I've had many polish changes over the years, and I've never had one fail this quickly. I returned to the salon hoping they would stand behind their work. The receptionist was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, a manager (or a gentleman working there) came over, looked at my nails, and told me they do not guarantee nail polish services. He said they would be happy to repaint my nails--but only if I paid again. And they would not provide a refund either! I even asked for my receipt to show that the service had been done less than 48 hours earlier, but it made no difference. What disappointed me most wasn't just the refusal to fix the problem--it was the way I was treated. The gentleman was rude, dismissive, and came across as angry rather than interested in resolving the issue. This is very poor customer service and, in my opinion, a bad business practice. Standing behind your work and quality of their nail polish, especially when it fails within two days, is the least customers should expect. STAY AWAY from Bliss Nail Salon! Absolutely not returning!

We make an appointment on a Saturday, super friendly and easy on the phone to make an appointment. We come in same day that afternoon and were helped right away. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, my mom has a scooter and we had a dog with us, all of which was no problem. They offered us COMPLIMENTARY drinks including fancy cocktails so we had Aperol Spritz's which were DELICIOUS. Same time mani pedi which is my fav set up for time efficiency. They did a fantastic job removing old acrylics and kept my natural nails strong and healthy so I could get build Gel on my natural nails! I opted for a Ombré French with chrome but they seem very knowledgeable and comfortable with many various designs I showed them. My mom got exactly what she wanted and they were so patient with her discussing all of the different colors and French options with her. Everyone's energy was so sweet and fun and the service was amazing. The shop is also super clean and the massage chairs are amazing. A truly pampering experience.

I didn't get the name of the lady who did my gel pedicure but she did amazing. She took her time as well and somehow managed to make my toenails look super even although my big toe nail broke & was crooked. This establishment has an incredibly family friendly vibe. I was the last to receive service as I had the simplest treatment: a classic manicure. The woman was very rough and in addition to her roughness of scraping my nails, her own fingernails often dug into my fingers as she worked. (I think she was the owner as she answered the phone several times while doing my nails). Then she cut my cuticle on my thumb so deep it was bleeding and wouldn't stop. I only hope the instruments were sterilized. The area still hurts two days later. I should have stopped her and did my nails myself which I generally do. Not the enjoyable experience I expected. And the polishing job was so bad, bubbles formed. Complete waste of time and money, leaving me with pain and a mediocre manicure.
