each time I'm in there. She concentrates on all the areas I ask her to work on. Dr. Kim changed my life for good. I visited Dr Kim for the first time after a bad fall while fixing my ceiling. By that time I was experiencing chronic neck and back pain and I was getting alarmed to he fact that I was losing mobility due to the pain. Dr. Kim was extremely professional and serious about my condition and the first session he focused on diagnosing the problem and defining the right treatment. Dr. Kim is the best chiropractor I've met. I've been having a decade long pain on my left side, mostly hip, shoulder, and upper arm. Dr. Kim started with intense therapy at first and focused on the problem areas. Then he reduced the amount of visits, which became more like maintenance. I got to see Anna for a massage and she did NOT disappoint. My shoulder was really knotted up and starting to hurt even when I wasn't moving it. Visited Dr. Kim during transition between healthcare providers, and his office staff offered to find out what our current coverage was since the situation was confusing. We accepted, and they came back to us and told us that we were covered. We trusted this. The next year, the insurance company (Aetna) changed its mind and wanted to recoup the full $1000+ bill. Dr Kim made an effort to dispute (sent a letter) then passed the full bill on to us and threatened to go through a collections agency if we didn't pay within a month. He accepted no responsibility for having offered to discover our coverage status and having told us that we were covered... it was completely our fault for trusting him. The right thing to do would have been to share the cost of the penalty with us, since the responsibility for the mistakenly-provided services was also his. Dr. Kim was not interested in this. He is, however, very interested in his online reviews and the topic came up frequently during our visits and while we discussed this insurance problem. So, here's the review. I started seeing Dr. Kim in July 2019 for neck and back pain and have been going ever since. The initial appointment is actually two days long because he does x rays/evaluation the first day and the second is followed up with an explanation of what's causing your ailment. He's very thorough and excellent at explaining body mechanics! After a month of seeing him (went once a week) my neck and lower back pain went away. He showed me some body mechanics to implement at work (I'm on my feet for about 8 hours) and gave me exercises to complement the spinal manipulation he was doing every week. Even when I got pregnant, he was able to still work with me to make sure the pregnancy weight wouldn't affect my back or neck. He also has a massage therapist, Anna, on staff who is awesome! Not only is Dr. Kim an excellent chiropractor, but he is very warm and personable which makes the visit always pleasant. He's the only chiropractor I've ever visited so I have no comparison, but he's really the best. read more

Dr. Daniel really helped me when I was in a jam. I'm a musician and I was in the middle of a recording session when my upper back, shoulder, and neck started to lock up and get tense. I had to stop the session and get help with my problem ASAP. I don't normally go to chiropractors, but this was an urgent situation as I needed to complete the recording job. I met with Dr. Daniel and he really took time to evaluate my problem and suggest a course of action. My confidence level rose once he explained exactly what he was going to do and what the outcome would be. His manner was very relaxed and through. I never felt rushed. We proceeded with the adjustment, and after about 30 minutes I felt a million times better and was no longer in pain. I was able to return to the session the next day and finish the songs. Dr. Daniel was my first Chiropractor. I have never heard anything good about the chiropractic profession and was pretty turned off by it until I went to Dynamic Body. Dr. Daniel isn't concerned about making money by snapping a few body parts and sending you on your way. He cares deeply about health and helping you be healthy. I went in and he immediately took X-Rays of my back and was able to do what most Chiropractors only dream about, create a plan for care based on my condition and not just crack a few joints. He gave me a fitness routine for better health and exercise to do in between visits. After I was doing better and healing, he did what no other Chiropractor would do and suggested my visits become less frequent because as I got better I would need less adjustments. He's great with adjustments but my favorite thing about his approach is his integration of stretches, exercises, and dietary changes into my treatment plan. I'm glad I found this place and it's so close to home! Originally while looking on Groupon for a prenatal massage I stumbled across this place so I went to Yelp to check the reviews and realized they have some pretty good reviews especially for getting a prenatal massage. So I thought I'd give it a try and the bonus was the Groupon is 50% off! Anna was my masseuse and she was great, she was very friendly and she applied the right amount of pressure just as I requested! The one thing I would suggest is arriving 20 minutes early so that you can fill out the paperwork and then start to get prepared to get on the massage table otherwise it will count towards your massage! I got the 50 minute massage but if I subtract the time it took for me to get undressed and onto the table it was really about a 40 minute massage! I could hear the noises from the outside of the room but was able to shut it out with the very nice spa music they had playing. Overall a very good prenatal massage. I will definitely be going back once I'm further along in my pregnancy! read more

I am so absolutely AMAZED at how good my back feels after starting treatment with Dr. Kim! I was 7 months postpartum when i finally decided to seek alternative treatment for my lower back pain after not seeing any progress with physical therapy. I started having back pain toward the end of my pregnancy and it got progressively worse after delivering my baby. I returned back to work after 4 months of maternity leave and the first 2 weeks were agonizing on my back...I had a really hard time getting in and out of bed after coming home from a busy shift, sneezing and coughing were almost unbearable, getting up from a chair as well as bending to put my shoes on where tasks that required a lot of effort and minding of body mechanics... I have now been seeing Dr. Kim for 3 weeks and the only thing that upsets me is NOT HAVING STARTED TREATMENT SOONER. The very first appointment is 1hr long since Dr. Kim does diagnostic x-ray and takes the time to listen to your complaints and performs a very thorough assessment before designing an individualized treatment plan. I can't say that I am now completely pain free, but I can definitively say that my mobility has vastly improved as well as my lower back pain. I continue to gain more range of motion after each visit and I'm able to do the things that were causing pain before with almost no pain now.
