Upon walking in, you feel safe as they have security measures in place (buzzing you in through the main door, security guard up front being alert 24/7, etc). The location is located in a vibrant plaza and there are ample parking, too. It is super convenient if you live in the area. The customer service here can be a hit or miss depending on which sales person you get. We have been here a couple times prior and the sales person was either too pushy or not accommodating/understanding our needs. Luckily, the time we came to seriously buy the setting, I was helped by the owner and his wife, whom I believe name may be Ngoc? Anyways, they were both sweet and professional. Because of this, I am taking away 1 star. The variety here is also extremely limited despite how big the store is. They only carry traditional brilliant or princess cut diamonds and settings. They rarely have any different cuts such as radiant, emerald, or marquise. You'd have to pre-order them at a non refundable cost. Which isn't ideal and sometime you just want to see the product in person before committing to buy. For this, I am taking away an additional star. Luckily for us, I knew exactly which ring setting I wanted (pave with hidden halo). They had exactly one style left for a radiant cut and we decided to buy it even though it doesn't have a hidden halo because the price point was fair. We ended up paying approximately $1,650, which included the labor to set the diamond onto the setting and taxes. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a more traditional ring. And definitely try to ask for the owners to service you!

On June 28, 2025, we visited this store to have a broken chain fixed. While we were there, the…read moreowner, Danny offered to clean our rings for free. We appreciated the gesture at the time. However, that evening my sister noticed something unusual with her ring. One of the melee diamonds no longer sparkled and had a visible line across it. She was able to clearly see the damage with the naked eye, and she sent me photos where I could immediately identify the broken stone. When I saw her ring, that broken diamond is very obvious. We took the ring to a reputable jewelry repair shop for a second opinion. He confirmed the damage and provided a written estimate of $80 for the repair. We returned to speak with Danny in hopes of understanding what might have happened during the cleaning process. Unfortunately, he was dismissive and insisted that my sister must have caused the damage herself. This explanation didn't make sense to us--she wears this ring daily, did not take off her finger only when she tried to examine the diamond, and it has never dropped it or exposed it to anything sharp that could cause such damage. The diamonds are high-quality and were in excellent condition prior to the cleaning. We also asked to review security footage from that day, but Danny told us all the cameras in the store were fake, which raised further concern. The ring was out of our sight for approximately 20 minutes during the cleaning, and we believe the damage may have occurred during that time. While accidents can happen, what was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. We felt dismissed and disrespected when all we wanted was a fair explanation. We're now left with a damaged ring and no accountability from the business. We have reason to believe the damage was not accidental, but the result of improper handling or even worse intentional damaged by Danny. I'm sharing this to caution others who may consider using this store for any jewelry services.
