They always greet you with a smile, make great conversation, and genuinely care about their clients. You never feel rushed and they always make you feel comfortable and welcome. I have ingrown toenails, so pedicures can be painful if they're not done properly. Paula and Leah take such great care of me that my toenails never hurt after an appointment. They are gentle, thorough, and really know what they're doing. Not only are they talented, but they make every visit enjoyable. I would highly recommend either of them to anyone looking for a great pedicure and exceptional service.

Pedicures are still great, but during my last visit for nails, my tech put two of my tips on crooked which happens, but they can be reshaped before the clear polish goes on. He didn't bother and I didn't notice until it was too late. I broke two nails in the first week, which doesn't happen to me, unless it's time for another appointment. When I stopped by to have them fixed, the receptionist said my tech was busy and she wasn't sure if the other (available) tech would fix them for me... What? She ultimately fixed them, but she did the bare minimum to remove the old tip extension and glued a new one on top resulting in chunky, uneven nails that clearly stood out from the rest. She was very nice though and didn't charge me anything. I still tipped her $10, even though she told me not to worry about it. The receptionists have treated me like I'm an inconvenience every time I've gone in, but I kept trying because the place is so clean and so beautiful and maybe I just needed to find my new regular. I'm always polite, respectful and patient and have consistently tipped $20 on a $53 service regardless of quality. Oh, beware of hidden costs. Dip with tip extensions is $53, but I blindly paid $58 and learned this later when checking my bank account. I received no extra polish or other service, not even a hand massage or cuticle oil. I now doubt it was a mistake. Today was the final straw. I had booked an appointment online for 10:15 this morning. I was trying a different tech who was finishing another customer. I had never met her so I didn't know what she looked like, but she ended up being the person who had just finished, got up, walked away, came back out at 10:45 with her car keys and sunglasses and was about to leave when the receptionist remembered me and told her, "Oh, you have an appointment waiting," and pointed at me. Tech came over and said "Oh, what are you here for?" "Dip with tips." She answered "Ohhh, I don't do Dip. I'm allergic to Dip." When you book an online appointment, you have to select your service. I selected Dip. They should have known this would be an issue when I checked in. I had been waiting for 30 minutes for absolutely nothing, because they just stared at me and offered no solution. I stood up and started to leave when one of them uttered something. I said, "I'm good. Thank you," and left. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times. Lesson learned.

This salon is square shaped which is nice because the Manicurist can freely move around the various stations and the customers aren't all squished in together. They have around a dozen manicure stations and about the same amount of pedicure chairs. They also have a great selection of polishes on site (traditional,gel,and dip powder just to name a few) and service prices were similar to local competitors. Lastly, the staff were really friendly,prompt and knowledgeable. Everyone made you feel very welcomed whether this was your first time visiting the salon or if you've been an established customer. I called them right after I got out of work at 5 and they were able to take me right away. The salon itself was pretty clean and they keep things well sanitized. Where it started to go downhill was once the tech was ready to take me, the first thing she said to her co-worker was "I just want to go home". Great way to start a service. Nails came out meh. She put the topcoat on toward the end of my pedicure and didn't use any cuticle oil, so my cuticles are dry from the drilling. The paint already started to smudge. Another tech did my pedicure and the only enjoyable part about it was the massage chair. I had picked out a pretty green color, but had left it on the desk and the other tech must have put it away. I told her in the middle of the pedicure I wanted the green I left on the desk. Instead, she put this crappy tan color on my feet without asking me and did an even worse job painting them. She also nicked my toe because she was rushing since they were closing. Polish is bubbling and already smudged. Took over 2 hours for an overall bad job. I'm not one to make a stink so I just paid and left. I could have done a much better paint job at home. Will not be returning.

My eyebrows haven't looked this good in years! Everyone else in the salon was so friendly and welcoming as well. It really was a comfortable place. I had gotten my dip powder for awhile from another place, but it's a bit unaffordable now. The other place I was going got to be a bit uncomfortable as well with certain things happening every time I went in. So I found Aidiles while searching for somewhere new, and I'm really happy I did. She took my dip powder off and I could see my nails again! I've had it taken off before, and they had left my nail with a bunch of it still on just without the color, so it was nice to go somewhere where they care enough to actually take the dip powder off correctly. I told her the color I wanted and she quickly showed me the pink, which had a great name that is escaping me. It was just the color I was looking for. She waxed my eyebrows and my underarms. I've always had pain after getting my underarms waxed for at least up to 24 hours after I get it done. I had none after the initial ripping pain lol. The environment is nice, the people are great, and the service is fantastic! It's worth it to go in if you haven't, and it's worth it to return if you have been here before.
