I absolutely love this salon! The staff are very kind and welcoming to whoever comes in. I showed them an inspiration photo from Pinterest and they were able to tell me if they were able to do it. This salon keeps up with the nail trends on TikTok. My nails came out even better than the inspo pic I showed them. Amazing quality and great retention. Extremely unprofessional. Walked in for a gel manicure, they completely mangled my cuticles and got nail polish all over my skin. When I pointed it out, they kept trying to fix it, but at this point it was over an hour and I had to go. They told me I could come in later in the week and they'd fix it, but the whole point of me getting a manicure was for a special party the next day. I asked the manager if she'd be happy with my manicure. She said, "I would be if my nails looked like yours." Then she told me it was my fault for having short nails and picking out a darker color. Charged me full price, did a terrible job, and implied I was entitled to a bad manicure because my nails aren't long enough for a good one. Poor service that is overpriced. Inexperienced nail techs who are very rough and move way too fast. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I came in as a walk in yesterday. I had to wait about 20-30 mins which is fine because it was a Friday afternoon, and I didn't have an appointment. The nail tech that did my nails was Dan. He did a gel manicure on me and had me done in about 25 minutes. Super efficient and my color looks awesome! Reasonable price for gel too, was about $25! It's a good nail salon that's close to home and they have a ton of colors to choose from. I had a pleasant experience and would come here again. read more

This place discriminates against men! The male nail techs refuse to work on men. I was there waiting and when it was my turn, he passed me by and worked on a woman who came in 20 minutes after me. I have always gone to this nail place they have always done me right and done great things. However the last few times I have gone they have done me wrong. I recently got yellow nails and the gel polish chipped a week later and the last cut me and under my bails was clumps of polish also there was a huge dent in my nail I had thought it was on bad nails day, then I went today to get a rebase so exited I called to make an appointment because usually I wait and I was in a hurry so I called around 2:30 to make an appointment at 4 I got there at 3:40 to check in and pick my color I took my little Cousin to get her nails painted the lady did her nails and sent her to drying station, as I waited I just thought wow this is taking a while so as 4:25 comes around I start getting mad there was a lady who gut there when I did and the lady stated her nails right away and a lady came in around 4:25 as well and they took her and started doing her nails, the lady who had done my little Cousins nails was just sitting there doing her own nails this lady has done my nails but didn't even offer to start taking the old gel off!!! So I still waiting and waiting and I get up to get my little Cousin from the trying station and we sit down for a while Longer and still I'm waiting it's now 4:40, 40 minuets last my appointment time, none of the nails technicians had said we're running behind or assure me they will be with me soon they didn't acknowledge me at all in fact! Over all they had poor customer service the worst in fact and I don't recommend this place at all, even after going there after all these years I will no longer be going there after today they lost a customer after todays problems. read more

I go there a lot to get a pedicure at least once a month. They usually do a great job but this time the guy that did my pedicure was really rough with my feet. When he was doing the Calais on my feet he tore off skin on my toe and made me bleed. He said he was sorry but it really hurt. read more

I've been getting my nails done here for three years. They all know me and are super friendly. Dan does an awesome job he can get me in and out in under an hour with a full set. I find the prices super reasonable compared to other salons I probably pay $10-$20 less here. They can get busy but they give reasonable wait times and if you can't get in you can always make an appointment. read more

Cut two of my fingers, which bled, didn't remove all the old polish, uneven nail shape, and obnoxious wait time. If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in for a manicure (and was the only person waiting) and was told it would be a few minutes. I waited for about 20, and then asked how long it would be, and again was told someone would be right with me. Total wait time, 45 minutes for a classic manicure. The manicurist could not file my nails into an even shapes, so I gave up asking her to give them a rounded shape. Not quite sure how to describe the "shape" they ended up being. She cut two of my fingers with the cuticle clipper and made me bleed. They are deep cuts on which I will need bandages. I had blue polish on my nails when I went in to get a light pink manicure, and still have specks of blue on most of my nails. Fortunately, my nails grow fast and the polish won't last long so I can redo them and do a better job myself. I have been to many salons, and go in with low expectations when I try a new place. I do not usually write negative reviews, but this was the worst manicure experience I have ever had. read more

Just had my first pedicure here while my girlfriend and I waited for her car to be serviced. I will be coming back to this place!! Very very nice people, good prices, and they are excellent at what they do! They have good quality massage chairs to chill in while you get your pedicure! Staff was not very friendly with customers, but did seem to have jokes with each other. Since they spent most of their time talking to each other loudly and laughing in another language. The paint on my toe nails looks ok but they did not soften my heels like they should. They did not do a good job clearing cuticles around the toes, and I feel like I need to go home and redue them. I came to get my toenails done with gel on a Friday and by Sunday it was peeling off. I came back to give a second chance and the second time was even worse. A 6 year old could have done my nails better. The employees don't follow directions nor do they speak or understand English. Over all terrible quality work and awful customer service. best nail place in ABQ! i went to two other places to get a full set and then a rebase and they did awful at both. the shape was off, my nails were thick and lumpy. they really did not look good and then i came here and my nails look better than they ever have! the snap is perfect, the color looks amazing, the service was great i was a walk in and only had to wait like 10 minutes before they started my nails. the lady who took off my old set did it very carefully it didn't hurt at all like it has in the past and then the guy who actually did my nails did amazing. took his time and was very precise filing and shaping and then painting them. also the prices are great!! i got a full set with gel polish and matte top coat and it was $45 before tip. i will never not come here again read more
