It is a pretty, clean building with very nice staff! Good prices and punch card deal is 20$ off after a few visits! Will be back soon :)

Grateful that they were able to take me and my partner for gel pedicures! Tv was playing Jeopardy and then Wheel of Fortune (love!), the tech doing my pedicure was a little rough on my big toe (semi-ingrown toenail situation) but my skin didn't bleed, unlike at some other salons. I was overall grateful for the digging underneath the top of the nail to get out the gunk. Good selection of colors for both gel and regular polishes. The tech checked in with me periodically through the pedi to make sure I was ok (did I want my nails shorter, if I liked the color, was the water temp ok...the usual questions). Location and parking is very easy and plentiful, I'll definitely be back!

So I figured have full pedi they would do better. I told them then that build up of gel needed removed like any other place I have gone. Apparently that is not the way they do it I was told. I told them to soak off the old gel and they looked like I was crazy. They did try but still did not get the gel off. I thanked her for trying but said the gel was still there. I finished pedi so another layer. I even told them about gel removable that's easy that I have seen used before. Bottom line they do not remove old gel before applying more. Just take top layer off and keep going. I will not be back. Can't even imagine build up on your fingernails.

I was seen and one of the lady's told me "we'll take your nails off, and if it hurts too much then we'll do a soak off instead". I was shocked and confused by this, but I continued with the service. The technician then ripped my nails off one by one. She placed a nail tip underneath my existing acrylic and used a fast, ripping motion to remove my nails. By the second nail I saw tons of blood, which she just said "I'm so sorry" and continued to rip my other ones off. I then looked closer at my bleeding middle finger to find multiple layers of my nail ripped off - completely uninhabitable for a nail tip to be put on for my new set. The entire experience of her ripping my nails off was extremely painful. I then told them I no longer wanted the service, just to please remove the remaining polish. She then, without letting me know, put a huge squeeze of nail glue on my open wound in my nail. It burned so bad and my nail was throbbing for a couple hours following. I am extremely heartbroken and disappointed. I wanted to have my nails done for this weekend, and not only did she damage my nails and ruin them completely, she took away the ability to even get my nails done for a few months until I let my nail heal. I understand mistakes happen - and I'm not sensitive to having a small cuticle cut every once in a while - but this was pure mistreatment. I am fully capable of taking my own nails off at home, which is why I choose to go to the salon and get a gentle soak off instead. I never once felt listened to nor felt cared for as a customer.

If she's not there, no nails will be done! Ha! So, she needed to get her nails done because one was coming off. I tagged along for a pedicure. I made an appointment with whoever was available. When we got there, we both checked in and I headed for the bathroom. It was clean. Mom's nail tech was running behind so we waited. After a while they had me sit in a pedicure chair, while Mom still waited. The place is bright & airy. And even though it was quite busy, it didn't feel like we were packed in their like sardines. The woman completing a pedicure for a customer in the chair next to me asked me some questions to keep me engaged. Finally, I got a male tech. Mom said she though he was one of the owners or something. Either way, I didn't wait terribly long. He was a professional. Asked me if I was ticklish, which I am. He also worked around my healing, broken pinky toe. I'm sure I'll be back when visiting Mom and she has an appointment.

I was the only one in the salon for much of both treatments. It seems there are a few regulars that pop in and out. The decor isn't as nice as some other salons, it's just not consistent, old furniture with modern light fixtures... it's funky. One of my issues with this particular shop is that they always have some weird show on the television. I'd prefer to having something light and easy on like HGTV instead of a sports program, but that's just personal preference. They don't use the highest quality polish, no OPI, which I think is a bummer, and the gel polish isn't the highest quality either which I do think makes a difference. Everyone is very nice, and the services are great. I've had 2 pedicures and one was amazing, and one didn't do so well on my ingrown toes... that may be just trying different nail techs until you find the best match for you. I don't think I'll make the effort to return and instead will seek out a shop with better quality polish and more enjoyable entertainment for me.
