I love the people there and the fact that it's clean. The bathroom is very clean. I have walked in without an appointment and been served within 10 minutes. I really should make an appointment but I forget. This time I went with my aunt and my cousin and two of my granddaughters. They were very accommodating although I had called ahead. They fit us in right away and did a beautiful job on our nails. We even got a little discount for the little ones. Nice place and they do a good job.

The lady took her time with the manicure which I really appreciated but I did not love how they turned out, the polish was kind of piled on at tips which made the color look bad- it was pretty sheer on the actual nail which did not look good. It also caused my nails to be super unstable from being "top heavy" so one broke within 24hrs of the manicure. 3 more broke over the next week. I have never had a gel nail break before this! I spent $130 on my nails in one week after being advised to remove my acrylics and switch to gel on my natural nails instead of getting a fill or new set. I trusted the recommendation, but my nails started breaking the very next day. By the following week, I only had 4 long nails left. I stopped in to show them what happened and explained that switching to gel was the tech's recommendation, not mine. Instead of really addressing the issue, they kept repeating that natural nails are weaker after acrylic removal. The owner told me to come back later and she would fix them. When I returned, she put acrylic back on, meaning I paid to remove them only to need them again days later. If I had been warned this would happen, I never would have agreed to remove the acrylics in the first place. What disappointed me most was believing they were fixing the issue as a courtesy, or at least heavily discounting it since the problem came directly from their recommendation. She even tried to upsell me on chrome during the appointment, which I declined because I didn't want to ask for too much. Then at checkout, I was told the total was $70. After I explained why I was unhappy, I was offered only $20 back in cash. Overall, I'm disappointed with how this was handled. As a regular customer, I expected more accountability and care. If they truly valued customer satisfaction, they could have refunded my card after I refused the $20 and left, but they chose not to.
