    Seating for Kimi's

Love Kimi's ice cream...the venue and the product. Light, bright, and welcoming, the staff are cheery and accommodating. Lots of flavors, reportedly made on site, and the servings are generous. I learned they've extended their hours, now opening at 1:30, 12 on Sundays, I think and staying open til 9:30, every night, but Fri which is until 10!!

    So many flavors!!

I love all the ice creams. It reminds me of the 31 flavors when I was a kid. I've enjoyed all the ice creams I've ever gotten there. Oh and so many choices. The help has always been pleasant and helpful.

You want homemade ice cream with TONS of flavors AND homemade waffle cones then you've got the right spot. PLUS they've even got a treat for your pup! So extra star in my book for that! Try my order: Waffle cone with 2 scoops; Mint Oreo and Cookie Monster

Isn't Aleah the cutest. Great customer service and very fast .

The Ice Cream was great, everyone enjoyed it. Customer service was fantastic. Will definitely be back for more.

Best cherry vanilla ice cream I've ever had. Even better than Cherry Garcia!!

Oh Kimi's, what have you done? This used to be my favorite ice cream place. Alas, the last two times I have visited, just not good. 1: I ordered a cherry vanilla cone. I noticed the container was nearly empty so I thought the person that waited on me would get another, but NO. She just put the leftovers in the cone and gave it to me. There was very little ice cream and it was very soft, not the hard ice cream they always had. 2: Today we went back, maybe last time was a fluke. But NO. There was plenty of ice cream so choices were good. I got a waffle cone with coffee and Reese's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream. I could tell this wasn't going to be good by how it looked when she was scooping it from the container. First off, the sizes of the servings weren't equal. Lots of coffee (which was flavorless) and a tiny bit of the Reese's on top of it. OMG, this ice cream was softer than soft serve. It was immediately turning into ice cream soup. So disappointed. I don't know if their freezers are working properly, or if this is just what it's like now. What a huge change from how they once were. And their hours are weird. Don't open until 4:30 on weekdays so cannot take the grandkids there after school. So if we want to treat them after school we have to go elsewhere. At least open at 3pm so the after schoolers can enjoy a treat, that is, if this becomes a hard ice cream store again.

Colombian spots like this are my jam & it's been on my list to visit for a minute now. The breakfast Sammy definitely set this place apart from the rest. I'd never heard of this before and honestly it's quite genius. I went on a Saturday morning and boy was it busy busy! I placed my order with the friendly attendant the wait was a bit long but there was plenty of seating inside (i didn't realize how big this place was inside!) so i sat with my book and before i knew it i was walking out with my order! Thankfully i don't live far so i was home with my order in no time. The breakfast waffle Sammy was delicious i ordered mine with sausage and split half of it with my husband. It was soft and cheesy and I'd definitely get it again next time. I also ordered 3 regular pan de Bonos, an arepa con queso, alfajores, and i heard the guava and cheese muffins were a must so i grabbed one too. Oh yeah and two cafe con leches. I see they have lunch as well so I'm gonna have to go back for a lunch Sammy and maybe some empanadas. I love that they have all the tables inside. It's a cute spot to meet with friends for cafecito and treats.

Thankfully it was close by, we didn't have to go all the way into Tampa to find a great tea experience. Affordable too!! The settings are all fine china from England. You get 2 teas. An English breakfast black tea and a caffeine free herbal tea. Sugar and honey to complement. You do get a few courses as well. Soup and scone to start off. Then a tower of sweets and savory sandwiches. The cucumber sandwich was so good. I LOVED the soup and scones. Everything is homemade, amazing! The service was so friendly and nice. Our server poured our teas and explained everything we were getting. It was very relaxed and no rush. It was a great experience and we definitely left full! I would love to come back here again soon. Only note of improvement I think the outside could be cleaned up some. Thank you!

As a former corporate pastry chef for Hyatt Hotels for almost22 years and the owner of my own…read morefamily bakery and restaurant for 17 years, I know how hard this business is, and I rarely leave negative reviews. The disappointment began before we even walked through the front door. The entire entrance looked more like a junkyard than a tea room: oversized plastic chess pieces, random wood on the wall where a sign had been removed, dark staining that looked neglected, broken flower pots, old rusted garden furniture. My wife and I almost turned around. Had we been paying that day, we likely would have left. But we had a gift certificate, so we gave it a chance. What concerned me even more was the safety. The steps were in poor condition, and the handrail was extremely loose, moving several inches side to side. As someone with a disability, that felt unsafe. Accessibility should be basic. Inside, the owner and our server were kind and welcoming, and I genuinely appreciated that. But both teapots had been placed on the table before we were seated, and my tea was already cold. I had to ask for hot water just to have a proper cup, which I wouldn't expect from an afternoon tea. The biggest disappointment was the food. At forty five dollars per person, ninety for two, I expected quality and attention to detail. Instead, the sandwiches and pastries were among the poorest I've ever been served. I could only manage a couple of small sandwiches and one dessert before giving up. What surprised me most after our visit was reading the five-star reviews. Based on our experience, it is difficult for me to understand how this place earns that level of praise. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism. The staff was kind, but kindness can't overcome serious maintenance and quality issues. Sadly, I can't recommend it in its current state Update Thank you for responding We were celebrating my wife and I our retirement and chose not to create an awkward moment. Many people reflect afterwards. Our review reflects our honest experience."
