Manicure & Royal Pedicure | Vivi was my nail technician! She's amazing, takes her time, friendly, and detail-oriented! She helped me select a gorgeous nail polish from the Autumn Collection, as I wanted to try something new! I also love the cucumbers scent she selected for my pedicure! She did a great job on both a manicure and pedicure! Inside | I immediately love the sunflower front and center on the gate underneath the welcome sign, super cute! Peaceful, spacious, friendly & inviting! I enjoyed the soothing music playing along with colorful flowers gracing the screens in front of me! The salon chairs are super cozy! Popular | Isn't she popular?! The salon got super busy, including several appointments by regulars! I was grateful that they were able to take me as a walk-in! He really listens to what I want, and I can be pretty picky since my job is tough on my nails--but he's always so patient and detail-oriented. Deeply disappointed on the service I received. I'm currently experiencing pain on my big toe because one of the ladies cut too deep into my cuticle. This is my second time coming here, my first time I was helped by a gentleman. I asked this gentleman if he could do the nail art I provided from Pinterest he replied "Yes" I asked a total of 3 times, I even told him if he doesn't it's totally fine! I can choose something easier he then said yes I can. I left it at that I left him do my nails and they were awful and never came back. Today I decided to give it another try and once again I had a bad experience. I asked the lovely lady if she could please give me package #3 for pedi and then I decided to change my mind because I just didn't want to pay an extra $5 for something I didn't want anymore. I told the lady and the gentleman I change my mind and they asked me if I was sure I said yes. When it was time to pay my total was more than what I thought my friend even spoke up for me because we both got the same package, the guy walked up and said " you got package #3" I said no I specifically said I wanted 4. The guy looked irritated and said fine fine just do the other amount. Honestly I was drained and irritated the guy completely ignored earlier in the day when I asked him a question, then he over charged me(I let him) I didn't tip, to top it off my toe HURTS because she cut too deep. I called earlier this week ten minutes after opening to see if they had any spots for that same day: I was told to arrive within twenty minutes or they wouldn't be able to take me. Once seated, they got started right away on what I had requested. The tech who did my nails was the sweetest (I can't remember her name) and took her time to make sure I liked them. I needed a pedicure before vacation, so took my son on a mommy and me date! Randomly found this salon on Yelp and they could make us an appointment when I called and took us without a wait. Vivi was my gal, and she gave me the best pedicure I've had in a long time! I did the basic mani/pedi, but she was very thorough! Not only did she actually scrub my callused feet super well (needed it so bad), she polished my toenails carefully and they are still shiny two weeks later...even after a beach vacation in the sand and sandals everyday! I also got a basic manicure (buff, no polish) and she did a great job! I will definitely go back again. My son loves his blue toes too! Vivi's 5 year old daughter was also at the salon that day, and she was so adorable. She wanted to talk to my 7 year old son.
