For example, some customers are offered water while others aren't, and when it comes to fixing a nail, one person might be told "come back in an hour," while someone else is told "of course, we'll take care of it." I appreciate businesses that treat all customers equally, and sadly that hasn't been my experience here. The inside decor is beautiful and the location is super convenient, which makes it even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the way the salon is run really takes away from what could otherwise be a great spot. I'll be looking for a new nail salon moving forward.

I came on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy with kids getting haircuts, but I was still able to chill out in the awesome spa chair. Liz did an amazing job as always--she is very focused on quality and it really shows. Keep in mind I live in Playa, so there are plenty of places closer that I could go. But Liz does a great job, genuinely cares for her customers and knows how to run a business. I am so happy I was able to go back to a familiar face and get an awesome mani/pedi. However to find out the price was $37 was very odd for a gel polish change, no manicure... For the pedicure I had 2 different ladies that worked on it (switched midway through) and she ended up doing an additional coat of funny bunny and the color was outside the nail bed so she ended up using the drill to remove the access... pretty painful (,: Will I still come back? Probably. Would I rate them 0/10? No I'm not that entitled lol Pros: great hours, decent quality and lasts long Cons: not great quality, thin out the nail bed with the drill too often, inconsistent prices

John is the absolute best and always makes time to have my nails looking so beautiful. Hellen (my best friend lol) is the best when it comes to my eyebrows, and all my waxing needs; THE BEST!
